***DO NOT STAY HERE***

***DO NOT STAY HERE***
We looked at the pictures online and decided to give it a try, booked through Expedia, and drove in from Kentucky. Immediately, I noticed the hotel was older and had been remodeled outside. The lobby has been updated nicely but once we got on the elevator, it was obvious that was the nicest part of the hotel. Checked into our room to find lady bugs crawling on the ceiling above our bed (about 10) and more in the bathroom (about 10 more). Decided we didn't want to sleep there and went downstairs to ask for a refund. The pleasant (lots of sarcasm with emphasis) lady's at the front desk said they were not able to do anything and that we had to call Expedia (I felt this was fishy). Left the hotel and called Expedia, they were nice, called the hotel to straighten this out for us, but the manager was not in. 3 days later, I get an e-mail from Expedia refusing to refund the money for the room that we never slept in because the "manager" said it was not a valid reason to cancel the room... DO NOT STAY HERE. People like this should not be in business. I will not use Expedia again and I would never reccommend a low life business that will not give refunds to customers that do not use their services. I have filed a claim with Visa to try and get my money back at this point.
