Poor service !!!

Poor service !!!
My 6 year old daughter is having a sudden allergy attack, I telephone the switchboard, they don't understand anything about this emergency, they swing me towards orthopedics who are of course incompetent with this kind of problem and have you hangs up on his nose twice in a row.
I will hold you responsible if my daughter's case gets worse !!!
To avoid absolutely !!!
