If I could put zero I would do it without hesitation. Very rude staff on the phone. We are made to understand that we are disturbing and we are answered very dryly. Not to mention the very long wait and the number of different interlocutors to finally have the right person!
Once the right person on the phone is not much better ...
I call for information because I have just learned that I have a serious genetic disease and that I wish to know the steps to have a healthy child ... I am answered without any humanity nothing for ultimately not having answers to my questions ... I am shocked by such behavior for a service that is normally rather "human" .....
