Beautiful clean updated.. And the staff are super nice and accommodating
My room is comfortable but the living room/kitchen is poorly lit. It's also impossible to cook in. I was surprised to see reviews talking about how good the breakfast was because I found it to be very disappointing even for hotel complimentary breakfasts. I am shortening my stay and moving elsewhere because I can't deal with this for another 3 weeks.
Very clean and nice rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Only stayed very briefly.
Nice hotel, discreet location. Clean, spacious rooms. This is one of my fav types of hotel.
A great place to stay if you need a nice hotel room and great staff.
This was one of the nicest Homewood Suites we've stayed at. The room was beautiful, well-segmented to give privacy and space to all of us staying in it. We didn't feel crowded. The breakfast was nice. We'll definitely stay with them again;
There are some things to like about this hotel and if I were to be in their area I would stay there again, but I would only stay on their top floor because their soundproofing is sorely lacking. Our sleep was interrupted by what sounded like a Sumo wrestler walking back and forth in the room above us. And then there was the barking dog that also interrupted our sleep multiple times. On the plus side, the employees were good at what they do and they have very positive attitudes. Their breakfast also is very enjoyable.
We stayed for a few days during the CU Boulder move-in week in August 2020 (COVID era). During check-in, the staff were amazing and tried to make sure we had everything we needed. When our key cards didnt work and the card reader malfunctioned, the staff continued to be responsive and troubleshot the issue.
Despite COVID, the hotel offered a modified breakfast each AM with individually wrapped pastries, yogurt cups, pre-packaged juices, and other items.
Maid service/cleaning during COVID is by request only, which made us feel greatly at ease (that no one would enter our room).
As with all Homewood Suites, the rooms are very spacious and easily sleep 4 people. This property also is pet-friendly, which was important for our stay.
Very friendly front desk staff. Loved my room and the lobby building, good breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the seperate buildings but it wasn't a big deal.
Housecleaners are Very nice especially the one who cleaned my room
While the room was comfortable and clean, upon checking out and arriving home (5 hours later) I realized I left my new birthday dress with the tags still on it in the room's closet. Called the hotel but housekeeping said it wasn't found but they would keep looking. Five days later, nope. Nobody has seen my dress. I know for a fact it was left there because I hung it up in the closet and forgot to take it out when we left. I cannot endorse a company whose employees are dishonest and would steal from their guests. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. No more Homewood Suites or Hilton's for our family.
These are more like apartments: small kitchen with dishes and pans, along with a separate bedroom. Parking was a little tight for a pickup.
Spacious and clean rooms. Prices were affordable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go here again!
Staff was great, room was clean, and lots of restaurants near by
Great location, very close to grocerystores, a nice bagel shop. Perfect for travel all around Boulder. Rooms were clean and felt like I was completely at home. Breakfast was complimentary and very good!
Nice place to stay. Free bteat fast and evening social activity is great
The hotel is wonderful with all amenities that one might ask. In addition there is a sumptuous breakfast included and, also you have the complimentary evening snacks available which easily serves as the dinner. The rooms are big, neat & clean. Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Hot Plate Stove top and coffee machine are available in the rooms. Most of the rooms have two televisions, one at living room section and other in front of the bed. Washer& Dryer are available close to the reception and can be used with nominal charges 24x7. It also has a pretty decent Gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool. This place is perfect for both long and short stays. The hotel administration is very polite, cheerful and helpful. In addition to the amenities, another most important positiveness is the location. Just beside the hotel campus, there is a market place with shops like Safeway and Walgreens. There are good restaurants and gas stations which will cater to the daily needs of the visitors. It is also very close to the Downtown Boulder.
My hiking group and I loved the suites!
I got 2 suites (11 people). And originally they said they couldn't put the rooms next to each other. But by
the time we got there they had found a way to get us two rooms next to each other, which I really appreciated. Michael checked us in and gave us extra towelswhen he saw us at the pool. It's so refreshing to see a worker who is this positive and hard working.
Dated stuff in the suites. Looks tired. Doesn't look or feel like a Hilton. For that price they better step up their game.
beautiful place and excellent services ..five star from my side
Just redesigned, this and the Hampton Inn on Lookout are the best hotels at the price range in Boulder, in my opinion.
Nice place for families visiting Colorado University
Didn't realize the rooms are accessed from the outside and away from the lobby. However it wasn't a big deal after checking in. The rooms are amazing for the price. 4 rooms including a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Free breakfast and dinner is a great touch and staff is very friendly. Pool area looked nice but wasn't open when I was there. Convenient to everything in Boulder. Will definitely be staying here for all my future visits to the area.
Really nice and near restaurants and a grocery store.
The room was nice, came with a kitchen and a living area. Pretty standard for a hotel but not a bad stay!
This is a great place to stay. My room was clean and neat and tidy. I love the full hot breakfast and the light dinner weeknights
Service was friendly. Free breakfast is great. Coffee is unexpectedly good. Dinner is so so, but it's free. Beer is Coors, but also free. Bed was comfy. Quiet, except heard noise from the cleaning staff in the hallway which woke me. Granted this was at almost 9. Wish they still had the free bikes that they used to. Please bring them back!
Nice central location in East Boulder. King suite is spacious and enough room for a family of 3. Complimentary hot breakfast and early evening social happy hours during the week.
Excellent service. The amenities include free breakfast and happy hour during the week. Great location.
I think it is a very nice place to stay at and it has what every hotel need I would recomend going to this hotel if you are visiting
Very well-maintained property. Easy access to anywhere in Boulder.
This is an Extended stay hotel with nicely equipped small kitchens and spacious rooms
Great place to stay! Newly remodeled and friendly staff.
Nice big rooms. Not too far from some decent dining options. Breakfast was very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Comfortable bed. I didn't use all the amenities in the room but I can easily see the value in them
This is my new favorite place. There's a supermarket just across the parking lot and several eating options very close by.
Great suite. Quiet location and still easy access to downtown.
We booked our room and paid in advance then when we checked in they took $302 dollars off my card after they told me it was only 75 I'm still waiting to get 302 back and we had to end our honeymoon early due to the whole ordeal very. Upsetting
A few of my friends and I stayed one Saturday night at this hotel after our prom. It was a fine stay although a little cramped. The next day we all checked out at the same time, about 11:30. At about 1:00PM, I got a call from who I assume was the manager of the hotel asking if we all checked out at the same time. I said yes we did, I turned in all the room keys and also triple checked the rooms to make sure we didn t forget anything. She then continued to inform me that there was a man sleeping in our room still and we believe the only way he could be in there is if he had been in our room all night. It is now 2 days later and they still haven t charged me for the room so I m not sure when I should be expecting that. Overall I wouldn t recommend this hotel.
Excellent staff made our extended stay a truly pleasant experience. Michael at the front desk consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for.
It was a fine stay, but the hotel is kinda buried in a parking lot.
Great location, free parking, suitable breakfast and evening reception.
