- do not ask for comfort: no blanket for the night, no help call button to go to the toilet
- the telephone numbers to reach the caregivers ring in the void: they have no time to answer
- the doctors are correct but overwhelmed and therefore inaccessible
- frankly, to be avoided if possible for the elderly
