Food was nothing special. Problem was the service. Terrible and so uninterested in helping. Three behind the counter and three customers at most when we arrived. Sat outside with menus, went inside to order. Fried mushrooms were still frozen inside. Sandwiches were thrown together with no pride. And the lady said she was to busy to refill our drinks. Mabey clean house and get some people who actually have "personality " would help. Will never be back.

I am giving this place two stars only because our experience two weeks ago was very good! That being said, unfortunately, after returning tonight, we will never go back here again. The staff last time was very helpful and awesome. Today, it was the complete opposite. The food is decent, a little overpriced for what it is...$6.50 for a small bowl of kids kraft Mac and and cheese, for example. The sweet potato fries we ordered were awesome until I took a bite of one sweet potato with the ketchup and got a very strong chemical taste. Don t know if it was the potato or the ketchup. Hoping it s not rat poison- but I know it definitely was not an edible chemical that somehow got mixed in with that one bite. (It s been an hour and I still have the after taste of that chemical.) I decided to let that one go and didn t bring it up with the staff. My chef salad was brought out with one of the ingredients (the boiled egg) missing. My daughter did go inform the staff and they brought out the missing ingredient. However, after taking about 10 bites of the salad, my teeth hit something painful. There was a cut zip tie in my salad! By then, I was grossed out and done. How does a used, cut up zip tie get in a salad? The staff apologized and just offered to reimburse my salad ($12.03) when we spent almost $60 (we had four in our party- two adults, two children, appetizer, and ice cream...no drinks) there with the tip. We will not be returning. Today was that bad. If they had offered to reimburse the dinner- we might have given it another chance but spending that much for that bad of experience... it is too big of a gamble to go back. We will just make our own kraft Mac and cheese for a dollar and buy a salad bag from the store for $2.50. No more throwing away our money, sitting at a messy table, taking bites with chemical tastes in them, or biting on used zip ties that someone s hands have been on to tie and cut for me!
Small parking not very motorcycle friendly (gravel). Food was ok, the place is a bit ran down. Friendly staff. Service was pretty quick. Beer was cold.
Their breakfast is mediocre at best. The rest of their food is like other bars: great when your drunk. Low quality ingredients with more oil than needed. Come for the beer, leave for the food.
My personal expierience was on a slow saturday, the were about 5 other people eating as well. After waiting an hour i received a cold, oily, chorizo scrambler. My stomach hurt afterward.
Service sucked, some of the staff is really nice and welcoming, some is not. The food was good but they lacked professionalism and forgot some of our order.
I suppose if your a local it is probably a cool place to hang out and play pool. I prefer to sit outside and enjoy the weather and views and stay away from the noisy inside. Was a little disappointed in the food quality but the server was very friendly. Overall a decent place for a beer and a bite during a nice ride on the waterfront
Pay at the register before you get your food? 5 stars for the Server she was pleasant and curteous however, The Shrimp Fettucini Alfredo was gross, the alfredo was lumpy and had no flavor, the noodles cold and not heated through, the garlic bread was charred but garlicy, the side salad was served in a very small soup dish . Its a pub, you get what get, the price was steep for the quality. Im sure after a few beers, taste dosen't matter? Wished I had ordered a Burger instead. Free refills on soda if you can get the server's attention. I dont think Ill be going back.
I went for karaoke on Friday night. The atmosphere was really good. They are not afraid to put alcohol into the mixed drinks. My regular drinks were as strong as most places doubles.
Steilacoom's fun and friendly neighborhood hangout. Local bar with pub fare, icecream, and weekly events like poker and karaoke. They've also hosted live music in the summer. Kids are allowed, too; just not in the bar area.
I really enjoyed my sandwich. Let me preface that I am here on the 4th of July and normally I see no one here, however today there are several quite drunk people here and it does not make it feel family friendly. We do not have children with us, but it still is not the atmosphere we prefer.
I always love coming here for a drink. Great customer service and a good selection of food and drinks on their menu. Nothing like supporting a local business! Highly recommend this place.
What a way to get the day started! A vacationers dream. Bloody Mary and Mimosa for breakfast drinks and almost anything you want to eat. These guys don't give "no" as an answer. This establishment is a YES for us whenever in this area.
Food is great and the hospitality flows freely. Thanks guys for making our experience so delightful. At the Steilacoom Ferry, this place is a must!
I love having to remind wait staff at a nearly empty establishment that the tiny sandwich i ordered and paid for 45 mins ago still hasn't been thrown together. Go to the deli at a Safeway. Half the price anyway.
Grab a beer ,bowl of chili , quick game of pinball and jump on the ferry ! Remind me of Hank William Sr. "Hey good looking "song *don't forget to mask up
Typical dive bar, very little parking unless you like 4-wheeling in a pot hole / crater filled gravel parking lot, are we all riding horses, I parked about a block away. Way over priced. Old building perfect for a dive bar, liquor bottles looked open, I wouldn't want to use them, craft beer didn't seem right, you guess. Slow food service probably tring to get that beer used up. Some staff were ok, some were miserable. This one's off the list.
Every time I enter this establishment, I am greeted with a smile and always have a good time. The premier establishment of the entire state of Washington. Blows the trendy bars of downtown Seattle out of the water. If you get the chance, please visit. It's worth the line.
Nice little pud and eatery. As a resident of Anderson Island this place is the " go to " when you want to get off island without the car!! It is also a popular venue for local and non-local motorcycle clubs as well as classic car enthusiasts. They have a bar that serves all types of drinks and good burgers sandwiches. Keep this place in mind if you get stuck in the ferry lane and don't want lose your spot! Great spot to top off if you live in the area and are returning from a Seattle pro-sport night or coming home late from work. Kid friendly & family friendly area too!
We go here often. Fun, easy going place. Staff is very friendly & happy. Food is good. So, so on pricing. Some just right--some too high. We love "Steak Night" on Friday's! $13.95 for big steak, potato, salad, & garlic bread. Sports TVs aplenty
Many micro beers on tap! The bathrooms leave much to be desired! Free pool games. A view of the Steilacoom ferry dock & a slice of Puget Sound. Looks like they do breakfast, lunch & dinner! Tues. is Taco night. Open mic, certain nights and Karaoke too others. Poker games can be found there too.
This wonderful Pub-n-Grill has excellent Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nites. Easy to hear yourself, to sing without straining, good monitor. Their Taco Tuesdays are Tasty! Love their clam strips and build-your-own sandwiches. Staff is friendly and fast. Walking in is like stepping back in time except for the electronic devices of course! There are all kinds of cool surprises that you simply must see and taste for yourself!
Out riding the motorcycle. Stopped in to have a bubbly beverage. Nice bartender. Definitely the waterside atmosphere for a pub. I will go back to it again. Sun was shining today sat outside.
This venue has always had a special place in my heart. Bobby Jo, Emily, Lauren, Gillian and Rachel have made this place such an amazing second home. I with my other half have always said this place is our second home. We love coming here and even the locals are so friendly.
I used to love this place, they still have good food, great servers, it's my local bar, I knew people. The bouncer... I guess that's his title, has a extremely short fuse and threw us and a few other outstanding members of this community out, girlfriend issues I was told, sad. He's still there I'm told. I am known in the area, so I have credibility, I would give 5 stars, but he's still there, no apologies as of today.
