My family had $2000 stolen from our bank account to be used at this hotel. When I contacted my bank I was told to reach out to the hotel. Staff was incredibly unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. When I tried to get more information about the transaction, I was brushed off and constantly forwarded on to other staff/departments that refused to help. Despite calling internationally I was told I m busy...can you call back in 10 min not once but several times.

While I haven t stayed at the hotel, if their level of service or professionalism is indicated at all by my interaction with them I would not suggest spending a single dollar with them.
