I am a patient that was supposed to have IV infusions three times a week monitored by the nursing staff. They were were the rudest, snarkiest professionals i have ever worked with. As someone just released from the hospital after suffering from sepsis, i had hoped to have a nurse who garnered a lot of trust capital, as well as (at least) being kind and friendly. After the way they treated me, it would not be possible for me to trust them with my blood and infection monitoring. I would think that a home health care agency would want to work FOR me and in my best interest. The exact opposite happened with Home Health Care Inc. Think very carefully before you hire them to be in charge of your healing and recovery process.
