We selected Holiday Inn E&S of Norman for our sales rep to stay. They were very accommodating with quick service and took care of all our needs.

The rooms were nice and the waitstaff was excellent EXCEPT one maid. Jessica. She was very rude when I asked her if the room was okay to go in (because she was still cleaning the room next to ours and our room was the last on the floor) She even started an argument about me asking the question. My boyfriend had to pull me in the room just to get her to stop. He then had to go back out the room and she mouthed him all the way in till he turned to go to the elevator.

Newer hotel with great breakfast/social area. Perfect for my larger family of 6. Enjoyed the separate tv room area with a door between the tv room and bedroom. Easy on/off freeway.

Good hotel also staff was friendly and rooms were clean and i will come back here sometimes

A beautiful and comfortable hotel. Our suite was clean and provided the amenities needed for our one-night stay. Close to restaurants and shopping area. Next time in the area, definitely the place we will stay again.

My husband walked in tonight on a icy rainy night to get us a room and the front desk clerk got on to my husband about his wet shoes making footprints across his newly mopped floor. Then ask my husband to go wipe off his feet again.. they were not muddy they were new clean shoes, just wet from the sidewalk leading in to the hotel.needless to say we went across the street to get a room

Nice comfortable and clean rooms . Stayed there for a conference. Staff was friendly. Only issue we had was the toilet wouldn't flush they had a mechanic there to fix it the very next day..

Great stay here with an amazing breakfast and met and lived up to expectations. Beds and bathroom were well kept and the pool area was very enjoyable.

The room was nice. It was much better than I expected.

Love this hotel. Always clean and comfortable. Would recommend against staying on the first floor because it is loud. Other than that this is a fantastic place to stay in Norman and in an upscale part of town.

Excellent! New location and very friendly staff. Located in a shopping area so a grocery store, restaurants, a mall, and a spirits & wine store (important in Oklahoma as all other stores sell only 3.2% beer) are right next to the hotel.

Very nice very clean, but was disappointed that they did not have a vending machine anywhere on the place, I mean we pay over $100 a night you would think they could afford a vending machine. They just have the sweet shop down stairs were a 20 Oz pop is 2.50 a piece, and when you have a big family that ads up, we left and went to a grocery store and bought drinks and dessert cheaper.

Great pool and hot tub. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and gave us some cinnamon rolls to take with us.

We always stay at a holiday inn when we travel or just for fun. Today after leaving I realize I forgot some money in the room went back and it was gone. Talked to the GM and she was the rudest person I ve ever dealt with this was the holiday inn in Norman OK. Needless to say I left without getting the money back and being called a lier.

Clean room and great value for what you get. Breakfast was good.

Everything has been wonderful. I am in my hometown for my Mother's Celebration of Life and they have been so helpful and understanding with me and my family.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with a separate sitting room for family to gather. And the beds are very comfortable as well.

When we arrived the employee that was checking us in was more interested in telling us about her past then explaining the rules or the charges that would be on our account. After our stay we noticed a extra day charge on our account that was apparently a form of deposit.

When we called to ask about it the lady who answered the phone told us she had no idea what the charge was for and there was no way for her to figure it out and we should call back in the morning to figure it out when a manager was on site. It has been 3 days and we still have not received a refund for this charge.

Great place to stay, super clean and friendly staff with decent breakfast too. I stay here every time i come to town.

Quiet, good breakfast, ok wifi. Our room was much larger than expected and even had a sitting area.

This hotel has a very cool style and feel, as if it belongs in the future (or the 80s.) I really appreciated the style and the staff is very friendly.

The rooms are very nice. I was only there for a few minutes visiting a friend.

I thought they were good, but they re thieves. If you have to stay here, get a prepaid card with the amount you need on it and use that. Almost two weeks after my stay, they re still buying themselves snacks on my card 4 $2 suite shop charges through in the last ~5 days and then they tried to tell me that Oh, they re preauthorizations! as though I don t know the difference and as if that makes any sense time-wise. Thankfully my bank who has confirmed that they are multiple new charges is refunding me and I have canceled my card and am getting a new one.

I stay at IHG hotels about 100 nights a year, this was one of the nicest rooms and hotel I've stayed in yet. The property is fairly new, but if they can maintain it like most of the IHG hotels I've stayed in this will continue to be a great location.

Nice comfortable beds. Big rooms. Good fully stocked breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Attended training seminar in one of the conference rooms. Neat & clean. Restrooms only accommodate 2 people so you wait.

The room was great! Great location. Many amenities and spacious. There was a $20 refundable fee charged at check-in for what, I'm not sure? The breakfast was such a dissapointing!!! There was normal breakfast items but the scrambled eggs were burned. The sausage looked left over and was all wet. The pancake machine was cool but the pancakes had a weird texture. If you are not like me and you don't care about breakfast, this place is a 5...

Nice and quiet hotel. It's close to many restaurants and close to the university. My hotel of choice when working at OU.

Staff was rude. Got a complaint there was smoke smell from cigarettes or illegal drugs coming from our room?? and NEITHER my husband or myself smoke. I told the General Manager to come up and smell my room once she ended the call because I didn't appreciate the accusations. All GM said was she had a right to ask and yes you have Evey right to ask but apologize for the inconveniences and disruption. Never received an apology for the inconvenience. Had to ask for more omelettes bc the staff member was just standing and not doing her job by actively checking to keep breakfast stocked for everyone knowing people were eating. Won't be back which is unfortunate because the hotel look is nice. Rooms were nice. But your staff killed the experience

The rooms were very nice and clean. The room I stayed in had two parts to it. One was the bedroom and the other was a small living room which both had tvs. The couch had a pull out he'd. The bathrooms were clean ad well, but the only small problem was the shower head had some rust on it, but other than that the bathroom was very clean. The employees were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had reserved a room here for my daughters birthday and we went to see the hotel prior to our visit and the manager took us around and showed us the pool and a room. He was so nice. I couldn't remember her his name but he had ginger colored hair. The staff here was amazing to us. I was able to use one of their board rooms for free since no one else was using it. It just made things so much easier. Austin and Mandi were great us. Austin got us plenty of extra linen for all of my daughters guests. The breakfast was amazing. Hands down the best continental breakfast I had ever had. They have a great lobby area where we ended up even eating dinner so we could visit with our family that was in from out of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a great experience.

I travel for business and this is one of the better H.I. Express' I've ever stayed at. Fast internet, check in was very fast, staff is very friendly, breakfast was he same as all the other Holiday Inns, room was very nice!!

This particular Holiday Inn is probly a cut above what you would normally expect from a Holiday Inn. The rooms are bigger. I like the couch that is in all the rooms I've stayed in. The Internet works really well compared to other Hotels. You can watch movies on streaming services without interuption.

Very upset. We requested two cribs for the room when we booked online. Knowing we were arriving late, we even called a few hours in advance to confirm the cribs had been placed in the room and were ready for our tired little ones. We waited almost an hour with exhausted (and crying) babies before they finally brought them up.

Working, did not stay at the Hotel nor do I work there.

The rooms are excellent and it looks newly remodeled. No onsite restaurant or bar...but there is a Chili's .1 miles away if youre desperate. Have limited selection of junk food you can buy. Front desk is friendly

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norman is a very good hotel choice. They gave low prices for very good hotel rooms

Good new holiday inn express with great customer service and free breakfast. Rooms are new. Has indoor pool and fitness room

Building is new and well decorated. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our business meeting.

Everything was great, the fitness room, pool and hot tube were clean, rooms were cozy couldn't have had a better night, also friendly staff also

Good service and hotel in general. Fyi the Gym is open (2 people max) but the sauna and pool are closed. Only reason i gave this place 4/5 is because the Breakfast options were lame.

In laws stayed over night and management allowed my children and I to come and use the indoor pool without any haste.

This place was clean and a wonderful continental breakfast, very clean.

The room was very clean and was kept that way throughout the days we stayed. The bed was better than the one I sleep in at my house.
