Breakfast was hot, fresh and had a great variety.

Remodel is beautiful. Love the new design. Staff was very friendly. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars us when I went up to the front desk to ask a question the gentleman at the front desk was looking or texting on his cell phone and I stood there for 2 minutes before I interrupted him to get his attention

So far the worse holiday inn express we have ever stayed at and we travel cross country every year . Check in staff rude room has burn marks on the rug we had to have the tv repaired . I m in shock we will not return and we will hesitate on holiday inn express hotels in the future.

We stayed here the night of our wedding and had a pleasant enough stay. Promp ride to the airport. Left our car in the parking lot. Upon coming back, my battery was dead. The staff there all were extremely eager to help and provided a jump start for my car. Very pleasant experience

Staff openly complains to anyone in earshot. The hostess was rarely at her post because she was to busy entertaining her friends.

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Nashville for Spring Break and to attend a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The hotel staff helped organize a local van service to take 5 of us to the concert and then pick us up. So much more affordable than Uber. The hotel was clean & well maintained, staff courteous even though they were full. Delicious breakfast included.

For a hotel that offers park and fly with so many early flights it's amazing that they don't have their complimentary breakfast out early enough for the people that are flying so early.

Life inevitably happens, but when it does how we respond is how we are measured. Thus, my stay at this establishment was wonderful. I was on town visiting family battling metastatic cancer, I just wanted to see them. Love them while they're here! Of course, visiting several other family and friends one thing led to another and mys cheduel was full. Knowing the traffic here it gets hectic. In my rush I forgot to mention that my room needed attention. I called enroute from my outing and received prompt acknowledgment of my problem and swift intervention. Although the facility was staffed with only two, my host performed with the capacity of 10. Bless her. My stay was through 10/23-25. All my needs where addressed and the patience of the staff, remarkable. I recommend this stay and hope that you too experience the service and in kind provide positive feedback during your stay as well. You get out what you put out. I'm out. Enjoy!

This place was very affordable but, had a high end look in the lobby. The room was large and very nice. Opted for the room with wheelchair access shower. It was so nice and was stocked with higher end bath products. Due to covid, there was not a hot or serve yourself breakfast. However, they provided a nice bagged breakfast with fruit, breakfast bars and muffins. Near the airport and a whole lot of other places that we frequent for food, shopping and visiting. I have a feeling this will be my new go to place when I'm in Nashville.

It's an okay location. So much room for improvement. Like actually not just walking in even with a do not disturb on the door. It's silly. Stop it lol

Standard holiday inn express rooms. Love the firm and soft pillows. Breakfast always has a good variety. HIE is my preferred hotel chain and I will always stay here when I can.

Got a rash from the beds. Cleaning staff sat outside the room leaning on the door from 630-7am laughing and talking. Tried entering the room without any notice. Front desk not helpful. No towels at the pool.

One of the best Holiday inn Express in the country. Very cozy with that huge fireplace.

Rooms were nice and updated except the shower plug which was broke and never fixed. Housekeeping liked to congregate outside the room across from mine and talk at all hours of the night. Hotel is close to the airport.

Room was comfortable, good AC, and no traffic to get to airport.
However, I think I had food poisoning from breakfast. Staff didn't believe me, and I had missing shampoo and a pretty crappy toilet.

I stay at ICH properties all the time. Have earned well over 700,000 points in total with HI. This property is under renovation. Much of the hotel is shut off, yellow caution tape, dirt & debirs, paint, dust, everywhere. This is not a typical 'nice HI Express'. It's an older style hotel. Stay elsewhere! When the renovation is done, it will be a lot nicer.

They moved me to a brand new room and it's 200% better than the old room. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomidating. The new hotel will be nice I am sure. The new room needs some work, but they will figure it out.

Room very nice and my wife loves the pillows. Staff friendly and very easy to use shuttles. Only thing was backwards shower handle, further you turn,colder it gets!

Pleasant and accommodating. Used airline vouchers as we were delayed another night.

My husband and I only ever stay at holiday inns. This one has by far been the best one we ve ever stayed at. The beds were SO comfortable! The staff were excellent, great customer service and they were all so kind. Our room was so clean! I always inspect our rooms before I even put our luggage down and they by far exceeded my standards. This has a great outside pool, free breakfast. What more can you ask for! Can t beat how affordable this is either. Just right down the road from the airport makes for the absolute perfect location! Thanks to the staff for our great stay!

Place is beat up and needs refurbished. Carpet had stains, rust on door jams, exhaust vents, etc. Batteries low on thermostat. Parking lot was full with no remaining spots to park.
Worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in.

Lobby is gorgeous with a neat central fireplace. Room was clean, though TV was small. Great complimentary breakfast.

Very disappointing. Checked in, went to my room, where the previous resident had left a variety of disgusting residue. Went back to the front desk to inform the clerk who was neither surprised nor apologetic. Did get another room without issue.

Had hoped to use the fitness center but it reeked of some kind of chemical, so...no. There are several hotels within a couple hundred yards of this one. Choose one of those instead.

Poor shuttle service from the airport, had to call back after waiting 30 minutes and the receptionist said she was just about to tell the driver to come get us. I guess she forgot about us. Still took another 15 minutes to pick us up at the airport. The TV in our room didn't work and we could smell cigarettes smoke coming in our room all night. The lobby has a nice atmosphere and the breakfast is good.

This was a quick and convenient place to stay bear the airport. Plus, the staff were positive

Began staying here when my other go-to hotel was undergoing construction. I used to stay at another hotel across town whenever visiting Nashville for work, but my wife booked a room at the airport HIE once when she was coming to visit. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and thought it much better a choice than my previous hotel. I really enjoy the balcony rooms, and the out-of-the-way feel of the hotel doesn't remind you of a typical airport hotel staple. Good food and other amenities local. No need to travel far for a forgotten travel necessity. No, it's not the Holiday Inn Vanderbilt, but I will continue using this hotel, as it meets all of my needs and affords me the quiet and comfort that is most needed when working out of town.

They offer a variety of items for breakfast. The food is tasty and filling from the bacon, sausage and gravy, omelets, cereal, muffins, yogurt, coffee and juice. It's an older hotel, but they've keep it up nicely. It's clean and the beds are very comfortable.

My tub didn't drain, it also leaked all over the bathroom floor. I informed the front desk, they said they would send someone to look at it, but that night, it again refused to drain and leaked on the floor again.

The night staff was very rude. I called down asking for the wifi password but since it just changed, he didn't belive that the one provided to me wasn't working. So I had to go down to the front desk to show him, the whole time he was acting like I was the greatest inconvenience to him. I finally got somewhere when another guy came over to ask him to give me the password for next week, which worked.

I'm used to better service, this was probably the worst Holiday inn I've ever been to.

Nice, clean hotel near the airport. Rooms are clean, fairly spacious. Bed was comfortable. Doors don't block out hallway noise so was a bit loud later at night, after shows/bars closed. Breakfast was typical hotel eggs, sausage and biscuits, cereals, pancakes and other baked goods. Nothing to write home about but not the worst ever either. Things were kept fresh and hot, which was great. As attractions are not close enough for the shuttle, you have to have a car to get around. If they added this service even just to the Opry property, it would be a huge advantage for guests. I would likely stay again but ideally would want closer to attractions or options to get to them.

Very clean hotel and beautiful rooms. The outdoor seating area/fire place was a plus! With it being near the airport you don't hear a lot of planes fly overhead once you're inside. The one thing I do wish they did was label which of their breakfast foods was gluten free.

Pretty good hotel. Rooms were nice and decently equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. Overall, the cleanliness is very good as far as rooms are concerned. We were on our way to Cincinnati and had an overnight stay here since the rates were among the cheapest - good deal for a hotel of this league.
Breakfast was very good. The pancake machine is interesting but if it doesn't bring out the quality pancakes, it's worth nothing. And that's what happened.
The staff was good - not that we had so much of interaction. But the one at front desk was very helpful. Good bunch of folks there.

I travel ALOT, I like to stay at holiday inns because they are generally all the same. Not this place, don t let the looks deceive you. Waking up to a tick crawling out of the bed framing is not something I want to see EVER. Especially since I had my children with me, 10 minutes later I found a spider followed by some beetles hiding in random crevices of the room.

Very clean. Although soap dispensers were empty that was the only real issue. I was disappointed with the breakfast while I understand covid the breakfast buffet turned into a low income food bank style bag breakfast

I would have given them a perfect 5 except for how loud several people were outside my room in the cordoor area late in the evening. I had to set the timer on the tv to drown out the noise so I could go to sleep. But the staff was super friendly, and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. Even decent coffee.

The place was quiet, the food was good. Very accommodating staff, the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, with just enough suave for a business meeting or two. I like the oatmeal, and cinnabons.

This hotel is very much showing it's age. The design is odd, to say the least. Be certain to ask for an room facing outwards if you stay here. Breakfast was OK, but the bananas were GREEN! The clerk who checked me in downgraded me from a King bed (that I had booked) to 2 double beds, when I asked for the top floor. He didn't bother to inform me he had downgraded me, just gave me the key. The photo is of the beautiful view of the roof from my room window. Lovely, yes?

Love it here. Staff is VERY helpful to me and nice beds. Shuttle is convenient but wish they had told me when making reservation to call hotel when luggage is retrieved so they will come for you. Hotels where I come from run shuttles around the clock. Sat for a little while then called. Shuttle came right away. I have stayed here several times.

Be very careful if you park your car and use the fly away service. Left my car in the parking lot for one week. When I came back, the back window of the car was broken and the hotel DID NOTHING to help pay for damage. Hotel policy is they are not responsible for any damage. The car was parked in front of hotel......very visible.

More modern HIE and a good location. Only 10 minutes to downtown and close to the airport but the employees were rude.

Stayed here for a business conference. Nice amenities. High-security. They even have a little store that stays open 24 hours a day.

Really great public space. Rooms are very spacious as well. Shower pressure was pretty bad, towels were stained and clothes hook was broken. Also, pancake machine was out of service.

Really cool views of the approach end for Nashville International. Walls are soundproofed.

The hotel is clean and nice. The staff was friendly. Close to the airport, so the shuttle ride was very quick.
