Had our Thomas family reunion this weekend and the rooms, pool and hot tub, meeting room were all 10 stars!! Well done! Breakfast was great too! Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Looks new. Very clean and nice upscale appearance. Rooms have plenty of size. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I come through here.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the guy at the reception desk isn't up to hotel standards. He didn't have a name tag on, and his shirt was untucked. Moreover, he raised his voice when I asked for a list of nearby restaurants.

Check- in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Nice to have breakfast available before leaving! Thank you.

The manager was supppppppper nice, so I give her 5 stars, but, I give 0 star to the rude front desk agent who answered my call.
I called this morning and asked to speak to the manager. The front desk was so rude and not professional at all. She said that the manager is not here. I asked what time would be good to call back. She said she cannot tell me the manager schedule.... what s that supposed to mean??? I never heard of such a thing before. We can t tell the manager schedule she said and she was angry. I was there on Sunday and the front desk told me to stop by at 15:00 when the manager is there. What happened now that you can t advise for a time or respond nicely to compete with other hotels around you. Plus I ve a valid reason to call and it s on your system that s messed up.

The hotel kingsize bed rooms do not have baths only stand up shower. major negative if not taking the two queen beds which have baths. Food at breakfast saved the day. The house keeping crew were very nice and helpful.

This is a great hotel. The bed is more comfortable than my bed at home... And normally I prefer my bed over hotel room beds. In my opinion a comfortable bed is a feature that will boost any hotel's score. Pillows very good as well. Everything in the room was in new condition with a modern theme.
When we checked in late at night the check-in employee, Dave, was extremely helpful and friendly.
The complimentary breakfast was OK. Nothing special but had quite a variety of items to choose from.
The only thing missing was an in room safe. Another suggestion would be to install towel racks to hang bath towels. They encourage you to reuse your towels but yet do not provide the means to hang your towels to dry properly. Another suggestion would be to install wall mounted makeup mirrors that I've seen in other hotels.
The location was a fairly easy drive to the University of Oklahoma. There are several stores and restaurants right across the street from the hotel and a Target very nearby. When I visit Norman again I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

This will be the third time I ve stayed here. I usually love it here. But today ... not so much . Free breakfast is served from 6:30 till I think 9. But not today ..they were unable to get the door to the kitchen open to make the breakfast. So they said that they would have coffee and muffins from another sister hotel. That never happened. Most of the guests were waiting but then they had to leave. I understand that accidents happen so hopefully we will get some sort of compisation.

Very nice rooms, nice exercise room, nice pool room, and friendly staff.

Amenities such as hot tub and pool are a hit or miss on whether or not they're working. The hotel and rooms are typically clean. With the addition of a new HIE just down the street and a 5 star hotel across the street, this Norman location should really step it up to keep pace with the ever changing hotel industry.

Very clean, spacious rooms, staff was friendly and efficient, especially the breakfast servers. I will definitely plan to stay there again.
