The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were basic standard hotel rooms. Clean facilities including a well maintained indoor salt water pool and spa.

My husband and I stayed overnight. It was great and we enjoyed the hot breakfast. I liked the separate living room. Thanks for a great stay holiday inn express and suites.

Very nice, large rooms, free wifi, plenty of towels and very clean. Great location.

Wonderful hotel. We stay there any time we go to Norman. We used to stay at the Embassy but this hotel is much newer, nicer, cleaner, and cheaper. Highly recommend.

Everything was Perfect! I slept great in the bed, decor was Perfect, no bad smells and everyone was cheerful.

We got a lot of room for what we paid. It was very clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is a lot nicer than any other holiday inn express that I have ever stayed at.

The room was very nice and so was the maid service and front desk, but I told them I was a late arrival and late check out. I was woken by my phone doing an early call and then maid service was running a vacuum right next door by my headboard. It was not pleasant.

Bedroom, living room area and bathroom are all clean and nicely decorated. A touch masculine. The kitchen area is stocked with needed items to make coffee. There is a microwave and fridge. Bathroom is stocked with soaps, shampoo, lotion and hair dryer. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Hotel provides breakfast and has a saltwater swimming pool. Very impressed and would recommend the stay.

Great place, the only thing wrong are the times that the pool opens. Online it says opens at 7am, the information book in the room says 8am. We get to the pool at 835 and the sign at the pool says opens at 9am. I'm pretty sure it's not hard to get your times on the same page.

You definitely get a great hotel here, with a great breakfast. The facilities here are better than other area hotels too, much bigger gym and pool and Jacuzzi are indoors.

Great place ,clean n courteous,easy to find n reasonablely priced. Walking distance to good food n shopping.

Very nice suites, this is one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express hotels I've ever stayed in.

I travel for my job quite a bit. Hotels are always decent looking on their websites, but even after making sure I read the reviews, I sometimes end up at a place I wish I wasn't. This location should be replicated across the brand. Location is great. Price is right. But I can't say enough about the decor, the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff. Definite pleasant surprise! Thanks

The rooms are great the service sucks .I was charged extra money for a deposit that I still haven't got back . Needs new management . I will never stay there again .

Nice, clean hotel. Great rooms. Rooms have both firm and soft pillows. Living area with couch, chair, coffee table, TV in each room. Rooms also have a microwave, Kuerig, sink, cabinets and small fridge next to closet. Ironing board and iron in closet. Bedroom has its own door. Digital thermostat controls heat/air. Television in bedroom. The ONLY complaints I had, 1 - the bed was FIRM, like sleeping on a board with very little padding; 2 - no bathtub in this particular room, shower only. I'm not sure about other units. Overall, nice get away.

Just average for HIE.
Room looked worn/old. Beds were ok , dirty washcloth in tub. Even with virus protocols, breakfast was skimpy compared to others. No real complaints, not memorable however--just a place to sleep.

This hotel should get 10 stars! The service was excellent. The people friendly. We, 7 of us were stranded. Our car needed fixing and wasn't done until afternoon. Their hospitality extended to were they let us stay over check out time. We had two children.
That was a big help.
The mattresses were comfortable, the pool a blast, the hot tub worked, and breakfast was generous and good. Wow.

If this is the one in Oklahoma. We were given a room that had not been cleaned. Beds not made. Coffee cups everywhere. Receptionist stated I can't believe that! Finally got another room. Needed to iron. No iron in room. Receptionist stated I can't believe that. Finally found a iron. Only one thing of coffee in the room for two people. Will not go back to this location.

This is a beautiful new hotel. I will stay here every time I'm in town. The hotel is very clean.

Second time I've been to this hotel and both stays are as expected. Decent location, clean and good bedding. The decor is a tad modern for me, but the beds have ample outlets (which should be everywhere by now).

Stay was ok but breakfast was so bland and nasty only thing that was good was the boxed OJ

Just visiting out of town friends but it was a beautiful hotel near so many restaurants and shopping. If I didn't live here I'd stay at this hotel.

Clean, easy access off I-35, and surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

Or friends are still ain't here so we've been hanging out here and swimming. Mom's friend needed a step stool for the bed and they gave her one. The room is so nice

This is my favorite hotel in Norman. We've stayed here probably about 5 or 6 times. The only issue I think we ever had was about a year ago, the jets were out in the hot tub and I'm not sure if they've ever fixed that. Everything else is amazing.

Beautiful building and great staff! Very close to shopping and awesome food. You will not be disappointed!

Nice, clean, comfortable, rooms are awesome, roomy, beds, equipped with fridge, microwave, small kitchenette, keurig coffee maker, small living room area, etc.. Nice over all..

Happy people during our conference... The manager was doing the cha cha slide. The customer service was exquisite and the smiles were endless!

Hotel is easy to get to and in a ver convenient location. A few minutes away from Moore. Big rooms. Good breakfast spread. Clean.

Very nice and clean rooms, breakfast was good. Hotel staff not so nice. Couldn't even get a hold of the front desk when calling.

This is an upper scale Holiday Inn. Rooms were a bit pricey, but over all it was worth it. The rooms were very clean and decorated very well. Bedding was new and comfortable. Rooms were very spacious with a separate sitting area which included a pullout sofa and an additional tv. Room had microwave and fridge.
Lobby was very clean. Exterior was well lit. Highly recommend.

Booked a room with King size bed got put in a room with double. I booked the room and husband checked in a few days before I got there so he didn't realize he was in the wrong room. They were booked solid so couldn't be put in the right room. There were pretzels under a bed....none of us had pretzels. No conditioner or body wash in shower for my husband to use for two days. He was in Norman for classes all day and didn't feel like going to the front desk to get it at the end of class each day. They were not suppose to charge my card for the room because my husband told them he was going to pay cash upon check out. They said they would make note of it, they didn't. Paid cash upon checkout but they had already charged my card. Got them to refund card but was told as I was about to leave it would take 3 to 5 days for my money to show back in my acct. PS the indoor pool which is why we were willing to pay a little more to stay there was closed due to social distancing requirements. I wanted something for my son and I to do while we waited for husband get done with classes, was unaware of the pool closure till the day after we got there as we got in later than expected. Should have gone with someplace closer to husbands school...maybe there would have been less issues. This was just kind of a bad experience and not one I want to repeat. Could have been much worse but it could have been a lot better too. All in all I probably would not stay at this location again. But that was just our experience this stay.

I think it's the best hotel where I've stayed. They have excellent service, rich food and they helped me.

The breakfast is okay. They make their apple juice with concentrate as well as their orange juice

We checked in very late. (After 1am) We had a little difficulty due to the fact that someone else had booked the room for us as a gift, but the staff was accommodating and got us into our room. Our suite was awesome and spacious. It had a living room, large bathroom, and a king size bed. Check out is 11-12 kind of unclear, but no rush. We left at 11 am though. The breakfast was decent! I would pay to stay there.

It was just okay. We decided to stay here based on the indoor pool. They neglected to tell us that the pool had been drained due to COVID-19. Room was clean...there was also no room service & very small gym. Breakfast everyday was cold cereal and juice only.

We were in a suite and it was amazing. There were three of us staying in the room. So each one of us had a place to sleep. I volunteered to sleep on the pull-out couch and felt very comfortable. Everything worked fine in the room. The only thing that really bothered me was the day that we were going to check out the maids knocked on our door twice in the morning at two different times asking for housekeeping. Knowing that we were checking out that day. Other than that the stay was great!

Comfortable, clean, modern, and convenient. A predictable experience, which is all I look for in a hotel. More attention to keeping the breakfast items stocked and tossing bad items is needed.

Booked a week in advance. Arrived late, but prompt service and courtesy. Only complaint was an extreme musky smell in the elevator corridor.

Solid stay! Updated, comfortable, and great breakfast.

Room was beautiful, seperate sitting area with pull out couch that made into a bed and then the room where you slip. Modern fixtures, flat screen TV. Staff was courteous and friendly. Location was central to resteraunt and shopping.

I wish I booked here instead of the Norman hotel. The front desk has awesome service.

This hotel is very clean and easy to get to. Close to shopping and restaurants. The manager that was on duty at the time of I checked in was Rachel and she was very accommodating to help me get checked in being my first time at the hotel. The rooms are set up like a suite so there is a living room, a small kitchen,a bedroom and bathroom.

Great place to stay. Staff was very good here. One of the best stays I've had with IHG.

This place is great, they have been in our hearts for sometime now we rent from them every year for our ACCO and EOC meetings. They are great to our people.

By far one of the BEST hotel's we've stayed in! It's beautiful, clean and staff is on point! Night & morning front desk/ manager's go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. We will be back and will tell about our experience. Thx Holiday Inn Express
