My elderly mother did a round of physical therapy with Anastasia Safonov to help with her severe back problems due to advanced osteoporosis. My mom can be extremely hard to please - she tends to be very critical and dismissive of doctors, nurses, therapists and any other medical professionals - but she could not be more complimentary towards Anastasia. In particular, she spoke very highly of Anastasia's skillfulness around age-related issues and her warm and caring approach. I cannot stress how nice it was to hear such positive feedback from my mom for a change. Huge thanks to Anastasia for helping my very sick mother feel a little better!
