Wait a day between radio and scanner to hear yours...
Wait a day between radio and scanner to hear yourself say urgent operation for gallbladder calculation. Waiting on stretcher, creepy with unkind and overworked caregivers
Wait a day between radio and scanner to hear yourself say urgent operation for gallbladder calculation. Waiting on stretcher, creepy with unkind and overworked caregivers
Come for nuclear medicine, a top, professional team!
Hospital on strike 5h wait. All pathologies are mixed! Reception which is often empty during a cigarette break! Emergency doctor who doesn't know who she is! A lady who came for a pulmonary embolism at 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. when she was not well the doctor said nobody told me I couldn't know !!! .the real bazaar! Worse and worse!
Just inadmissible !!
Sloppy file, which must go to committee ......... for more than a year, no news ....
It's scandalous, but hush ... You shouldn't say anything.
Poor service !!!
My 6 year old daughter is having a sudden allergy attack, I telephone the switchboard, they don't understand anything about this emergency, they swing me towards orthopedics who are of course incompetent with this kind of problem and have you hangs up on his nose twice in a row.
I will hold you responsible if my daughter's case gets worse !!!
To avoid absolutely !!!
My friend was very well looked after in the service of Professor Dagher
Very competent staff
Only problem the meals were not up to par
No one but no good the poor are overflowing with 8 or 9 patient an emergency doctor with the same head as these patients a nurse a little fat blonde with. The qi and the intelligence of a little fat blonde I take on me but as the lama a mollard of self defense
A disaster the emergencies the doctor who received me was incompetent already she arrived without saying hello then still goes on to yell because the chair was not in the right place it bothered him except that she is a very nice girl besides who placed her there to help me in short she looked at my knee and didn't even bother to bother me no radio in short she got out I took the opportunity to leave and go see a REAL doctor who made me do it a radio and there was something wrong with it !! so bravo! INCOMPETENT !!!
I put the note of 1/5 because the 0 is not allowed. Very bad experience in this hospital where we are clearly told to go to the clinics. 4 hours of waiting to finally tell us to come back 1 month later. The icing on the cake is the gynecologist Sarah Vieillefosse, no skill, no tact or humility, and who ends up saying to patients "the current has not passed with you anyway", does not take the time to go further in the explanation, is unpleasant. I strongly recommend this establishment
I will not judge the hospital and the quality of care because this is solely the fault of the French state and the neglect in which the public service tends to find itself ... On the other hand, I can underline the kindness of the midwives. While visiting the maternity ward, I have or noticed the availability (despite the delays ... Because surely lack of staff) and the smiles as well as their flexibility.
RV echo fast / no telephone wait / RV confirmation received during the week / Efficient and smiling welcome / rapid radiology visit / Radiologist
Very friendly and attentive
Are you coming for an ivg? You have the right to a general anesthesia or an epidural! Ask for it if it is not offered to you (which may be the case in this hospital).
An 87-year-old man who arrives in the emergency room with the fire department and is allowed to wait in the waiting room without seeing anyone !!!!!! I strongly advise against these emergencies.
Between the waiting and the kindness of the doctors
Shameful. Arrives at the emergency in the night from Monday to Tuesday, the pseudo doctor Mme Le THAI Who has done no analysis but simply two or three palpations sends me back home saying go do an echo, There's something but I can do nothing do ... Not at all pleasant and professional, no analysis done .. I could barely walk. In the end vein thrombosis therefore very painful but this hospital of incapacitated did not contribute to my health. Parcontre I have received the invoice of 17 euros Haha ... Pitiful!
A very big thank you to all the gyneco emergency service personnel who took care of me very quickly. Going through Dr VIEILLEFOSSE the surgeon who operated on me and his colleague gyneco (with short hair) who also looked after Sunday 28/10, the adorable lady anesthesiologist who supported me a lot, the nurses of a love , the nurse in the recovery room (a bit plump and bearded) as well as his black colleague are kind, the one who serves breakfast as brief ... I needed to be supported because I had to emergency surgery, they were all perfect with me. Dr VIELLEFOSSE came to see me the same morning to explain to me how it was to have the operation, 2 other gyno men also came to see me to discuss. I was able to answer all of my questions.
Really I bow to so much professionalism. Bravo for your support, your explanations, your understandings, your availability, your efficiency!
The rooms are perfect, spacious, clean and modern.
Thank you again for making the accurate diagnosis and for taking action very quickly. Thank you all.
A fairly traumatic experience following a lumbar puncture a few years ago. I remember the doctor screaming in the corridors: "who wants to see Nicolaaaaaas' first lumbar puncture ?!". I felt like a beast of fairground and to top it all, I was sent back to class the next day when I should have been lying down at least a day after that. As a result, I suffered for a week from do pain, vomiting, fever and lack of sleep. Thanks for all this. Fortunately this is just a bad memory .. If I could not put a star at all .. I will never come back again and I hope that some doctors treat their patients better than that.
As a visitor, the hospital is okay. The acute medicine team is responsive and does its best with the means they have. Normal what
Nothing to say all is properly good for patients good team
I have done dozens of hospitals I have never seen such dismal service! No shower in the rooms! The nurses come 20min after calling them we hear them laughing in the corridors but do not move you can make anyone uneasy! No explanation of the intervention that was made to me in an emergency! Zero point!
The operator in scintigraphy has no empathy for the people who suffer it is lamentable, this type should change job, it is a shame compared to the other hospitals and clinics of the area.
Service to avoid, it is best to go to Marie-Lannelongue and avoid this hospital
My father spent 2 nights in an emergency:
- unpleasant and disdainful staff and do the minimum union their jobs
- do not ask for comfort: no blanket for the night, no help call button to go to the toilet
- the telephone numbers to reach the caregivers ring in the void: they have no time to answer
- the doctors are correct but overwhelmed and therefore inaccessible
- frankly, to be avoided if possible for the elderly
I knew the maternity of Antoine Beclere following a risky pregnancy, I find that this service is good. I returned for a follow-up of a second normal pregnancy this time and there I unfortunately discovered another side of maternity, the RDV are badly managed and with each consultation I see a different doctor knowing that I specified well that I want to be followed by the doctor who follows me during the first pregnancy.
Never ask a nurse why a person who arrived before you goes first or she will whine with the doctor on duty as if you had mishandled it when it was for my part a simple question ... moreover avoid all blood test at their home in obstetrics! She did not sting in the vein but next ... result I still hurt this morning and I have a blue which is black! Flee the maternity service I wanted to be followed there for my pregnancy but I think that finally I will pass my way
No hospital to avoid, incompetent surgeon as well for doctors, overworked nurse as well as for nursing assistants, this hospital is a real souk, do not go there, above all, this is my advice to you
If I could put zero I would do it without hesitation. Very rude staff on the phone. We are made to understand that we are disturbing and we are answered very dryly. Not to mention the very long wait and the number of different interlocutors to finally have the right person!
Once the right person on the phone is not much better ...
I call for information because I have just learned that I have a serious genetic disease and that I wish to know the steps to have a healthy child ... I am answered without any humanity nothing for ultimately not having answers to my questions ... I am shocked by such behavior for a service that is normally rather "human" .....
I gave birth in this maternity with a scheduled cesarean. The medical team is very professional and attentive to the patient. I benefited from a renovated single room where comfort was at the rendezvous. The buildings appear dilapidated and need to be renovated, but the quality of care is at the meeting.
A shame, my 2-year-old son and I get sick in the emergency room because of the festive weekend and no doctors available. We enter at 10am and leave at 5pm for a consultation of just 15 minutes. Pediatric nurses who do not have a smile are like military service and complain when the child makes noise. Yes it makes noise because it hurts. And about me I was left with clamoxil and Doliprane telling me that tomorrow I would be cured. Suprise I am still so bad. Forced to wait for Monday to see a real doctor. I'm disapointed
My 9 year old son has been empty for 8 days and already saw the pediatrician twice without improvement. The samu doctor was called to go to the emergency room for blood tests and stool cultures. The doctor who receives us takes the fly that I tell him directly to take a blood test and a copro advised by samu. She prescribes copro but refuses to take a blood test. The copro gives results after several days. We leave with a big worry because it vomits and empties despite treatment against gastro. For all that nothing for her, no problem, just a gastro that lasts. He is hypoglycemic but that does not take into account.a compote and we leave. SHAMEFUL
In neurology Good reception and good personal organization very warm and very nice I recommend it a big thank you
I went back there for the first time since ... my birth, for my little boy. Pleasant welcome, quick care. Professional staff. But good
Waiting time in the emergency room a bit long, but the seriousness of my pathology being quite relative I was not allowed to draw rigor from it ... Very competent, friendly sympathetic and very attentive emergency physician. Bravo because it is far from being the case of other hospitals in the region.
I came for a deep cut by hand after advice from the pharmacist who thought I needed stitches. The internal surgeon comes to see me because not long ago they let go of someone who had nerves damaged by a cut. The intern tells me that everything is fine despite the fact that I no longer feel my finger, sends me home with strips. Result of the races I have a terrible scar and I do not feel my index finger. Incompetence which obviously is not isolated.
Excellent maternity. Staff very friendly and attentive to the needs of patients.
Very well received by emergencies
Very nice and very serious medical team
In the emergency, that's what I care about. Strongly discouraged.
To flee urgently.
I am writing this review from the waiting room where I have been waiting for 6 hours for a sprained ankle.
I waited three and a half hours, passed a radio and then I was asked to wait in the emergency waiting room again, as at the start, in order of gravity for a doctor to be released. They know what I have, I just need a prescription and a stop and I have to wait 4 hours again for that ....
Ridiculous.
The pediatric emergency staff are particularly rude and unprofessional.
Bad hospital.
How can you let my mother who is a woman in strong depression leave without medical follow-up, you ask the opinion of the patients and the patients will necessarily say no to be followed, because people in depression are unable to make decisions and you YOU LET THEY GO freely as if nothing had happened.
YOU ARE REALLY NOT PROFESSIONAL! A big lack of respect. I warn you that if something happens, it will be your fault.
We can't let go of depression patients who want to kill themselves.
By the way my mother lost her bank card, after all the damage this hospital does, we could have simply stolen it.
3 hour wait. A secretary as kind as a prison door. To flee
I went to the emergency pck javai male in the belly and we had my javai gastro on my prescription drugs that I took for 2 days but I was male and when I went to lhopitale dantony I did a scaner then they found that I had the appendix and el seclater inside and his grace to the hospital beclere who did not treat my case in an emergency when I left labas.
Much to say about this hospital, there is both the best and the worst. For example, very good medical monitoring of pregnancy but catastrophic birth, emergency caesarean, not seen the baby for 3 hours, he was given the bottle without my advice, no support for breastfeeding, some nurses being definitely pro- baby bottles (maybe they repress a failed breastfeeding?), which seems incredible to me in a maternity. This of course facilitates baby blues and breastfeeding difficulties. What bothered me the most? The inconsistency in the humanity of the personnel and this at all levels: great doctors and other inhumans, ditto for the nurses or administrative and reception staff. In addition, the staff turn so fast that the follow-up is really not great, we rarely see the same caregivers during a hospitalization. I recommend better human monitoring of the patient who is above all a human being, and to try to motivate the teams in this direction. What an idea to have a patient followed by 20 different people !!!! Who manages the schedules ???? Good news, the visitor parking lot has been redone, feet in the mud in winter ....
In summary, no personalized service here, for maternity, I was clearly told that I would have been better in the clinic ...
The care and kindness were at the meeting .. on the other hand I did not understand why there were so many nurses at the reception who discussed ..
It's disastrous, no consideration. I have just spent more than an hour and a half trying to make an appointment, no one answers, even letting 20 minutes ring. When you join the secretariat without even bothering to answer, they return to the number that does not answer. We don't even have time to talk. No sense of service. I'm really scared when I see how they treat us before the operation.
Risk of broken toes. Wait for 6 hours without seeing a surgeon since it is not medicine (according to the person of the home). Avoid bank holiday weekends and strikes !!!!! So far, I have been satisfied. Tonight I am angry ....
The place where my son was born ! I just wanted to put in a comment thanking the whole team of midwives, doctors and nurses and telling you to keep it up! And to continue to be cautious about this pandemic.
Catastrophic ... to avoid if you don't want to make your illness worse ... Ghost doctor, incompetent nurse and hygiene worthy of a Third World hospital.
No coordination between doctors and nurses ... nurses who think they are doctors, these people play with the health of patients with impunity ...
Mr at the host incompetent prefers to look at the information that taking care of people never answers the questions that he is ashamed to have staff like that!
Help, care is not adapted! They put a cataiter on my wrist which is useless and makes me suffer..They don't want to remove it ... The intern hears nothing of my requests. Otherwise impeccable nursing staff ...
I was hospitalized for 5 days for the birth of my son. The staff are very pleasant and competent. The follow-up at the kangaroo unit is top of the line, they are doing an extraordinary job. A big thank you to you.
Following the delivery of my wife, I would like to thank Antoine Beclere Hospital for the welcome and the midwives, even Manoi Chen.
Patricia (auxiliary) for their kindness and their courage. And at all future pregnant women, I advise you to come to Beclere
My partner went to the emergency room for the fractured right collarbone and elbow on Wednesday November 16, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. and, as I speak, Tuesday November 21 at 1 p.m., she does not yet know if we are going to operate on her.
It's a shame ! We even had the sketch of the strangers live with the doctors' tour of the rooms who were surprised to see her still there ... A shame!
If I could put negative stars, it would be -5
It is lamentable, do not go there for an emergency !!
Very responsive maternity emergency, very professional and kind staff and take time to examine the future mother, we left the hospital with lots of good advice.
Pediatric emergencies are catastrophic !!! Obliged to go to this hospital on the pretext that there is a pediatric service, I have the impression of being in the third world there !! Never finish again !!!
I am currently hospitalized since September 7 for a pneumonia and I am 6 months pregnant and I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, nursing assistants.
I was transferred to 3 different departments, maternity obstetrics, intensive care and maternity high risk pregnancy.
They do a great job are very nice, smiling.
The only downside is that I did the covid test twice and it hurts extremely.
and being woken up at 3 or 6 in the morning for exams hurts but it was worth it. Thank you to them and them.
The small doctor Jean of the center of sleep had to make great studies of medicine but it must surely neglect the part taken care of and listens to the patient. He knows better than you what you live or feels and has no empathy or desire to try to understand the patient, who is necessarily stupid and uneducated. It is aptly named, small, but it is the only thing that characterizes it in every sense of the word.
Disaster, I had the flu I went to the emergency since I have asthma after 2 hours you can go home! not even a radio ..... 3 days later I ended up at Percy much more professional with pneumonia, pleural effusion, More
More than variable emergencies ... a first perfect experience (broken collarbone of an elderly lady) and 3 others ... catastrophic: diagnostic error (sprain!); inability to remove staples (posed by an intern from More
Impossible to be received ... after 7 hours of waiting the doctor dares to say that he is not a doctor! To be avoided better if it closes
I agree with the person who said below: there is the best as the worst.
Few criticisms concern the PMA service (the famous best in France), certainly they are efficient (in the sense that it works) but the human support is deplorable. We are forgotten in the waiting room where fifty women are waiting, you get the wrong treatment, you are never followed by the same person ... very little humanity in such a difficult period of life. I would put a star for this service. In addition, I underwent a surgical intervention and it was well accompanied on the whole, by the nursing assistants, sympathetic, as by the nurses and surgeons, human and in the exchange.
No urgency, it's been 2 times in a row that I go to the emergency room for an abscess in particular that I have since April and who created another abscess elsewhere, their antibiotics my created an abscess in one night I go back and he want just write me the new abscess while these the first I have since the beginning that hurts me the most, they are unpleasant not at all professional ,, I stepped without signing discharge and then what else
Operated on the 1st floor in minimally invasive surgery, I wanted to thank all the teams for their kindness, their humor, their listening, their professionalism, quick and effective response to my requests. I also thank DR Lainas. Excellent service. Clean and suitable premises, no noise at night. Thank you .
Lost analyzes, wrong diagnoses .. A horror! Fortunately the secretaries and nurses are always smiling and pleasant.
Waiting time in emergency, exorbitant up to half a day ... apparently due to a lack of staff.
Exceptional orthopedic service at all levels, care, nursing staff, cleanliness and follow-up after disc prosthesis operation. Congratulations to the whole team.
For :
1) competence of the medical profession, although not always very communicative for some
2) very good interface service between families and department heads
Against :
1) aggressiveness of certain staff members (hepato-gastro department).
-> following requests from me deemed repetitive (yet always formulated with tact and politeness), 1 nurse and 2 or 3 people from the floor staff took a hold of us ...
-> my 87-year-old father paid the consequences: verbal attacks, derogatory remarks, meal trays placed dryly without a word, ... Intolerable
I felt like a Damned come back to this hospital, no assistance, no welcome from the team that manages it, the emergency is a calvere, we don't feel surrounded.
It is awful, his night in France worthy of his health providence.
I call the guy or under Mr. Joseph Louis Alexendre: I am indignant in front of you, on what basis you have been assigned this post if Human if Noble !!!!
Emergency No cleaning of the hand after falling radio splint bjr microbes. Home (very nice people)
To escape absolutely catastrophic emergency hospital do not be in a hurry with them, I was the only person suffering in the emergency room they took me after 3 hours! they're too busy ticking and this Snap! than caring for patients !!
Interminable waiting time, no one to take care of either or to inquire about what is happening, results of radios absent after more than 2 hours of waiting
I will not talk about the hospital in general but about the care I received in the emergency room.
I had a car accident two years ago, I had a few sores including a major left elbow.
the emergencies did not see fit to make a radio before sewing up despite my insistence.
I was embarrassed, and a blister that started to appear.
One fine day when I got up from the bed of blood appeared on the sheet.
It was due to a piece of glass left over from the glass, which started to come out, piercing my skin.
a nurse at work, was able to get me out without damage.
2 years and 3 months with this intruder in the arm.
why the refusal of the radio!
mystery
Hello, I am very happy with this hospital, because I was very well looked after! Thank you. Isabelle the person who is in a wheelchair! I highly recommend this hospital! See you soon.
Obstetric Emergencies and Maternity:
Big negative point: do not be followed by the prenatal service if you can before the 7th month, the doctors of this service are grossophobic, I am obese and lost 10kg at mid-term and they still asked me to lose , spoke to me badly when my husband was absent at the consultation, they focused that on my weight result I had a pathology which deserved a follow-up and it was not done correctly. I was apprehensive about my illness and my baby and the consultation was so expedited that I could not place one. The week before the delivery, I was refused the cervical examination, claiming that there was no point at this point. I left each consultation in tears! It is absolutely necessary to review this service because everything else about maternity is great.
- I have consulted obstetric emergencies a few times, there is no waiting and very good care.
- Childbirth at the maternity, the birth room looked new, the bedroom too. The multidisciplinary teams are attentive and answer all questions with kindness. The father was very well involved during the stay. Unfortunately I wanted to breastfeed but the childcare assistant that I met while going up in the room did not seem qualified to this level, I had to give up.
I highly recommend this maternity I have nothing to say negative and it is very rare unfortunately.
Maternity: If you are not at risk, they will not pay attention and your delivery may be a bad memory ... the prenatal appointment service very very long but pleasant staff,
Pediatric Emergency: Just Adorable! the wait is long (too) but between minor sores and urgent cases I can understand the sort ... (My daughter was properly taken care of, with great professionalism at 1 am, again bravo and thank you)
Oncology / Oncology Service: To flee, unpleasant doctors, nurses certainly exhausted ...
Maternity emergency: Many travelers on the road
and dated establishment ...
On March 8, 2018 at 10 am I took my mother to the emergency room, she was suffering from stomach pain and she was vomiting, when she took care of the nurses, she was asked to stop doing "comedy" .
I tell myself that the nurses should not say such a thing already out of respect for the patient and then also because this kind of sentence when you think about it later can also hurt very close relatives if things end badly.
Thereafter she had to wait until the next morning to be transferred to intensive care in percy in critical condition.
Today she died from acute pancreatitis.
I'm not saying that if my mother had been taken care of more quickly, she would have gotten out of it, but I was really disappointed with the care. And that famous phrase that makes me cry every time I think about it ...
Emergency 0/20
I waited 7 hours to do an analysis to find out if I had an allergy
It's simple ... if you have something, and above all important, don't go here ... it's pitiful. ..incredible but true. ..from the delirium of living this in 2018 in a hospital. ..c 'is dirty and old and nobody keeps you informed to inform you. ..finally I understood that in this hospital for emergencies you have to plan the day before to come . ... 7 hours of waiting ... by reading the other opinions everyone thinks the same thing. ... the staff tell me very clearly that the manager is obviously aware of this but that it is not his problem. ..... scandalous to know that this person has such a high salary and that he does not take into account the serious problems as a director ..... I hope that as soon as possible this person leaves this hospital. the state is worried as soon as possible about this situation. ..maybe journalists can make an interesting report of it ..
I was hospitalized in appendicitis emergency 2 weeks ago. No need to step back to find out if the operation went well, but I can say that:
Staff smiling and helpful during my short stay.
Spartan but clean room. Cleaned several times during my visit.
Bof bof restoration. But it's all hospitals the same. Why they don't make an effort, or make an effort to be true to their reputations.
For me it is a good hospital and I thank all the people who took care of me.
Emergencies involving nurses / interns not knowing how to put plaster on the ankle, which caused two phlebitis in the calf. Nurse who gives a work accident, but forgets to give the work stop, forced to go back and therefore pay for a taxi because she "cannot send it by mail on time". And do not give anticoagulants because it is enough to "move the foot" as she says ... it is true that moving the foot when one is plastered, it is Simple ...
Emergencies to avoid as adults.
I gave birth in this hospital in May 2017, I thought considering their reputation their maternity level 3 to be able to go there eyes "closed" and in confidence. Despite some negative opinions, I decided to follow up on my pregnancy and give birth to it. I would have done better. I lived the horror there I will not recommend this hospital even to my worst enemy! If you have a risky pregnancy or a geminal pregnancy on the other hand go there if not go your way.
I will not go into details I can spend the night writing! In a few examples to my 1st consultation the midwife told me out of the blue your child is Down's syndrome (with the results of the blood test) I collapsed so it was unexpected and announced with such brutality she told me threw a box in handkerchiefs telling me go cry it is just beginning
I came home the day of my delivery at 6 am the night team could not bite me they charcut me to say good it's time to leave we will leave the day team s 'in charge (thank you for having charcut I'm still a human being) I was allowed to arrive at full dilation made me grow exhausted for nothing to end up in emergency Cesarean (I have the pelvis too narrow to give birth vaginally as I am a bit strong they do not have useful judges to check it before they said it is large and strong it goes but no !!!)
Urine catheter placement because the lazy (word of the midwife) to come empty my bladder
Removal of membranes without warning (the least thing even if we do it is to warn the patient especially that it is not pleasant)
Getting direct ocitocyne not even give the body time to do its work, it had to go fast
Lady who distributes the trays who comes to take my blood pressure I had 14 blood pressure well bah you can go out (er no I don't think)
Getting drunk because I had dirty my sheets (which by the way were never changed during my stay)
Must be out by 11 a.m. be warned at 10.30 a.m.
Ring because his scar is bleeding and the lady on the set who tells me it's urgent ?! Should resonate in 45 minutes we change the team (45 min? Fortunately I am not in hemorrhage)
To date I am and remain traumatized but the most serious for me is the endangerment of new born
They cheated on my daughter's exit weight I weighed her myself in the morning 3kg200 when I got home I look at her health book I see exit weight 3kg660 she had lost too much weight she shouldn't have left then they also let him go out with a phenomenal jaundice but we must clear quickly and above all be quiet I talked to my midwife who told me that she was fed up that I was not the only one to tell her that ( maybe something should be done !!!)
They let me go with a scar that was bleeding there was quite a hole saying to me "corpulent people heal more difficult between healing and having a hole in my scar is not really the same thing)
Today almost 4 months after my scar still oozes and they don't care ...
I trusted them result I am traumatized, they stole my pregnancy, my delivery, the 1st days with my daughter at the hospital !!!
I would never stay there again !!!
Bad and slow reception (the firemen waited 20 minutes for someone to please come to the reception ...) the maternity emergencies did not treat what was obviously a miscarriage (blood test with dating and ultrasound showing the non-development of the heart rate at 10 weeks). I had to go to another maternity hospital the next morning to be treated properly, whose caregivers told me that I was at risk of infection and infertility if poor care was taken.
My 14 year old son was admitted to the emergency room for a broken arm with a double fracture. Whether in terms of reception, hospitalization for 48 hours, post-operative follow-up for 4 months, everything was perfect. The professionalism and friendliness of the surgeon, doctors and caregivers were exemplary. I highly recommend.
