Very rude staff, zero customer service over the ph...

Very rude staff, zero customer service over the phone. My card info was stolen and used to book a 2,000+ dollar stay at the hotel. When I contacted the hotel after my bank prompted me too I was brushed off like it wasn t there problem. This seems like suspicious behavior to me, I would expect this to be taken more seriously from a hospitality based business

OK hotel at great location very near to Arc de Triumph. Check-in process was time consuming but still Ok. Rooms are contompary with normal lock key mechanism. Rooms are quiet good and maintained well but less in space. Wash rooms are good and had all the facilities needed including bath tub. Lighting is bit low in rooms. It's quite good hotel when u consider the location.

I don't want to sound negative but almost all reviews online have talked about this issue and that is that Hotel de Vigny is an overrated hotel. It's not that I didn't like it but it surely isn't five stars. A well deserved and recommended three stars.

They are theif! I put my money in the safebox and they stolen700$ of it! And nobody was responsible for that! They ruin all my trip! Even the general manager did not take responsibilty to talk with me! I totally dont recommand this hotel!

Hotel 5 stars: at this level, I was disappointed not to find any difference with lower categories: no pool or sauna / Jacuzi area ....
The decor of the hotel and rooms is very "old school" and probably targets an elderly clientele.
Quiet, spacious room, buffet breakfast in the space that also serves as an Italian restaurant in the evening.

After 16 hours of flight, we finally made it to Paris...!
Heading to Vigny Hotel, my wife and I had indeed great expectations regarding accommodations and service, afterall, we were booked on a FIVE STAR HOTEL!
However (and unfortunately) the fist inconvenience was ... no elevator! Well... c mon ... we were on the fist floor... it s ok to use the stairs... right?
Then we got in the 104 room and... oh oh NO TV either! Let s call maintenance... acter 20 minutes using mimics to explain the guy what the problem was (yes, they don t speak any English)... we finally got to relax and watch Tv!
Then on the second day, around 3pm, I ve requested a bed sheet, since the only blanket in the room made me really warm at night (no sleep at all in the night before)... not only I didn t get it in the afternoon but in the evening (aroin 10pm) once again, I called the front desk to order it. To my THIRD surprise, I heard there was NO KEYS TO ACCESS HOUSEKEEPING, so there was NO SHEETS AVAILABLE WHATSOEVER, so I ll had to accept it and have a good night!
Unacceptable to hear such a answer from such a unprepared employee!
My fist job was to run a night audit for a 360 suites hotel in Atlanta GA, USA... me and only 2 guys ran the entire hotel from 10pm to 7am and we NEVER had such an excuse to a guest!!!
I really hope this hotel could review its standards ASAP! I ll make sure the next guests get to know the true stars of your service!

An excellent hotel boutic with a very good attention to 3 blocks from the aeco del triunfo very friendly staff the hotel has a restaurant rich and fresh the buttons very nice rates are exelwntes for the place where it is really highly recommended

My friend had $2000 stolen from his bank account to be used at this hotel. When he contacted the bank He was told to reach out to the hotel. Staff was incredibly unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. When I tried to get more information about the transaction, I was brushed off and constantly forwarded on to other staff/departments that refused to help. Despite calling internationally I was told I m busy...can you call back in 10 min not once but several times.

While I haven t stayed at the hotel, if their level of service or professionalism is indicated at all by my interaction with them I would not suggest spending a single dollar with them.

On Valentine s Day I received a notification from ...

On Valentine s Day I received a notification from my bank stating that someone had used my bank card for a $2000 stay at Hotel De Vigny. As this was fraudulent, after contacting my bank, I promptly contacted staff at the hotel to alert them that someone was either staying at the hotel with my stolen information or had booked ahead with my information. The first gentleman I spoke to stated he was busy and to call back in 10 minutes. I did so and was quickly brushed off and told to email the accounts department, and I was again brushed off by their accounts department. It appears hotel de vigny has no problem accepting stolen money, but puts forth absolutely no effort in trying to get it back to the people it was stolen from or being helpful in the least bit.

This is a lovely hotel with a nice outdoor dining and bar area just off the road, making it cool and unique. Because it is a valued member, our room has been upgraded to a very nice room -- the only thing that is bad is the parking lot. We were told where there was a place to park, or we could choose to park, but it was very confusing (they didn't explain clearly that we could use the parking spaces of the sister hotels on the corner, we have stayed there several times) )

First of all I hope this feedback reaches to the owner..
1. I do not know how you got the accreditation of 5 star hotel
2. Rooms are out dated
3. Not clean
4. during new year eve they told us no room service no food no snacks. Even the day before
5. Wifi is horrible
6. A lot of noises at night ( as if the building is falling apart)
7. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at ALL
8. The window does not close well and the heater is bad

Ps: i know that the general manager will reply to this feedback by saying some renovation project is happening currently as stated below from Saad. However, it's been two months and I still see nothing changed
You guys are deceiving people that this is a 5 star hotel

Paying 300 euro a night for this hotel is a loss trust me :)

I am staying at the hotel right now and actually I did read the reviews ahead but honestly when I saw the manager replying to many of the comments, I thought he/she already took an action !

So here is my feedback. The best thing about the hotel is definitely location and it has probably a reasonable price but not necessarily

They first gave me a room with no safe but they were kind enough to change it

The front office employees don t smile , god knows what s wrong with them ? They definitely make you to feel stranger

The carpet is not clean , you can clearly spot that it is too old or not well maintained

The mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all. My first time to see square pillows , OMG !

Finally, most of the rooms are on the street and be careful, if you re a light sleeper , you wouldn t sleep like me :) believe me .. it s very very very noisy .. the windows are not sound isolated !!

There is no gym, pool, but only a restaurant that I didn t want to try even

You should leave your keys with the front desk before you leave ,, they are tagged to heavy and large keychain !!

Not sure how such a hotel was given a 5 stars accreditation ?

I don t see why this is a 5* hotel at all. They probably only get this rating because of the Michelin starred restaurant because the entire place is falling apart. Stayed 1 night on business and do not recommend...
1. Carpets in lobby and stair cases are frayed with some parts completely ripped
2. Rooms are super dated with old furniture, and poor mattresses. The chair was completely faded and there were stains all over the floor/walls...
3. Breakfast is a joke with no warm items like eggs (only boiled ones) and is 30eur...
4. No business center. There s a small library with a sofa, and some chairs but no where to work before check in time.
5. Elevator breaks down

The room I got looks nothing like in the pictures and it s absurd to charge 300-400eur for a place in such poor condition.

Good WiFi location and the staff on the front desk...

Good WiFi location and the staff on the front desk are friendly and the beds are comfortable. However the rooms are dated and need renovation. The room service is very expensive ( 34 for a beef and rocket salad, 10 for a large bottle of water). The phone in my room did not work so had to go downstairs to order and the iron was in such a state they delivered it with a bed sheet so not to ruin my clothes.

My son credit card was stolen and used in this hotel for 2000$ after contacting the hotel they ignored all our attempts to investigate or refund our money, be carful to use credit card with those ppl bc we think they are a part of a big scam via credit card and they being investigated we were told plz no one do business with them.

My wife and I just returned back home from a 4 night stay at Hotel de Vigny. It was a terrific stay here.

We did our research and read the reviews to a bunch of hotels and chose this property because of the location.

It is a 5 star hotel but do not compare it to the Ritz, Four Seasons, etc. as it is not one of those premier properties that cost nearly double per night.

You are going to be greeted by friendly staff at a small boutique hotel in a perfect location 1 block off the Champs Elysees by the Arc de Triomphe. The room was very spacious and clean with a rare king bed in Paris. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a great location and an above average room in Paris.
