These hotels are always great we will always go to the Holiday Inn Express.

Easy access from I-40. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was effortless and quick. Room was quiet, fresh, spacious and clean. Furniture and bed look new. Very comfy bed and linens! Fixtures are up to date with phone charging ports and lots of outlets. Lighting is bright and new blinds block all light from outside. Free breakfast is boring and bland, but can't complain about free food. Overall a great stay. 9 out of 10.

Very nice hotel especially the lobby area. Everything was in excellent condition.

Very so-so as far as anything more than being a one night room so you can catch a plane in the morning.

Nice hotel...wish they would do like the Hyatt Place and just individually wrap breakfast items like biscuits and what not... There is a way to still get ppl a hot breakfast during Covid.

Just make sure your key card for your door doesn't come in contact with magnets or you cell phon because it will disrupt it and you'll have to get a new one at the front desk.

Convenient located near the airport. Very large so you may be parking far from your room. Decent hour breakfast is included. Room was clean but showing its age. Bed was comfortable but no black out curtains. Overall I'd stay again

24 hr free airport shuttle.

If you're staying here then you're probably using it for the airport. This place is the best in the area when considering the price. The parking if you're staying at the hotel is free for the nights you stay. The 'extra' parking ($5/day if you only stay in the hotel one night) is the cheapest in the area for those hotels with a 24/7 shuttle.

The shuttle is free and runs 24/7 and takes about 10 min to get to/from the airport. The hotel is very nice and clean. Although this is just a normal hotel, it's a 5/5 when you consider the price of the room, price of parking, and availability of the airport shuttle. Would certainly stay again.

Convenience with a price tag. Clean, spacious and welcoming. Great extras (free shuttle) but the convenience comes with a price tag. Good area (not sketchy). Would definitely recommend for line female travelers

Enough parking space. Clean and complete room and bathroom. Friendly service. I don t give it 5 stars because there s no one to help with the bags-suitcases at check in or check out.

Traveled multiple hours to Nashville to stay here and fly out the next morning. Only to walk into the lobby, joining 30 other people standing in line. It was announced that everyone s reservations would not be fulfilled because they had no rooms. Huge deal when it s 8 pm and all of the other hotels are sold out. We had to get a room at the Hilton for 4 times the cost of my reservation due to their error. Buyer beware, may have to reserve a room elsewhere when you arrive.

Have only been here one night so far....and everything has been done so far !!! Ask me again after 2 more nights...

Love they have turkey sausage for breakfast. Meeting rooms are phenomenal and sales staff so accommodating and give more than expected. Maintenance staff helped me with my car ( battery issue ) and they shuttled me to local restaurants and shopping near airport.

Fine nothing special. Dated interior mostly well maintained and close to the airport.

We have been staying at different Holiday Inn Express locations across the country as we have traveled the last 4 days.
This location was somewhat hidden, but not too bad to get to. The entryway was the most regal of the ones we went to, and the decor in the lobby and breakfast area was quite stunning compared to the other locations, which is what you would expect in Nashville.
The check-in staff was quite friendly and accommodating and helped us out with our needs.

We did think the layout was a bit strange, but we found out that the hotel surrounded a courtyard, which was really pretty.
Upon entering the actual hotel portion, the elevator had a bad musky smell, and the decor was quite dated. Our floor didn t have a sign for which direction the room numbers were until you got passed the floor art, so we couldn t see it.
These rooms were adequate, but lacked the Pristine condition I feel we found in the other locations we visited.
I would recommend this hotel however, as I m sure it was a great bang for your buck, especially in Nashville. You will get consistent service and a nice clean hotel.

Room was nice, but lobby was freezing. Free breakfast was easy to chew with chattering teeth.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Airport. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. Service at the front desk was great. I enjoyed my stay!
