I welcomed my twins in this establishment.

Terrible receptionist service. Refuses to take birth gifts and insists that they be brought into the room, even though the mother is not in a position to receive visits. Scandalous for an establishment claiming to offer such a level of benefits.
Really Top Clinic.
My obstetrician monitored my pregnancy and on the day of delivery he listened and everything went very smoothly.
As for the hospitalization, we are really told everything, how to wash the baby ..., and I didn't feel at all lost. The staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this clinic . .
My wife was taken care of in this clinic for a small outpatient operation. Everything went very well, thanks to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. The care teams but also the administrative staff are attentive and attentive. We really recommend this property. Room a bit small but outpatient it is not important.
I had 2 operations in 3 months in this clinic in the context of Covid. Although the health situation is delicate the team was great. The room was clean, the nursing staff very competent. Thank you to my nurse Caroline (it seems to me) who was perfect with me after my otoplasty.
The maternity service is top! Our son's birth and the first days of his existence were accompanied by the teams in the most perfect way. The fact that the clinic allows fathers to be present 24 hours a day is remarkable. Finding better would be difficult.
Doctors have assigned an average of 3.5 / 5 to the Clinique de la Muette.

The day before giving birth I got prescribed a medicine I was allergic to. Small detail, right ? No one ever checked my dossier. Luckily I realised it before taking it. The next day I came back for giving birth, quite scared because of what had happened the day before. Luckily I had my own private sage femme to look after me.
During our stay, the puericultrices and pediatricians were very good and they teach you a lot of things. The rooms are quite uncomfortable, small and cold, even if you pay 650e daily.
The day I left the maternity, they gave me back my dossier and it was incomplete. They never found the missing exams, they didn't even want to accept their responsabilities.
They are quick to cash money, but if you need them to do something you have to get into a fight. I wouldn't want to give birth here again.
Hello me I went to the clinic of the dumb I'm delighted that a clinic at the top Jesuit went to make a fiv. And the staff and very well and he's listening to the patient
Very good clinic, I had two surgeries in this clinic, and I thank my doctors for this choice, the staff of the clinic always very pleasant and very human, attentive and available, the room was very comfortable, so than the bathroom. The Zen atmosphere contributes to the well-being of the patient, especially after an intervention. Thank you
Excellent course of delivery thanks to the teams of the dumb and Doctor Benzakine. The wise women and nursery nurses are very patient and very professional. Perfect postpartum stay, very good follow-up and supervision, very friendly teams, even the meals were very good. My birth and my stay will be very good memories.
I gave birth twice to La Muette and I highly recommend this clinic where we feel extremely well taken care of in this moment so important (delivery but also post-delivery). All staff during the stay (5 days, March 2019) was listening, caring, efficient: we are really surrounded and accompanied for the first days with his baby. Thank you very much to all of you!
And the new meal system is top (good and with choice!)
I would like to thank all of the staff at Clinique de La Muette. This establishment made my stay in maternity more than very pleasant. From caregivers to doctors, everyone is attentive, kind, professional and considerate. A big thank you to all this team and to Mrs. Edith Valette who managed my entire stay from registration to our outing with a masterful hand.
I strongly recommend this establishment, not only for the professionalism of each one but also for the welcome and comfort.
Thanks again everyone
Alicia perez
A perfect stay thanks to top teams, people and the little care. I could not have dreamed of better accompaniment when our first baby came, we almost did not want to leave :-)
My surgeon is fantastic, the nurses and the staff top, impeccable cleanliness, on the other hand beware of the billings more than doubtful of the clinic on the expenses of the stays ....
I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive
The care for my son was really great.
I thank the whole team
The rooms of the clinic of Muette are ultra narrow. You are put in an ambulatory room while you sleep one night. Can not put the tray properly on the bed while you can not move. And no one helps you. Caregivers and nurses are haughty, have no compassion or caring. They are bad. There is even one who said to me "Do not call me, you disturb me, do not worry" while I was suffering; I can not get up alone.
And the height is the price of the room on leaving; it's exorbitant.
Talk to your surgeon to go elsewhere. This is an advice.
Operated on an outpatient basis in ophthalmology, I appreciated the friendliness of the healthcare team and their professionalism. The operating room is impeccable and my surgeon awesome! thank you all.
Establishment of quality, comfortable, the medical staff is really nice, reassuring and competant. Small flat for the billing department / office outings since I'm trying to join several days in vain.
Room mediocre size of a cupboard these shameful to propose its for paris 16 th Exuberant expenses for a pitiful Service! Personal not at all professional! Staff in constant change in 3 days I had to see 20 different person in the room childbirth not listening to the future mother and choices for childbirth TECHNICAL DELIVERY NOT RESPECTED (Since 2007, the High Health Authority formally advises the Abdominal expression, which involves pressing the mother's belly during childbirth to accelerate or facilitate the birth of the baby.) Result abdominal hematoma !!!
Thanks to Dr Zaier best Anesthesitste I have known.
Thanks to him my cesarean went wonderfully.
Rashi anesthesia ok after 5 minutes without any pain. He was patient, caring and attentive throughout the Cesarean and well after.
Go there with your eyes closed !! I recommend it with my eyes closed!
Competent and friendly medical staff, but poor hospitality and clinical experience.
Childbirth on August 04, 2020.
My pregnancy follow-up and delivery went well. My gynecologist is exceptional and the staff in the delivery room very knowledgeable and friendly. Regarding the sf I send a special thank you to Shirley who is perfect!
The disappointment started the day after I gave birth.
When I arrived I was placed in a clean and comfortable room. Then the next day I am informed of my change of room, telling me that it is too noisy (opposite the nursery).
I run and change. To my surprise, it is even noisier, located just outside a very busy fire door, especially at night. And I don't dwell on the time when staff members improvised a private chat in the evening right outside my bedroom door for a 20 minute groin, not caring that a baby was sleeping right behind. Surprising for a motherhood, isn't it? But I take it upon myself and tell myself that this is awkward of them and as long as the baby is sleeping peacefully it's okay.
I don't know what was the most uncomfortable, the noise or the lack of cleanliness.
This room was dirty. The soil pushed to the point where I threw my new slippers when I came out. The dirty bathroom: a floor with black marks and a barely washed toilet bowl, phlegm or something stuck on the inside and dripping marks were noticeable on the outside of the bowl.
So I understand that I was certainly initially installed in a room more expensive than the package chosen, which motivated the change, and not the noise.
In this case I understand the change which is legitimate, but are we not entitled to a minimum of cleanliness and respect with a room at 150 euros?
Once again I take it upon myself and tell myself that the stay is short and that the main thing is baby and medical support.
The day of release is here, we go to the cash register and finally go home with our baby.
But my disappointment is not over and it really turns into nervousness 10 days later.
I contact the clinic in order to have administrative information: within how long the file is sent to social security.
I am greeted by a man who picks up in a very unpleasant way and gives out a hello as if they are rationed and costing him.
In a very sympathetic way I tell him that I want some information, he answers me very curtly "well yes I am listening to you".
I ask him the transmission times to the security and there he replies "well it's in teletransmission with your vital card, it is done immediately".
I always answer him kindly "no, I gave birth 10 days ago and still nothing". And there he answers me very dryly and dismissively "I don't know I don't work in security".
There yes I exploded for the 1st time, and let him know that this is not an attitude to have when representing a private clinic.
The problem not coming from the security but from the transmission of the file by the clinic I just wanted to know if there was a problem.
If this grumpy wasn t able to answer me, he could have told me calmly and respectfully and invited me to go to another person or go straight to the clinic.
I won't hide from you that this treatment somewhat spoiled the happiness of my first childbirth. For me, this is not behavior worthy of a private clinic.
Fortunately, my gynecologist was exceptional and followed and accompanied me very well, before, during and after childbirth, making this childbirth a wonderful time. Which alleviates the bitter taste left by my stay at the clinic.
I also find this kind of attitude very unfortunate, as the staff are generally very competent, available and empathetic.
I felt in good hands medically.
I had surgery on February 24, 2020
For a tummy tuck
I have been extremely well looked after the nurses are very kind human
I forgot the first names of the other nurses but I am very grateful to them
Without forgetting the branquardier who accompanied me to the block I was afraid he reassured me
The anesthesiologist team and the nurse in the block were very reassuring
Thank you to doctor Pulvemaker for his professionalism and listening
He took the time to explain the intervention to me and was there the next day at the first hour to take stock of the operating suites.
The size of the room did not pose any concern to me the most essential in my eyes was really the framing they knew how to reassure me
I just regret a quick outing I wish I was still a little pampered
I come from Fontainebleau after misadventures. The Clinic deserves more than 5 stars, she was able to manage emergencies in an incredible way, I was able to organize my delivery in a few days with Dr Akerman, absolutely wonderful and his team from the neonatal office. very effective. The Clinic took over very quickly, an exemplary coordination, the whole team welcomed us with kindness, listening and professionalism, my file was mastered by the whole team. No need to repeat ...
My baby was in good hands.
I felt supervised and safe.
Well done to this Clinic that I recommend with your eyes closed.
Thank you
a clinic that thinks more about money than its patients.
Super maternity! I recommend it to all.
Wise women and nursery nurses listening.
The delivery is not at all at the chain and it feels good. Nursery to keep baby at night which helps to spend the first days. Go for it!
Finally Very satisfied with my last intervention, very caring staff. Thank you !
I had a very good time at La Muette for my second delivery. The care has been perfect from start to finish. I felt listened to and accompanied by all the teams. Thanks to them and Dr. Benzakine for making this magic moment!
I was very happy with my operation in this clinic, the staff, care, meal everything was very good and thank you for the kindness of staff, my room was very good, thank you again for the welcome
I gave birth to our baby girl three weeks ago at this clinic. We were very well supported, whether in the birth room or during our stay on the 4th floor of this maternity hospital. The midwife presents the day and the nursery nurses we met were very available, gentle with our baby and gave us precious advice to allow us to return home as serene as possible. Thank you very much to everyone!
No home, no information given after surgery. It was finally the service staff (housekeepers) who gave more information than the nurses. Very bad experience.
5th birth at La Muette ...
The teams are all and always adorable: birth room, day and night teams, housekeepers (I subscribe to the 3rd floor I love it!), Pediatricians, etc.
Ms. Valette is absolutely adorable and very kind
I recommend +++++
See you soon
Clinic that I recommend 100%. High quality care, fabulous teams, and total kindness. My delivery could not have gone better, and I would like to thank all the teams for their welcome and their professionalism.
I was hospitalized in this clinic where I stayed 1 night instead of being in embula. And I was pampered by the medical service. The nurses and caregivers are equally kind and considerate of each other. When I read some of the reviews on the rooms I tell myself that people have to confuse hotel and clinic. We are alone in a room with TV and my husband stayed at night so he gave him a bed so he could stay with me.
I couldn't ask for more for my childbirth.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
I highly recommend
Great team, especially the lady who assisted Dr Attal, she was able to reassure me, she explained each step to me. Exam a little painful but bearable.
I advise !
Hello,
There is nothing to say about the staff or the level of the surgeon, who has a lot of empathy for his clients (Dr. Seroussi that I strongly advise).
What I find unacceptable is the price of the rooms.
My wife returned Wednesday to 14:30 and emerged on Friday at 12:00.
We had to pay 780 euros for a full day and two half days.
Which means that if someone comes behind us, that person also pays 260 for half a day.
Once again, I find it lamentable.
I had an operation in a clinic being said in the 16 th room 260 per day and not per night is shameful it is not worth at all
I followed my doctor who operated in this clinic
He is a very good doctor I have nothing to say but this clinic is a shame!
The operating room a horror the size of a box
Ask your surgeon if he does not operate in another clinic you will surely be better
La Muette clinic is for me an excellent establishment where everything went perfectly despite an emergency Cesarean section at 2am. Dr. Peres was very responsive, reassuring and thanks to all the team I felt safe and well taken in hand.
My stay at the maternity ward with my little girl was also very good. I never missed anything and the teams there were very helpful and helpful.
I highly recommend this clinic and go back with my eyes closed for my next child.
Hello,
I was at the mute clinic from Monday 1st April to Tuesday 2nd April. I wish to express my sincere thanks for this welcome. All the nurses were very nice, very friendly and very smiling. It was really reassuring to have surgery there (by the surgeon Dr. Cindy Uzzan who did a great job). I had requested a double room, and I had someone with me only for 3 hours. so I was entitled to a large double room for me alone. You really feel like at the hotel! Thanks to the whole team!
Billable billing service. The transmissions to social security are excessively long. It took them almost 1 month ... A deferred collection of your payment by check is offered to you but is not respected by the clinic ... they are cashed while social security transmissions is not yet effective. Very unpleasant billing person with an obnoxious tone and yelling at you "you are not the only patient" while I was just asking for some information ... that's unacceptable. An institution whose main objectives is to satisfy you and ensure the quality of your support ... When we make a mistake ... we apologize ... but according to the Director General M. Painchaud, there are no excuses to present ...
I have wonderful memories of my childbirth and of my stay at La muette. The staff are available at any time of the day and night with a smile, attentive to answer our questions but also caring, reassuring and good advice.
The hotel staff is very attentive to our meals which are delicious with a wide choice of dish (morning / noon / evening).
Thank you again to all the reception, administrative, nursing and hotel staff.
I highly recommend this establishment for its respect, kindness and professionalism.
THANK YOU
Hospitalized at the sce surgery from June 3 to June 7, 2019, I do not recommend the clinic in any case. You quickly realize that there is no doctor on site. Everything is done by phone. We do not explain anything about "after" (recommendation, care ....) it's up to you to insist on seeing a doctor. We are left to ourselves. Not even a goodbye at the exit. A low cost service charged at high price. The clinic is not at the level of surgeons who operate there. And to make up for it, when you call them to get a copy of the blood test they forgot to give you, they send you back to the external lab they are working with.
I had surgery before yesterday in this clinic.
I put 5 stars especially for cleanliness, hospitality but especially for nurses Anissa and Rosa. 2 nurses full of kindness, empathy, attentive ..a real vocation
thank you so much
My son was born there on April 24, 2004. Thank you!
I gave birth to the La Muette Clinic. I highly recommend this establishment, for its teams within the maternity ward. Always attentive, caring, patient, fully dedicated and passionate, with the constant concern to help the best young mother in the first days of baby's life. I keep a great experience and I strongly recommend to all mothers to give birth. A midwife even saved my breastfeeding, which seemed to be compromised initially because baby was born a little prematurely. Super team also gynecologists and pediatricians, invested and listening to the patient. Very reassuring environment. You can go there with your eyes closed!
Great staff, great hospital.
Thank you
I just did a cosmetic surgery at the Clinique de la Muette and everything was perfect. The surgeon (Oren Marco) a real magician, the anesthesiologist (Patrick Jault) very attentive, reassured me from beginning to end, all the medical and paramedical staff were very caring during my brief stay (I did not stay only one night). I had read reviews of the fact that the clinic is a little run down so I was a bit scared to get surgery but I want to reassure the patients that the rooms are really decent. You do not come to the clinic as you come to the hotel; the mattresses are fine, the bathroom is modern, everything is clean. I recommend this clinic with my eyes closed.
Thank you to all the wonderful team at the clinic. We were looked after extremely well from the start of the stay until our discharge. The whole team is attentive, present and kind. I highly recommend. Really faultless.
Thanks to the whole team.
I warmly thank the clinic and all of its staff for their support. The maternity service has shown great professionalism and all the attention required of us. The nursing staff (doctors, midwives and auxiliaries ...) were very present. Mme Valette was able to coordinate our stay perfectly.
Operated twice in plastic surgery by Dr. DPicovski and PJault anesthetist. 2 adorable doctors.
The staff day and night is absolutely great and deserves congratulations for their dedication.
I highly recommend this clinic and these 2 doctors.
Very good clinic. Nice rooms. Establishment very clean. Very nice staff.
I work at the public hospital and have had many operations. I have never seen such management. A disorganization and contempt of the patient. This clinic is a financial product nothing more .. The quality is not not at the appointment ... The boxes are minimalist and dirty. The staff is understaffed and is exhausted ... There is no coordination between services .. I had surgery at 15:30 .. and was put out 2 hours later .... San
s medical prescription or any medication to manage the pain.
It is the 2nd time that I give birth in this clinic. The medical team is ultra-ultra-ultra competent (midwife, anesthesiologist, midwife, pediatrician, nursery nurse) the cleaning staff is very friendly and the cleaning is very well done. The rooms are pleasant and the pediatric follow-up very serious. A special mention to Ms. Valette who was able to listen and whom we thank wholeheartedly. If you are lucky enough to be able to give birth at the mute clinic, go there with your eyes closed!
Excellent welcome. The nursing staff are competent and attentive. Very good clinic.
Excellent facility where my delivery went well from start to finish. I was greeted by friendly and attentive midwives, and it was the same during my stay. The teams are really caring, efficient and we are really surrounded for the first days with baby. I almost did not want to leave!
In summary, a maternity that I highly recommend.
I stayed 4 days in this clinic following surgery in early November ..... it was catastrophic!
The rooms are tiny, without even an armchair to sit during convalescence .... the bed is very small too: because of my size, I had feet that exceeded !!!!! ... .and no equipment to get up.
To top it off: the food is infective (to stay polite) .... worse than the worst canteens .... the price of the room, it's outrageous outrageous.
Fortunately the staff on the 1st floor is competent and attentive! This is the only good thing about this trip .... thanks to the nurses and caregivers
I put a star because I can not put zero unfortunately.
After a 1st childbirth 3 years ago which went smoothly, it is quite naturally that we have repeated this year for our 2nd baby. The team of midwives and nurses is at the top. The coordinator Ms. Valette, an elegant and attentive ambassador, is assisted by very efficient staff. I recommend this clinic! thank you all!
Operated on an outpatient basis, then in mini-hospitalization, last Wednesday, I would simply like to thank ALL the staff of this clinic which was superb! From the hostess to the surgeons, including the nurses in the ambulatory service, the anesthesiologist and his assistant (with very beautiful blue eyes, by the way!), The night nurse, the hospitalization service, etc. Really a big thank you! A very good clinic!
The ideal motherhood! All the members of the nursing staff take great care of the mother and the baby. Reassuring professionals during childbirth, and close monitoring during the stay, advice, a baby bath thalasso workshop to do absolutely. Excellent experience
I gave birth 3 weeks ago at La Muette clinic and my stay was wonderful!
The staff is very caring with his patients and babies and especially a great kindness.
A very special mention to Blandine who offered my daughter an incredible thalasso bath which I will remember all my life and especially a huge thank you to Evangeline for her kindness and kindness. She knew how to find words in moments of doubt and take the time for us and our daughter. If you do not have a midwife yet, do not hesitate, it's a rare pearl!
Ps: I was on the 3rd floor :)
Excellent clinic, the welcome is professional, fast. The nursing staff are really nice and very attentive to the needs of the patients. Congratulations to the operating room staff who manage to make this passage much less distressing. I highly recommend this clinic.
23/07/2016 for my birthday !!!
Outpatient gynecological surgery discovered from this clinic and its medical team.
I would first like to thank the outpatient nurse for her hospitality and kindness.
Then the stretcher very friendly and very smiling that brings a good relaxation before the arrival to the block.
I would not finish congratulating the surgical team on the reception, the preliminary explanations of the acts on the part of the assistant anesthesiologist and the anesthetist himself.
I deeply thank the surgeon for his availability, his reassuring words and his surgical procedure which went very well.
Now recovering, I recommend this clinic of the dumb and wish him many more years of success.
Very good hospitality, clean clinic and very professional staff.
Special mention to Doctors Meneux (gynecologist) and Jault (anesthetist) who were very attentive to my needs, friendly and competent.
I definitely recommend this property.
I gave birth at La Muette clinic at the end of August! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend! A big thank you to the wise women and nurses for their availability and their advice! And especially thank you to Dr. Akerman for his follow-up, his advice, his kindness, his patience and his listening throughout the pregnancy that made the delivery great! We are pleased! Run there you will not be disappointed !!
Home by a person unfriendly, unprofessional, and very unpleasant with his colleagues (the 10/09/2018 at 7am).
It's a shame because the rest of the team is great!
I stayed at the Clinique de La Muette as part of my delivery. Excellent stay for a 1st child. Team of the operating room (midwife, pediatric nurse, gynecologist) and the 4th floor reassuring, very professional and More
I wanted to thank all the staff of the clinic of la Muette, the reception, hospital staff in the rooms as well as all the staff of the operating room.A BIG THANKS TO DOCTOR THIERRY ABOUDARAM GENIUS of cosmetic surgery thank you for giving back a new youth to my chest this November 18, 2020 as well as to all his team and thank you to doctor Zaier anesthetist who reconciled me with general anesthesia.
Thank you all you are TOP
Yours truly
Ivana
my intervention for which I was hospitalized went well thanks to the doctor Albert CHOURAQUI
On the other hand we can not say the same of the anesthesiologist who did not manage correctly the postoperative and did not take enough into account my antecedents of anticoagulants which led me to intensive care in the hospital LARIBOISIERE with hemorrhagic shock or my vital prognosis was engaged.
I report my case to prevent another case from happening again.
And when I think that this doctor is allowed to take over fees !!!!!
Excellent motherhood! An unforgettable stay! Very competent and attentive staff.
Childbirth in December, the teams are great, the meals are good and varied, we choose what we want on a small menu. the wise women of very good advice, one of them saved my breastfeeding. they were perfect from start to finish.
Staff (Dr. Sabban, Dr. Bourlier, nurses, stretcher bearers) very competent, pleasant and present, a human care from the entrance to the exit.
I share the opinion of nini bouboule31 below, very welcome, the nurses at the top (ambulatory gynecologist), the stretcher also. I return soon and without apprehension.
Super childbirth thanks to Mathilde the adorable midwife, Dr Smadja and Thomas the night nurse. Very attentive staff, tasty meals.
I recommend !
I was operated on October 04, 2018 in this clinic. The welcome and the services are of excellent quality. The staff is pampered, my room was inviting and very clean. The anesthesiologist, Dr. JAULT was able to put me at ease and reassure me. The night staff is really available in all circumstances. You seem to never disturb them. (What kindness !!) I highly recommend this clinic without any hesitation. thank you
Excellent clinic. Everything was perfect from the start of my care to the end. The nursing staff are very professional and attentive & the clinic is ultra clean and comfortable. The whole team takes great care, especially the Director, Madame Valette.
I highly recommend this clinic!
Hospitalized for an abdominoplasty a few days ago, the surgeon at the top, the clinic and the rooms are fine but we can see that things must turn and quickly. After a heavy operation I had a lot of trouble recovering, I barely managed to get up. I was still forced to go out at night to "free the room". Really very limited when I got home I took 30 minutes to climb the floors of my building ...
the food is inedible, you are not even offered a wheelchair to help you when you leave! In short, not very human!
As the person who complains, the TV transmission is not done at all or kind 2 months later, it is not a problem of processing a file, it is just amazing. Long wait at the standard it looks like they are under total strength, like 10 minutes waiting and then a woman sent me on a walk telling me that saying the rates secu would have changed in March and that is why she had not done teletransmissions. And hanging up I realized that I had been operated in February, but I was not going to call back to wait another 10 minutes. In addition, in appointment you anesthetist I said that I was intolerant to morphine and opiates and in the recovery room we insisted so much that I take morphine that I could not resist. "we have nothing else to give you". They had already put morphine into anesthesia when I know perfectly well that there are other methods. And then, it was only to offer me opiates (may be 4 nurses), being more awake, I refused en bloc but nobody knew what to give me because while it was written on my file the anesthetist had made a prescription for Lamalline. To believe that they have shares in the pharmaceutical laboratory, which by the way is quite likely. Following my morphine, I could not sleep for 4 days, and I had sacred descents, among others. Not only is it not professional but dangerous. No control procedure. The equipment is obsolete, the device to take the tension was down flat. The rooms are not in good condition and more than aging, not to mention the bed that does not even have a remote so it is old. This clinic is dying and dangerous. She will not be able to surf long on her reputation. As much as going to the hospital.
The (very) positive points: nurses on the 1st floor with the care, extremely friendly, sweet and attentive. Room very small but with only one bed, which is top to rest. Bedding very comfortable. The staff of the block is also very friendly, the facilities are modern
The (small) negatives: I had only one meal tray, but it was frankly not good, not even at the level of an airline meal tray. I forgot my cellphone charger, so far I still have not been able to get it back
But overall I totally recommend this clinic
Operated in 2013 I was surprised at the small size of the rooms but even more so late in the evening I was literally knocked out the next morning when I felt very bad. I was not even called a short cab for an establishment that claims to be upscale I do not recommend.
Please give me a medical card, I can't wait too much
I was admitted here for a laparascopy. While the surgeons and the team are super, I can't say the same for the building and infrastructure. I opted for a private room so as to be able to rest well - i was given a room facing rue Nicolo; the noise and disturbance from the road was hideous!! The rooms are tiny, furnitures gone old: the chair in my room was nearly broken.
Food was awful. Considering the rate of the clinic, I believe the establishment needs to up their standards.
I was born in this clinic on November 29th, 1981, as was my older sister. Best clinic according to mom. Thanks to the team, the doctors and the nurses. My dad was always enthusiastic about her, we lost him in 1985 and the beautiful pictures with memories of those beautiful days remained ... F. Ali
Intervention by Dr Allali everything went perfectly for the little Ryad A. The ANESTHESIST and the nurses are very attentive and reassuring. I recommend !
I was operated on at the Muette clinic on January 08 ...
I did not know this health facility at all and I was apprehensive.
All the staff were on top, they were very reassuring, very professional, very present, in short, a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL ...
And a BIG THANK YOU to Dr BENOUAICHE, who was once again exceptional, thank you for having repaired me, you are a real magician.
1st child, I decide to give birth at the clinic in La Muette, renowned despite the very cramped rooms at exorbitant prices ...
The preparation courses are going very well, the midwives are friendly, attentive and give us good advice.
Arrives on the day of delivery (during confinement).
The clinic decided not to allow the father to attend the delivery (which we understood) and to remain confined with us in the room during the stay, which we had more difficulty accepting especially since 'other maternities of the Ramsay group authorized it despite what the head of the maternity service could tell me, but either, we had no choice ...
I deliver by caesarean section with my very good gynecologist, Dr. Bernard Cohen.
Everything is going well until I get back to my room after I thought I was dying of cold in the recovery room (my temperature dropped to 35.7 and I had to ask for something to warm myself several times) and barely had the time to kiss my spouse who could be there for 2 hours to meet his daughter (the stretcher bearer was in a hurry that day ...).
I am made to get up at the end of the day and luckily I manage to do it, despite obviously some pain.
Will follow 3 very hard days physically and psychologically. Midwives are apparently in small numbers, very few, and one of whom I no longer have the nasty name. For example she made me remarks on how to hold my baby during breastfeeding, told me to manage on my own to change it (1st child and I had not been shown yet), refused to m '' help to put on my compression stockings because I had to learn alone (in the delivery room they got there in 2 to be able to put them on so I let you imagine the difficulty especially after childbirth, result I had a huge bruise on the scar and greater pain), refused to give me a painkiller more effective than Doliprane the day of my exit because according to her it was necessary to wean me !!! (My gynecologist prescribed it without me even asking it). And the day of the trip I had to carry all my things and my baby alone because she did not deign to help me when I was exhausted and that I had been told that a wise man -women would help me because I did not have to make any effort and that I should not wear anything for at least 15 days. I do not think that this person has already given birth by cesarean to get out of such nonsense and she would do much better to change profession.
I'll give you all the details, but I came home more than exhausted.
In short in the end very very very bad memories and I will not set foot there, containment or not.
There may be some good doctors but certainly not better than elsewhere! Dr. B.M in plastic surgery is a very bad surgeon. Too many people have been tricked! Don't be fooled .. Be careful!
A good establishment with an excellent reputation, thank you for your listening as well as the quality of your care
I would like to thank everyone I have met at this establishment, from the maternity staff to the administration in the person of the wonderful and caring Mrs Valette Edith, who supported me in this moment magical and brought me so much comfort and solidarity, far from this image of frigid and humanly chaotic establishment that some people attribute to this clinic.
I lived the best day of my life with a caring team, Dr. Dray my obstetrician as well as Joe the midwife and all the maternity team, nursery assistants and nurses were all at the little care, making my childbirth and my stay of an incredible sweetness. My room (409) had all the necessary comforts for me and my little Gabriel. When I came out, I had already been taught to take care of it as if it were not my first child, bath and care, and the answers to all my questions were provided and sometimes even before they were posed.
So, there are events that mark us for life and people too!
So thanks to you all.
We kiss you.
