Very nice resort. Large and with a large and well-kept garden. The beach is a little away from the barrier (the pier stops in the middle) but at least there is the possibility of swimming in a natural pool at the end of the pier well delimited by buoys. Food note sore. Too spicy for Italian tastes. Varied breakfast, lunch and dinner lack quantity of food types. The Italian chef at least makes pasta edible and in some cases good. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly hotel staff, except for the reception where if you don't know the languages they don't understand you. All in all I would stay there again.

We have a rest with the wife and friends. All good. The food is delicious, the animation is fun, the staff is very attentive .. always fit, are they all interested. I am sure that we will come back again.

- rooms in fair condition.
Very worn and not well maintained.
Presence of brackish and mold in the bathrooms.

-cleaning practically carried out only apparently and in a rough way.
Dust from furniture and floors is never removed. Only sheets and towels are replaced daily.

- I think the SPA is the weakest point of the resort, since the staff who deal with reservations insist on selling packages, making customers almost uncomfortable, who often feel forced to purchase the services. The spa managers are very serious and helpful unlike the employees. Unfortunately, I witnessed a scene in which the employees of the spa during the massage of the clients stole 100 from the client's wallet.
The managers tried to remedy this by giving away two body creams and a free massage. So unfortunately there is a lack of reliability in employees.

Well, the hotel is good! Guys animators from the CIS are trying. The cuisine is not bad, but the choice of fish could be better. Cool water park and the average infrastructure of the hotel.

This place has been hosting us since christmas.
The resort is located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sharm El Sheik, in the bay of aqaba.
It has perhaps 7 swimming pools, three of which are heated in their own way.
The food, in more than 5 restaurants, even thematic ones, all seem to taste the same. It is plentiful though, and gracefully presented.
Cleaning is present.
The beautiful rooms, at least ours: main bedroom, children's room, bathroom, dressing room, hallway with tea and coffee area, equipped terrace with access to one of the heated swimming pools.
The service guys are extraordinary and very helpful in exchange for a few pennies.
The doctor, who had to treat our son, is very well prepared, young and handsome
The barmen also know how to make a decent espresso.
The place in general is beautiful, there are many excursions that can be done and even just being on the beach is pleasant.
Too bad we found it a bit cold, we expected a few degrees more.
Certainly, however, wonderful holidays.

Full of relaxation and peace, some rooms overlook a private swimming pool, and each room has two deck chairs. Those upstairs have a private balcony. The rooms are very large, equipped with every comfort, when we entered we were speechless.
Beaches with sunbeds covered by gazebos.
Structure located in the center of Nabq, just cross the road to find supermarket, mc donald and hard rock.
Therefore an excellent strategic position also because it is 15 minutes from the airport

-Cooking from a star, international buffet and always with the same things to eat, with little flavor. I only ate chips in a week. The Italian chef whom other reviews talk about, always cooks the same things and has an ambiguous taste.
In short, if you are hoping for good food you will be disappointed, the only highlight is breakfast.If you arrive for dinner after 9pm you can hardly find anything else so you have to wait until midnight to find some sandwiches that they offer you at the lounge bar.
If you are unfortunate that your plane arrives in the evening, be sure you are left without dinner.
We arrived at 11pm. They promised us a cold dish that would never arrive if I didn't insist on calling the reception 4 times. In the promised cold dish there was a Po of ham, six olives and 4 small sandwiches we were two.

I'll start in order, rested with a girl, drove into the best jacuzzi suite. The room itself is gorgeous, a great view, they brought us in and accommodated us very friendly, the only minus in the room is that in some places they don't wipe the dust at all, especially under the bed :)
Now I ll turn to food - everything was okay, food as food, there was a barbecue, there was seafood. I can't complain about the kitchen.
Now cons start :)
1. Some men in the dining room do not at all perceive Russian girls.
2. Alcohol is terrible, it is better not to drink it at all (after it our stomachs started to hurt).
3. We ordered food and drinks to the room, of course for a fee, which costs a lot of money. In fact, we were supposed to make cocktails from European alcohol, and they poured the usual cheap stuff that is served for free! It is absolutely impossible to drink this muck! They also ordered pizza, as a result they brought completely the wrong one that they ordered, so it was not completely fried, and the dough stuck to the teeth, as if it had just been kneaded ...
4. I went to exchange dollars at the reception for smaller bills. As a result, we exchanged for 50 and ost a trifle, initially I did not pay attention that there was a small hole for $ 50 :) and what do you think, after I came to them to pay with their own money that they gave me, they told me that they they could not give me such a bill, and did not accept it ... what do you think, wherever I tried to change it and give it away, I was refused everywhere because of this hole! And now I just have $ 50 in a frame :)
I also want to add that the pools work until 6, the beach is constantly ebb, if you swim on the pier, there are a lot of fish and sea cucumbers :)
In general, there were extremely negative emotions from the first trip to Sharm El Sheikh.

Probably one of the main things that will be a minus if you want to do snorkeling and see corals - this hotel has a short pantone and it does not reach the corral, and the security of these hotels will not let you into neighboring pantons (which is logical, but people saw they were sent back), so to see corals and fish, you have to look for mini tours. It is also important here, the hotel guide will try to give you his excursions, tell you a lot of fairy tales and horror stories about excursions outside the hotel, but again just to try your own excursions that have nothing to do with reality, a simple example, a trip to Cairo with a hotel guide costs 125 $ per person, leaving the hotel and crossing the street - there are excursions from sea friends, where the same excursion costs $ 60, if you still can go for $ 55, this also applies to other excursions that the guide will offer. He will also offer free tours and take you around the city to his points where goods are much more expensive. In terms of souvenirs, you can go to the old city (the last stop of the local little blue "minibuses", there is a mosque). We are very disappointed. The restaurant staff behaves aggressively, throwing food on plates as if I didn't pay. The rooms are not cleaned, towels are changed every 2 days. At 4 pm the children are aggressively taken out of the pool to finish the program. Everyone screams when you ask for something informative. At the reception it is just as serious.
