Brian Juul, who is a positive reflection of this company, is very responsive to our needs as well as our clients needs. I do follow up with our clients post discharge and usually do not hear any complaints about the staff or services. When I do hear concerns/complaints Brian is ready to hear about them and follows up on them. Brain is also willing to educate on the workings of the insurance aspect of his job. The time he is willing to spend responding to questions with our clients is much appreciated by them as well.

Another aspect of this company that makes it desirable is the willingness to take on the complicated and last minute clients and be successful with them.

A major benefit of this company is the ability to take on a client that has Medicare covered services as well as the need for private pay services.
