Young manager was extremely rude and was suggesting that I could give up my entire 5-day stay at a cost of $1,000 because she would not give me a free parking pass to their own parking lot when they did not tell me about it until 4 hours after I had already checked in. I feel like in this situation the customer was right they should have told me before I checked in and the way she had handled it was simply out of the need to have some sort of authority she really did not care for the customer at all. So now the company loses $1,000 all because she wouldn't give away $50 in parking fees? Here's a better suggestion. If you really are in the business of not making money I'll take some free night stays at some of your other properties
