Brilliant day out for a young family, and a brilliant option to return for free within a month included. The facilities for babies and toddlers are great, and great pucni. Indoor and outdoor options.

Wonderful!

Wonderful!
Follow the programme of events (stroke a hedgehog, feed the deer etc.) Or wander round at your own pace and make friends with the animals. Good, simple meals available. A great day out for all ages.

Didn't inform us the farm itself was closed and no where did it state it when we booked the tickets for the experience.
Travels 3 hrs from Wales... Severely disappointed. And the talk was so quick and over so fast didn't really feel worth the money... Poor show!

First time visit very over priced for entry to just walk round a large area of mostly empty pens. Staff don't even look happy. Food was very over priced and same person serving our food took the money and at no point did she wash her hands, yet there are signs telling you to wash your hands. The area were you get your hot drinks from is just an accident waiting to happen. The gift shop come hot drinks come pay for your food and buy your gifts from was unrealistic prices. The only good thing about this place was the play areas. Will not visit again.

We bought the Meerkat experience for our daughters birthday and it was brilliant! Arron & Tori were very knowledgeable & were great hosts making the experience even better. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone.
The farm itself is geared up more for under 8's offering exposure to many animals & is just the right size for youngsters.
Being able to feed some of the animals is fun.
The sheep racing was hilarious the kids were amazed by it.
However the cafe food is a little on the expensive side.
All in all a great day out for the kids!

Realy enjoyed taking our Grandchildren to Hoo Farm. Lots to see, I think its much better then a zoo, much closer to the animals.
And animals I had not seen before.
Will definitely return.

Appalling customer service by the manager. Dont be fooled by the return offer. We returned today and was refused entry with our receipt. Absolutely no need for such a bad attitude. Too expensive for a petting farm. Go elsewhere. Shame on them.

I loved visiting here. The animals are well cared for and have lots of space to roam and many things for enrichment. The staff are wonderful and friendly and open to any questions you have. There's a small cafe and a gift shop. I'd recommend a visit, it's not that big so it's not overwhelming for small children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this family owned farm, the meerkat experience was a gift but we'd definitely go back and have another experience with a different animal. The staff were informative and pleasant, the craft barn where we made sand art jars and dipped candles was run by a lovely staff member who was very helpful. Plenty of places for a picnic or enjoy the hot food, toilets were good and loads of sinks to wash hands in. The animals looked well cared for and healthy.

Kids loved this place. We'll priced for what you get and there was loads of chances to see different things with the animals. I'd recommend a picnic, as the food was expensive and not great.

We did the animal experience with a wowcher coupon and stroked a big cat, meerkats and lemurs. Surprised at how many varied angles maps there were. Our keeper was fab she really enjoyed showing us the animals.

Small enough to enjoy with enough to do to entertain for a few hours. Free entry for nhs and blue light staff with ID. Had a meal deal which was OK, and price wasn't too bad. Best bit for me....the snakes...only kidding!! No but feeding the Lama's and the goats was fun. Worth a visit.
