Venue is nice, food was relatively good, service was awesome. The bar always seems to be packed and filled with good music.

Friendly staff, but the room was way overpriced and outdated. Breakfast was an extra cost and would have been the same as a much cheaper room, I wouldn't stay again.

Went for comedy show on Thursday. The show was good, as were the drinks. Service was mediocre, however and our group had a few mistakes on the checks

Excellent, my 3 friends went to celebrate my birthday, they offer a free entree the week of your birthday. We sat outside and it was a beautiful evening. Prime rib dinners for $15 on wednesdays. Happy hour 4-6pm mon thru thurs. I hear there is live music on friday nights

Stayed one night, kids liked the pool and the beds were clean and firm enough for me.

Had an awesome Holiday party here. The ballroom is a good size, not huge, but not small. I think we had close to 100 people. The food was really good, with vegetarian options, a few sides. The steak was tasty. Staff was friendly, although they were a bit too quick to take dishes/drinks from the table. Two people at my table had their alcoholic drinks taken before they were done. I didn't stay overnight.

Although the gym, restaurant and swimming pool were closed, we still enjoyed ourselves, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Holiday Inn is good located with a big parking area. The rooms where very clean during my visit and the service was friendly.

This is a solid hotel, newly remodeled, located on the water and when the summer sun is high in the sky it is a fun stop for Happy Hour at the outdoor bar! The Burger Theory menu could use some work and some specials, but a work in progress!!

The food at the restaurant (Jack's) although very good was very pricey.

Beautiful hotel awesome outside deck to sit at for lunch.

Can't say I've ever seen the inside of this place, but it makes for good parking for walking the bridge into Grand Haven.

Had a room for 2 nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was of the dumpsters, but I won't fault them for that.

Called ahead to see if pool and hot tub working, get there and pay. Only to find all controls for hot tub removed

My husband and I decided to take a weekend trip to Grand Haven. The room and service was acceptable, but we had a long day of traveling and needed to get up early the next day. Then we found out that the hotel has a band that plays (very loudly) till one am. We were never notified about this when booking the room or when we checked in. This would have been a deal breaker or us.

We brought our dog and loved this hotel. We loved the room and that it was next to the parking lot, it was very convenient for the dog. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the pools and hot tub were great as well!

Disappointed, used to be a fun place. Tried to make it upscale instead of boat friendly tiki bar. Gourmet burgers, pizza and beer.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding and did our dinner reception at Jacks. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Would recommend to anyone wedding planning or dinner party.

The bar wasn't open yet when we got there so our visit wasn't very long.

Some-what beautiful place to have a hotel, love the water, but a huge pain to get to the parking lot.

The view sucks on the right side ,but...... it's still a nice hotel and the left side pool and lake view is beautiful.

I can t believe how nice people are sometimes, today the front desk persons was as friendly as could be. The restaurant and bar staff also awesome. As hotels go this place will do if you can get it in season. Clean up to date and location. Only 4 stars because the drive in is really clunky my advice is park and walk.

The place was really quite enjoyable. The only problems we had were the wifi was down the two days we were there. The only other disappointing factor was no breakfast but that's not why we chose the hotel. The restaurant and tiki bar were an added enjoyment buy seemed over priced on what you received.

Good location, can get to downtown grand haven or on the highway quick. If in the area for first time check out local dive bar favorites, "tip a few" and stans. More trendy all along grandhaven lakeshore as well.

Awesome location and view. The front desk attendant was very friendly, and everything was very clean. Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms. Pool area is great with lots of comfortable seating. Could use an alternate exit for guests wanting to turn left when leaving, there is alot of traffic coming at you from over a bridge and it makes it quit hard

Little on the old side but still clean, friendly staff, friendly bar.

Ate at Jacks Waterfront Bistro. Liked the selection at the buffet and the salmon with honey glaze was particularly good. Nice view of the grand river also

Hands down one of the best hotels I ve ever stay in! If you re staying in Grand Haven, I highly suggest the Holiday Inn Grand Haven Spring Lake. Beautifully updated and central to everything! Great pool and great food at the restaurant inside!! We ate there 3 times.

The customer service was superb! Cleanliness of was impeccable! We couldn t have asked for anything more. I tip my hat off to the friendly staff for operating in the highest standards!

We will most definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making our family trip a memorable one!!!

Hotel is decent, but the bar is out dated inside and tiki. ar outside is always dead. Needs new life especially for the location

Very nice location by the lake, you can see some boats from the front entrance. My room was acceptably clean but not perfect as I found a spider web in a corner. Good service by friendly staff. Worth the money, although breakfast is not included.

Still new, so you have to cut them some slack.... but I ordered a Cheeseadilla (quesadilla & burger combined) and they forgot the burger!! After questioning my reading of the menu right, I learned a person at the next table ordered the same thing and also didn't get the burger. We didn't have to pay for it, which was nice, but I was hungry and it tasted weird. Also, my server disappeared for about 20 minuets, so I couldn't send it back easily and still get out of there quickly... so I ate it.
