Believe NOT one comment about how "WONDERFUL" this company is!! BRB stands for BE RIGHT BACK.... MAYBE.... IF YOU'RE LUCKY!! AND when we come back we MIGHT complete the job.... and if you're REALLY LUCKY, we'll complete it properly. This company is a total joke!! They prolong a job that will inevitably be a complete fail!! If u want a house built RIGHT AND ON TIME this is NOT the company for you!!! BEWARE!! They take full advantage of those who arent knowledgeable enough to know they are being swindled. My parents are elderly and couldnt wait to move into their new home, only to move in about a year late. Not to mention they moved into a house that was so poorly constructed that its painful to think about. I have fortunately was able to STOP a few other poor others from making the horrible decision to hire these guys. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!

We purchase a house Conway South Carolina, our names are Gregory and Lisa Blanding and we lived in New York, so the walkthrough we relied on our real estate mortgage people, when we moved in, the whole back section of the house had no grass laid, it was just muddy holes all over the place, the part of the property that had a small forest had all types of waste dump material, undeveloped, they were sloppy home providers before it's sold to us

We are so pleased that we chose BRB Construction to build our custom home. The details of our home are beautiful. Some things that stand out as you enter are the coffer ceilings and the built-in bookcases on either side of our fireplace.
At the time of construction, we were here in Myrtle Beach only part time. We appreciated the quick response to our calls and emails. It made building our home less stressful.
We have been in our home a year now, and BRB has been true to their word on their year warranty. There are always things that need attention after you take ownership. They were only a call away to help.
BRB Construction is a professional company from the owner, to their crew and office staff. A special thanks to Joss, our project manager, who was there for our every question and request.
We have a beautiful home that we love. Thank you BRB.

Our journey at Rosehaven with the BRB Construction began in September of 2015. They were gracious enough to hold our lot for us for a reasonable deposit until we were able to go back to PA and sell our house. Our goal was to retire in 2017. With all the help from BRB our goal was complete. In July of 2016 we came to the BRB office to make all the selections for our new home with Roy, Ann and Jessica. Next came the months of construction and working with Brett. Brett kept us informed by phone and even sent pictures to keep us up to date on the progress of our house.
Our goal was to retire and move to Conway by 12-25-16 so we could be in our new home by Christmas. 2016 had many rainy days and even a hurricane. Even with all the lost days due to the weather Brett was able to have our home finished on 12-23-16 and our family was able to spend Christmas with us in our new home.
Even after being here for seven months we walk though our beautiful home and feel so blessed to see our dream really has come true. It has always amazed us how God truly provides and puts awesome people on your path to make your journey turn out so special. God is good all the time.
Romans 8: 28 says And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God.

Just closed a deal with BRB Construction and I can say it was an Awesome Experience for the buyers and me! Roy and Josh went over and above and over delivered at every step of the way! All new homes have a couple things that need tuned up, but these guys were attentive and made the buyers feel extremely comfortable with there purchase. Hope to do another deal real soon!

My family and I moved to Myrtle Beach from the west coast in 2015 and were searching for a home to buy. After 6 months of looking for an existing home to purchase we decided to build a new home. We chose BRB Construction to build our custom home. The process of building went smooth as well as the construction. Building a home can be stressful and they are very much aware of that and do everything they can to ease your worries. We were worried about the timeline but the builder was ready much sooner than the lender. My kids are in one of the best schools around Myrtle Beach and couldn't ask for a better home for our family to grow in.

We could not thank BRB enough for our beautiful home! This was our first home and it can be a little nerve wracking. BRB and their team were with us every step of the way and made everything so smooth for us through out the whole process. We can not tell you enough how much we love our home!
