Perfect village in all, helpful, kind and very present staff. Cleanliness in every possible corner, in the restaurant, at the bar, in the rooms, in the outdoor areas, on the beach and in all common areas. The extremely varied and super ordered buffet restaurant, the Italian one (Mediterranean to be reviewed). All absolutely excellent, fantastic experience and certainly recommended.

Nice big village. At first they got us wrong. They had 4 rooms .... Diverse. Two triples, one double and one twin. But at 5 am after the trip, he did not care much. When we went to the reception a few hours later, they didn't consider us very much, even assigning readers to our agency. Something absolutely false, noting that even in the envelopes there were the right number of people. But give the wrong ones ...
The WiFi is available only 1 gig per room. So ... be careful with backups and various synchronizations, they end soon. We have first exploited those, then bought package where with about 3 there are unlimited minutes x 5 devices in one day. What is certain is that if "they offered" WiFi would be more welcome. The Mediterranean restaurant has nothing of that. We really enjoyed the Indian. Even the Chinese .... if you can do without. They don't have much choice. The main one is always well-matched. Obviously, we are not in Italy, and spices are very present. Beautiful pools. Pleasant entertainment in the evening. Unfortunately there were no disco moments inside. Sin. The bathrooms, if they were better cared for, would be even more appreciated. It would be enough to polish the marbles. Cleanliness ... not bad. Beautiful beach. Unfortunately the coral reef is missing there, but just go to two piers ahead and .... Let's say that if you extend a few euros they let pass and admire the marine world.

A good hotel in Sharm El Sheikh for a family vacation or just for those who want to retire together after a long continental winter. Food and entertainment for a solid four, no one will go hungry. In the evenings, an adult disco-techno-rave party. During the day, the sea or several pools will keep you busy, for children there is a medium-sized water park in the neighboring hotel of the same name. 5-7 days will fly by, especially if you take a couple of excursions to the sea or a safari.
If it is impossible to fly to other countries, the option is acceptable.

Holiday in couple of 7 days in full July. This is a nice hotel, well appointed. The staff is smiling and caring. The room was clean, bedding very good. Possibility to see some corals and very beautiful fish, ok pr amateurs. We see the planes pass during the day but it did not bother us more than that. Bemol pr wifi that is not specified on the announcement, knowing that communications to Belgium are overpriced. No explanation to the reception upon arrival but there is an aqua park in front of the hotel.
Other than that, it was a very good holiday!

I stayed in the resort with my sister for 1 week, from 13/10 to 20/10. It must be said that it was my first time in Egypt and to date I can guarantee that it will not be the last, since it was the best holiday of my life.

It is worth dividing the review into 2 parts, one for the resort and the other exclusively for the Eden entertainment.

The village is fabulous; the very spacious rooms: the bathroom is very large and consists of 3 spaces, including an anteroom, a bathroom and a shower room; there is a fairly large walk-in closet with a mirror inside and a safe; the bedroom is equally large, there is a TV, an armchair and a desk with attached mirror; there was also another room with a single bed and a sofa; a small terrace with a table and 2 chairs; finally, at the entrance there is a small area with a fridge, kettle and plenty of tea bags.
The staff is exquisite, almost all of them are very kind; special mention goes to Mousa (who is usually at the terrace bar), he is very nice, polite and always kind and helpful ... a golden boy.
The resort has a huge beach with comfortable, spaced-out loungers; there are also several swimming pools, inside the larger one there is a bar and various slides.
The only flaw was the kitchen; too many spices and all foods tasted the same.

As for the Eden animation, I cannot help but mention individually the wonderful people we had the pleasure of meeting:

Giulia ... radiant, dynamic, always cheerful and always available for any problem ... a volcano.
Tiziano ... very nice, brilliant, sporty, hilarious and ... sooo cool.
Camilla ... fabulous with children, with infinite patience, always smiling and caring .. an angel
Megan ... infinite sweetness, adorable, sunny, exquisite with everyone ... and truly Unique.
Last but not least .. Andrea ... charismatic, always active and fun, a special person but above all .. a friend.

They will remain forever in our hearts because it is mainly thanks to them that our holiday was unforgettable and full of fantastic moments ... and it is not easy to find people who steal your heart right away and who start loving from the very moment. you know them. My biggest "thank you" goes to them.

Thanks also to international animation, in particular to Mr. X for his kindness and to Castello "number one" for making us laugh so much.

Vacation in Egypt for 10 ... and praise goes to my 5 splendid animation treasures.

Resort overally is fantastic. Staff is very nice and outgoing, most of them speak english on a sufficient level. Special thanks to bartenders Mustafa, and Reda and a member of a restaurant staff - Amr. I'm taking away 1 star for the View bar beeing closed, and complete lack of animations and parties for adult guests.

The swimming pool was a great feature. Each dozen of rooms are directly linked with their swimming pool! That makes it really comfortable and almost never crowded with people.

We rested in this hotel from 08/12/19 - to 08/19/19. The hotel has a very large territory, a lot of greenery, they look after everything, clean it, wash it, for which special thanks to the hotel staff. Poolside bar - the guys also did a great job and did their job perfectly well, a special thanks to bartender Osama and his colleagues. Beer is very good, although the rest is locally produced alcohol and leaves much to be desired. Animation in the amphitheater, in different languages, I will not say what is good, but not bad, the guys are trying. There is where to spend time after dinner. <br/> And now about the main thing - this is the sea. The sea is clean, to a depth of 400 meters to walk along the pontoon, and there the depth is on average 1.5 meters, depending on the tides. There is no coral reef at all. You can see the fish with a mask, swim a little. And so for the money, the hotel is just super, the only moments for me are the sea and animation, but this is not critical. We had a good rest, thanks again to all the staff for their work!

We rested in the second half of August. I liked the hotel. The area is large, beautiful, well-groomed. The contingent is Italians (65%), Ukrainians, Arabs, French and Germans (the latter is the least). Many young or old couples without children, many families with children. The hotel tries to ensure a good stay for both. There are adult-only areas in the restaurant and on the beach. The complex has several swimming pools. There are two slides and a bucket complex for toddlers. Across the street is the second part of the hotel with a mini aqua club. There are 7 slides, and two pools with slides for kids. The entrance is free. Slides work from 10:30.
The food in the department is not bad, a lot of Italian dishes, the chefs are Italians. A lot of pastries: croissants, sweet buns with different fillings, buns for every taste.
We had a 2-room suite with a bedroom for children. Large, comfortable, though not very new.

Very beautiful village located on the sea and characterized by the presence of two main swimming pools, including a relaxation and other pools for those staying in the suites. There are five restaurants, a spa, a gym and soccer, basketball, bocce and volleyball courts. The rooms are large and very comfortable. I give four stars as it is passed off as an Italian Village but Eden assistance and animation are almost absent, international ones prevailing.

This is a really wonderful place! We were satisfied about everything, starting with the well organized room, a nice beach, sea entry and of course delicious food! Their service is on a very high level and everyone is so kind with you as their guest. I totally reccomend this Resort and especially Mohamed's Spa that is placed on the hotel's territory! You'll have a great vacation as a couple and also as a family!

I stayed at this resort for a week (unfortunately).
All excellent: good location, the facility is well kept and clean as well as my room. Even the food did not leave us disappointed.
I relaxed a lot but at the same time moments of fun were never lacking thanks to the animation made up of cheerful, nice and always present guys without being too insistent and intrusive (and one who doesn't love animation tells you that!).

We stayed at this hotel from April 05-12, 2021, 5 families with children.

The setting is very beautiful with large green spaces very well maintained.
The common areas are with a rather nice local architecture and maintained.

The rooms are very large, the furniture being quite old and not very maintained or brought up to date.
Room cleaning is very basic and once every 2 days, including replacement of towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc.
Sheets are never changed on a 7 night stay.

The restaurant, only one was open because of the covid, is large. The food is not very varied but it is correct without more. Lots of condiments are used which may not be to everyone's taste.

The same pools only one open due to the covid. Beach equipment such as lounge chairs are in very poor condition, most of them broken or torn.

The service of the staff is however really, really very bad.
Enter the restaurant where you are served in moderation and if you never ask for a little more they will jump on you as if you were asking to put money out of their pocket.
Even giving them tips every day they remain aggressive and really unhelpful.
Also at the restaurant we asked for a table of 8 and the response was aggressive NO because there is the covid. Yet 5m further there were several tables with 6, 8 and 10 people. We were asked to put us 2 tables of 4 separated by 1 or 2m and the scandal the person is upset and started to yell at us ...

The tourists to this hotel are predominantly Russian so all the staff speak Russian and very few of them English. It is very difficult to communicate to ask for something.

Over-rated and over-priced hotel,,,didn t like my experience there...very poor quality for the price they charge...food quality is so bad...it could be 3 or 4 starts but never 5*. Live stations food finish after 30 mins of starting the buffet, and who comes later will not find food in Live Stations, some of the food items are expired, take care specially of milk in bars, they keep refilling the milk jars without removing or cleaning the remaining of the old one...
Beachs don t have any corals or fishes.
Wifi is not Free, they allow 1 GB of usage during all the stay which is a joke.
In breakfast they charge for fresh juice.
The hotel doesn t have Water Park, the water park belongs to another hotel of their chain and you need to cross the street to reach...didn t know that before booking.

I will note that my wife and I got the most unpleasant emotions in the spa, ripped off the money, did everything on the ***, faster faster, during the massage, the boy ran into the room where my wife and I were lying, and screamed loudly in his own language. what else he wanted is not clear from his colleagues who gave us a massage, at that time they were distracted, they just threw us explaining something to him, then they continued again in short, I just wanted to get out faster, and instead of 1 hour 30 minutes, the procedure was done in 50 minutes just spent in a hall with a pool, like swim the rest of the time, but I kind of could swim in the sea, and not in bleach ... In short, do not visit this place if you do not want to spoil the impression of the rest!
We would also like to note the water park which is across the road in their second hotel, it is not safe at all, the safety precautions or the commission have not passed for a long time, probably! The territory is well-groomed, everywhere is clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, cleaning every day. The staff is also super, no complaints, they speak tolerably well in English and Russian. Arrived early in the morning, before check-in it was 6 o clock, but at the reception we managed to negotiate and for $ 40 we were given a room with access to a private pool and settled at 10 in the morning, not at 14. The kitchen was pleasantly pleased (with the exception of sausages - they are probably terrible everywhere) .
