The PT aids have always been really good, clear, and direct in person! (I'm communicating on behalf of my father) - BUT I have *rarely* had a simple communication with the administrators in this company. Calling the office yields an unprofessional series of forwards and it's not clear that in my most recent attempt - that I was even forwarded to the person I was supposed to be sent to. (Their voicemail didn't match the name of the person I asked for.)
