Very nice stay! The beds and pillows were perfect - and they smelled amazing! Loved the fact that the hot tub was open. Everything was very clean.

Excellent, my 3 friends went to celebrate my birthday, they offer a free entree the week of your birthday. We sat outside and it was a beautiful evening. Prime rib dinners for $15 on wednesdays. Happy hour 4-6pm mon thru thurs. I hear there is live music on friday nights

Had lunch during Coast Guard at Jack's. Felt like i was on vacation!

No longer pet friendly. What a shame. Been staying there for the last 15 plus years once a month while visiting my daughter ...New manage

town area or the beach. . Air BnB for us in the future.

Showed up 2 hours before normal check in. Couldn't accommodate a room and was rude. When I came back to check in, they didn't have a room based on what I booked unless I wanted to wait another 2 hours. Very noisy, cleanliness is ok. Better options to explore in the area.

The food at the restaurant (Jack's) although very good was very pricey.

We go to the free comedy night on Thursdays. Some comics are better than others but overall we always have a good time. Great service on food and drinks.

We paid over $250.00 a night for a tiny room #326 that smelled, had spiders all over the balcony that you had to squeeze in to. The screen door was all ripped so you couldn't leave the "DIRTY" slider open to get fresh air. The tv reception was terrible and the maintenance man couldn't fix it. The a/c filters looked like they've never been cleaned. This is an over priced hotel that is run down and not clean.

Good location right on the river and Jack's offers a great menue right inside of the hotel.

Sadly, food service in Jack's landing, verrrrrrry slow! Over 40 mins passed between ordering and delivery of food to table. Waitress failed to offer beverage refills. We needed flatware, and the waitress forgot to bring that, too. Over $24 for two sandwich baskets and two sodas. Ridiculous service. Ridiculous prices. Not a value.

Thus place is right off the highway next to the river. We went just for the band that was playing that night, as they are our favorite local band. Amenities were great, the bathrooms were clean and the bar was huge. Overall, a very nice evening.

Hotel, Room and bar are great. Restaurant has terrible service and reeks of an unknown smell.

We had our sister's wedding reception here and it was lovely. The staff was AMAZING and so helpful. The food was great and not that expensive compared to other venues. The views of the marina were elegant. I highly recommend this location!

A place for older patrons. Average food and drink, good staff service though.

Went there last night. Staff was nice and called me prior to the stay to explain that the hotel is being renovated. They didn't explain that the hot tub in the spa was out of service. I literally stayed here to use the hot tub.

I understand things happen, but I would not have stayed here had I known that the hot tub was out of order.

This was disappointing to say the least.

Definitely not a tree star hotel, friendly staff but very dusty and rooms need refreshing, new paint and AC units are very loud!!!

the front desk was extremely friendly, the comedy night on Thursday was a great surprise, and the management is top notch!

My husband and I came here for an anniversary weekend getaway! Great location if you are looking to visit Grand Haven and ride some bike trails. Close to great eateries and downtown Grand Haven. We also enjoyed being on the water and looking at the boats.

The only disappointment with our stay was the cleanliness of the room. We also had our crawling baby with us and the floor was disgusting. There was dust and hair along the edges of the laminate flooring and we found toenails on the carpeting. We also found a coffee stain on our comforter and the door track to the balcony was full of dead bugs and cobwebs. We did let the front desk know when we checked out and the only solution given was to let the head house keeper know.

I would stay here again. This place is clean and well cared for. The river view is very nice, and the two pools are very nice. There is an indoor pool with a hot tub, and an outdoor pool for swimming/sunning. The restaurant is nothing to write home about. The tiki bar had good apps but they were way over priced for the quantity. Lots of boaters come in and out of the restaurant/bar.

As a hotel, this is a nice Holiday Inn. Beats many of the others in Michigan in terms of service and cleanliness.

The fitness center is nothing to write home about. One treadmill, one cycle and one elliptical, with a few free weights and a bench (no bar).

Since all the lakeshore hotels are old buildings and Dutch style settings, this is a nice place to go with a family - well priced too.

Nice room, good staff but gotta say that the restaurant on site, Jack's, was disappointing. Poor service, slow and sarcastic.

have to ding you a star. Originally was put in a room RIGHT NEXT to where they were doing construction. Annoying that I had to pack all my stuff back up and walk back to the front desk to ask for a room in another part of the building. BUT was happy that the clerk apologized genuinely and gave me some points for my trouble. Rooms are nice, but not well suited for business travelers, instead of a desk just a little round table, and uncomfortable chair. also, outlets or charging ports are practically non existent. Bright spot was the restaurant and the food surprisingly good, the heat was out and the servers outdid themselves putting space heaters around and making us comfortable.

Night shift was amazing! Nice renovated room, but the older gentleman on the AM shift was short and rude. We have tons of points, we stay with this brand all but 8 days out of the month for work. Late check outs are an amazing perk. The man at the desk told us no, very rudely. My husband had to point out that our status membership allowed it. He begrudgingly did it, was not kind. Everything else including the bar and restaurant was great.

Fantastic customer service and clean rooms. Pool will need some updates in the near future but the hotel was definitely worth staying at.

Stayed here twice! Loved it, food at Burger Theory was fab.

Room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The service was good, and the atmosphere was nice. Prices were very reasonable and the food outstanding.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed.

My stay is ok but the bad part is our room faces the water/boat dock and we tried to sit out on the balcony and all we here is the A/C units all day/all night on the roof top of the restaurant and it s truly annoying!

The location is a bit out of the way, but has a great resort feel to it. The guests I met were very friendly and the Staff was cordial.

Good hotel, near Grand Haven MI, priced well. Rooms are decent, nothing extraordinary but met expectations.

Best hotel ever! Best western ruined my twins birthday party, and holiday went above and beyond to help me with a same day party!
They were so kind, and understanding I will always reccomened people to stay here!

Stopped for a beverage after dinner in Grand Haven. I've been here a number of times and always enjoyed the people, atmosphere, and food.

The bathroom fan doesn't turn off and is kind of annoying, but it was a comfortable bed and was friendly service

Beautiful location! The staff is always very friendly! This was our third time staying at this hotel. This time they are in the middle or remodeling but were very good about staying out of your way and keepinh dust and noise down. It is going to be so nice when it is done I can tell. The new banquet room is already done and it is gorgeous! What a fantastic view!

Asked for a room without connecting room. Another bridal party asked for same thing after us (we are bride and groom of our own bridal party, not the same one), and they were granted our room and we got a connecting room. Also charged for a missing wine bottle which was never there in the first place. Besides those annoying issues, clean and nice view.

Spent our anniversary here as a quick getaway. We had so much damn fun. Great place.

I cant speak highly enough about this place. Nice rooms, top notch staff. The restaurant and bar on site and a blast. The breakfast is awesome. This place in a very nice location just a couple miles from the downtown, boardwalk area.

Friendly staff. Small rooms. Breakfast buffet is $8.00 and it's not nearly as good as most complimentary breakfasts at other hotels.

Love this hotel. All of the Yachts line up at the docks are pretty amazing. The outside patio area and pool a really nice. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

I didn't stay in a room but the conference rooms and the lobby were superb. The hotel staff was also very nice and the location was probably the most convenient spot for all my needs.

It's under renovations right now, but our room was fantastic.
