We are very disappointed. The restaurant staff behaves aggressively, throwing food on plates as if I didn't pay. The rooms are not cleaned, towels are changed every 2 days. At 4 pm the children are aggressively taken out of the pool to finish the program. Everyone screams when you ask for something informative. At the reception it is just as serious. We are 8 families with a missed vacation. AVOID!
