Excellent, clean, comfortable, safe and close to airport
Nice clean hotel, quiet location even though near the airport. Decent hotel breakfast includes eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Would be nice for hotel shuttle to do local runs especially when big events in town.
Service was good, hotel was clean but badly isolated
Very clean and recently updated hotel. Very happy with my stay.
I've stayed here several times and its always been pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quiet, pretty much all I need for a good nights rest.
Breakfast was pretty good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was pretty nice and clean. They have a shuttle that will take you if you don't feel like driving anymore. Will definitely stay here next time I'm back in town. The manager is awesome!
Very nice hotel. The only negative was that the breakfast area was cold.
The staff was very accommodating the room was very clean the late-night help one night the gentleman wasn't too friendly at all but other than that everyone else was superb excellent price
Friendly staff; quiet, comfortable room; DELICIOUS breakfast and quaint little workout space. Will stay here again.
Nice rooms, great breakfast, a lot of options for quick bites close by and is a perfect place to get an Uber downtown.
Free breakfast, cheap pantry, nice lobby, little Keurig machines in the rooms, decent hotel.
Staff was pleasant, and process was brief. Very enjoyable.
Nice rooms, helpful staff. Room service is third-party and not the best. Key cards deactivate pretty easily. Everything else is good
This Holiday Inn is in a pretty old, run down building. The building was also noisy. The location is convenient being right down the street from the airport.
Nice hotel, but the front desk manager was quite mean.
Misquotos were in our room and bit our kids multiple times, I killed the skeeters. Front desk gave me bonus IHG points and didn't seem to care otherwise.
Keith has no idea what is going on. Double charged the other room of mine, when all was paid for online.
The front desk was incredibly unhelpful. The desk in the room was sticky. I had previously told everyone how I always stay at holiday Inn Express and how wonderful they are but this one completely contradicted everything good I had to say about the company.
Nice hotel close to the airport. The employees were very helpful and SO nice. I do wish they had a better fitness room though. That would be my only complaint.
I've stayed here twice, and I had a great experience both times.
Clean and neat rooms very centrally located and has a good breakfast in the morning. Gym is better than most!
I booked on Priceline by naming my own price so I didn't actually pick this hotel. However, I'm glad that they accepted my bid. I went to Nashville on an impromptu trip with my mom and aunts and was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. I read reviews that they were going through a remodel, but everything was almost finished when we arrived. The breakfast was amazing (for being free) and the people were very nice and went out of their way to answer any questions that we had. I'm so glad that we stayed here and will book here in the future.
Very comfortable bed, helpful staff and nice breakfast
Good hotel. Shower head played was hanging off the wall.
charged me a additional 73.96 on my card bc the girl named krystal didnt pay attention and charged it to my card insted of priceline and i even gave her my number its ridiculous and hardly made it home bc of her mistake it was trip money that i wont get back for at least three days so thanks to her ourtrip got canceled and she did it to at least three other people as well maybe yall need to watch her and make sure she learns how to do her job right
Not the cleanest or the most customer oriented Holiday Inn Express I've ever visited.
The room was clean and comfy. Didn't care for the lack of staff and no cooked complimentary breakfast
Service was great and staff was friendly. However, the the room was disappointing. Dusty/dirty grille so my towels were dirty, busted shower head and rod, poorly installed light fixtures, and exposed wiring for the HVAC unit.
The staff treats me like family. I have book a room here 20 plus times. My experience has always been 5 stars. My hat goes off to the housekeepers. The cleanliness and presentation of the rooms are always emaculate. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of cereals, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruits, biscuits, gravy, sausage, juices and more.
All staff was very friendly!! The free hot breakfast was amazing and very convenient!!! I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone. The room was very updated with modern decor and conveniently located close to everything you could need
Stain on ceiling, dirty bathroom. The beds were too squishy for my liking and affected my sleep. People were nice and overall the stay was great. Breakfast was definitely Good, I loved the fresh fruit and oat options.
Not the best holiday inn... Specially for the price range I expected to be better. The room felt like it was an upgrade from a motel and not a an holiday inn chain... Very very disappointed
Staff was so disrespectful & rude and really didn t even know what they were doing. I would never book a room with them again. Not to mention all the stains on the towels and bed sheets would definitely not recommend them to anyone!
This place is awesome we will definitely stay here on the way to Texas
Staff very friendly the rooms are comfortable. It would be nice if they more of a breakfast before 6:00 am. When you have to leave the motel early to get to the job site that would be a great option
It was clean and people at the front desk were helpful:)
Spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. If you want a room with a view, be sure to specify. Otherwise you will get a view of the interior courtyard. The proximity to the airport makes it am excellent choice. They offer a hotel-airport shuttle complimentary. They also have a shuttle that will take you to other locations within a few miles. The breakfast is typical Holiday Inn Express. I highly recommend this hotel.
We had ants in our room. Showed pictures to the front desk and they offered rewards points as compensation which was acceptable. The problem is they never credited the points they offered for the inconvienece. Nice lobby, but the rest of the hotel is dated an in poor condition. I will not stay here again.
Room smelled like straight weed and bathroom had no exhaust fan to let the humidity out. Hallways looks depressing.
breakfast was a brown bag with a Capri sun, raw bag of oatmeal, and small muffin. Couldn t have costed them more than $1.00-$1.50. No coffee or hot water and bowls to make the oatmeal. Hotels must be capitalizing on the COVID situation to cut amenities and still charge the same price.
Nice hotel. We were surprised by the continental breakfast, they had eggs, sausage and even biscuits and gravy.
Your employees are awesome. Thank you to James the shuttle driver. Darryl at the front desk was courteous and friendly even at 2:30 AM! Your breakfast options amazing. The cleanliness of the room A+! Thank you all for a short but great stay. We will be back for sure.
***DO NOT STAY HERE***
We looked at the pictures online and decided to give it a try, booked through Expedia, and drove in from Kentucky. Immediately, I noticed the hotel was older and had been remodeled outside. The lobby has been updated nicely but once we got on the elevator, it was obvious that was the nicest part of the hotel. Checked into our room to find lady bugs crawling on the ceiling above our bed (about 10) and more in the bathroom (about 10 more). Decided we didn't want to sleep there and went downstairs to ask for a refund. The pleasant (lots of sarcasm with emphasis) lady's at the front desk said they were not able to do anything and that we had to call Expedia (I felt this was fishy). Left the hotel and called Expedia, they were nice, called the hotel to straighten this out for us, but the manager was not in. 3 days later, I get an e-mail from Expedia refusing to refund the money for the room that we never slept in because the "manager" said it was not a valid reason to cancel the room... DO NOT STAY HERE. People like this should not be in business. I will not use Expedia again and I would never reccommend a low life business that will not give refunds to customers that do not use their services. I have filed a claim with Visa to try and get my money back at this point.
Did not stay, only stopped by for a training class held at the hotel.
Stayed here two nights. Staff was friendly but the cleanliness level was unreal. Hairs all in our bedsheets, and the floor was super dirty.
They were extremely kempt in the lobby which I attended an professional event. The Holiday Inn was very kind and courteous and overall I enjoyed my visit to the building
DID NOT FEEL AT HOME OR SAFE
1. On arrival the attendent gave us a key to a room that HAD SOMEBODY IN IT ALREADY. The man was just as suprised (Half naked drinking a beer). So after 20 min of waiting for that to be sorted out we finally got a room..
2. The room was okay.. We requested one with a king size bed but got 2 full size beds instead.
3. On the evening of being at the hotel for the 1st full day somebody got a key to our room and said they were given the key to check in.
After marching down to the front desk they said it was resolved but were not able to give any kind of discount for our trouble. But the fact it had happened TWO TIMES to the same people staying here?!? How is a person supposed to feel safe and sound knowing that somebody can just walk in to thier room without notice?
The fact the issue happened should have never been a case. The hotel is fairly clean. And the breakfast is what you would expect.
Very clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service, with a shuttle to and from the airport.
Holiday inn, you continue to disappoint me. Always checking into dirty rooms. Hair and blood stained sheets. Visible crumbles on the sofa! We just want a clean place to sleep after a long days travel!
This is the worst hotel I've ever been in! The room was very dated, dirty, toothpaste (at least I hope that was toothpaste) still all over the bathroom counter, floor still had garbage on it, food on the floor near the bed, sliding glass door area had never been cleaned since it was installed and the room had a old musty odor!!! We complained and got a refund but had to run around and find another room for our two day stay in Nashville. Lucky for us the Four Point by Sheraton next door (a very nice hotel) not only had a room but gave us a great rate and saved our vacation!
Very clean rooms and pet friendly. Hallway smelled like trash though
Started here for one night, it's really nice. The lobby is gorgeous, and the free breakfast was really good.
Horrible Staff. I have never dealt with this low of unprofessionalism, unededucated, and awkward staff at a hotel. It was off the charts bizarre to have to speak to the front desk staff on any thing from keys not working to check in..... purely no one here passed the 8th grade let alone has the first inclination on how to be professional.
That said front staff is unapproachable, arguemetnive and flat out dumb.
Called to tell them please note the account we will be checking in late.
They cancelled my room. Ugh ok after driving 9 hours I had no energy to even have a discussion. Spent the first night of 3 night stay someplace else.
Check in next day
Tv elevator not working first day.
Keys never worked, when I went to get new keys Tricia was lecturing me on key use and how it's my fault they don't work. I never said a word or complained but she felt the need to carry on. Sigh ok. Bad day long day... I let it go again.
Next day in the lobby I was talking to another adult I have some weirdo man in street clothes who looked like he just came out of a brothel talking to me I can't hear him cuz it's loud from people talking plus he is 15 feet away. I don't answer him I can't hear plus he looks nuts....He is now threatening me over a Five year old playing quietly in the lobby.... then threatens the 5 year old that he is going to grab his toy out of his hand....
I tell him excuse me who r u? He says I'm gonna grab that out of his hand or you are?
Again who are you! He says he calling the police....
Walk over the the front desk.... to find Tricia I asked who is this person she says Patrick I'm like does he work here she continues to say call the GM blah blah I'm like does he work here she says yes I'm like where is his uniform badge something he looks like a crazy bum.... he needs to talk to guests appropriately and why is he not in uniform.
She made him put his badge on but not a holiday inn shirt he had on some gray rag.
Ugh.... not the only guest upset with this stay.... if you went in lobby some others were always at front desk with issues
We would just laugh and say the HolidayHell!
We ve stay at this Holiday Inn Express every time we go to Nashville. The last time we stayed there we had a room on the second floor. When we got off of the elevator the cigarette smoke was terrible as we was making our way to the room on that side the smell of marijuana was strong all out in the hall. I went down and told the desk clerk about it and she said that they couldn t do anything about it. I knew better because my daughter had worked for Holiday Inn. They finally got us a room on the first floor. I was highly disappointed in the way it was handled because after all it is a smoke fee facility.
I had to move to four rooms at check-in and didn't get what I originally booked. The door on the first room didn't lock ,the curtains on the second wouldn't close and the third smelled like someone just smoked in it. The lady helping me was nice although I only get settled about an hour later at 9:30 pm. The check out wasn't too friendly.
Pretty clean. Staff was nice and very helpful. Pretty quiet. Pool was a bit cloudy and dirty.
Nice hotel, comfortable beds, helpful staff, great breakfast!
Nice place for a good price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Had a good stay, very near the airport, but still quiet, didn't hear airplanes over a quiet rumble of the big jets. I'd stay here again if in town. Short drive to all the tourist spots as well.
I went here because I had a wedding. The place was OK but not worth the $185 dollars that I spent on the room. I checked the bedding and one of the pillows had a dead bug smashed on it. The bathroom tubs and around the fixtures could have been cleaned better. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Thank you Natasha for being awesome!!! Best hotel experience I ve ever had
It was nice, I have not been in a Holiday inn Express in a few years. I like what they did with the window treatments that when I shut them in was dark in the room. I know it sounds strange that I wrote about that but how many times have you had to shut the curtains and still have your room light.
Currently being renovated as of 12/18/16. We had to go in a side door, there was only one receptionist with a long line, my key did not work correctly so I had to go back and wait in said line a second time, the room doors are paper thin, allowing you to hear every conversation and even footsteps of people walking by, the floors were nasty due to construction, just a bad experience all around a for the money.
Will probably be a nice enough place once renovations are complete, but for now, look elsewhere.
The room is clean and the staff is amazing! Stuck here for a few days due to the weather. It is a good place near the airport to be stuck at.
Super nice and well positioned close to the airport, with great accessibility to most of downtown Nashville. Exceptional staff, excellent breakfast, and well maintained.
