The hotel is located in the busy area and there are too many options to get to the hotel. We took the taxi from airport and it was a good 45 mins ride in the evening time for us. The checkin process was quick and we had been given the key and required instruction within couple of minutes. The housekeeping service was great and whenever we asked for things like water bottle or extra pillow etc, they were made available to us within few minutes no matter what time of the day it was. When it came to breakfast, there were too many options for breakfast and it did blow my expectation for sure. I was not expecting such a huge variety of breakfast options in the hotel and on the top of that, the omelette station was like icing on the cake. We all enjoyed our breakfast during the stay very much and the staff in the restaurant area do deserve commendation for their outstanding customer service.

Overall it was an excellent stay for us at the hotel and when we happen to visit Bangkok in future we are going to stay there again for sure. The staff at the hotel made us feel welcomed and did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
