Great location on the water between Spring Lake and Lake Michigan. Good location for a wedding. Accessable by boat and fun outdoor tiki bar.

I stay here every time I'm in town. I've never had a bad experience. And they just redid the 4th floor, so bonus!

Very nice. New upgrades are wonderful. Will stay here again.

New business. Decent food. The samd soccer tournament was this weekend sp i think they were caught with inadequate staff but noone appeared to be hustling. Dinner took an hour and our fries were pretty cold. Absolutly no evidence of a manager around. This is sner so restaurant should be better prepared. Betchavthis spot is out of business within a year.

Mold in bathroom for $150 per night is not worth it

Nice atmosphere with live music on the deck. The food was alright, though I wasn't wowed.

Very comfortable rooms and beautiful location. Breakfast in the restaurant was just average. I had tomato avocado panini (pepper Jack, tomato, avocado grilled cheese) with hash browns that were greasy, cooked in oil rather than in butter. My bloody Mary was bland of flavor except salt. Our waitress was the rudest I recall ever enduring. We were friendly and kind but obviously ruining her day.

We were there for a wedding. The food was great and staff friendly. It was a small wedding but it felt quaint and cute. It was a great time!

Was there for a wedding rehearsal and dinner. The venue for both was very nice and the food was great and had a beautiful view of the water. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your special occasion.

This reasonably priced and quiet. Except for the air conditioner which is stupidly loud.

The food and hotel are awesome. A little confusion with the hold on our card but it worked out. Just know if you pay cash you still will have the pending charge for your room on your card for about 5 days so use a credit card not a debit lol

Will never go anywhere else! We came all the way from Texas and brought our dog, Bella. This place was fantastic! Pool & hot tub area was well maintained & nice, rooms were perfect! We expected a pet smell or dander-- none of which existed! It was phenomenal! Staff was very nice, location on the lake was great. The first floor is fantastic because you have a patio door that you can park right next to & can unload your things quickly and only requiring a few steps! This place is phenomenal! My husband & I will recommend to anyone coming this way!

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff has been professional and helpful. A good selection can be found at the bar and restaurant, which sometimes offers live music as well. Overall a very pleasant location to stay at.

It is 1 AM and I am listening to the bass guitar from a band in the restaurant. Decent hotel, but I cannot sleep because of the loud music coming from the restaurant attached to the Hotel. Called the front desk multiple times and no one wants to answer. If I could take a picture of funky bass lines from a lame band I would take one and post it on here.

Beautiful area, excellent service and that was during the vacation off season! I imagine it would be even better in the summer time, if you're within half an hour of this hotel, stay here!

The band Paris Blue at Jacks was awesome! Wait staff was right on,and very friendly.Tiki bar and huge patio right outside.

Bathroom counter is small, makes it hard for more than one person to get ready at a time. Double beds, adequate but not as nice as queen. I wouldn't recommend opening the curtains, as it seems a family of mosquitoes were living between the curtain and the window. Lastly, available outlets were lacking. Overall a decent hotel, but not one I would necessarily want to stay at again.

Stayed here for Aug 5th - 9th and had an excellent stay. Josh at the front desk went above and beyond to really add to the service. For example, we called the front desk for towels and he actually ran over to housekeeping and dropped them off at the elevators. He was always cheerful and helpful.

Take advantage of the happy hour at Burger Theory when you can. The half priced appetizers and discounted drinks were a great way to start the evening.

The pool goes from 2.5 to 8.5 feet deep was nice as well.

The beds were neither too firm or too soft and the pillows were nice and feather stuffed.

Looking forward to another stay.

I'm giving a 5 star only because the staff was super nice. However, there are some downfalls. We stayed here on Christmas eve solely for the amazing food from their restaurant. Only to find out at check in the restaurant was closed and would also be closed Christmas morning. Therefore we had nothing to eat Christmas morning other than some dried up pastries they provided for the VERY few guests who were staying there. Probably some of the least comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel as well. We did have a king room and the view of the water was very nice.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn in Grand Haven when we visit. Rooms are clean, the staff is great, and Jack's (The attached restaurant) has a great breakfast menu.

Booked a 2 night stay here only because was told by the guy on phone that there was a band Friday night. Me and my friends were specifically looking for a hotel with a band for Friday night. Called down at 830 Friday and asked when the band starts he said 7 but he is running late!! There was no band! They quit having bands awhile ago cuz guest complained about non guest partying all night..we were very mad. We could have stayed somewhere else way cheaper we paid 320 a night!!! Never will go back!! We were told that when we checked out. Nice to be lied to!!

Great place, big rooms. Super nice workers. Denise was really friendly and helpful. Next time I'm through I will definitely stop in.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms could use some updating.

We stayed here one night and paid over $400 for one night. I don t even know where to begin, the room is clean that s the only ok thing about this place. Pool view is not really a view that s just $175 or lore extra to hear kids screaming until 10pm and starting at 7am. It s horrible, there s nothing special about this hotel or at least nothing that s worth paying over $400 for night. We definitely won t be back.

I had gone to Jacks bistro to meet up with some friends for lunch and it was just features over all food was good and so we're the friendly waiters and waitresses

Loved the food. Service very slow for a large party even though they knew we were coming.

Good service and location. Access is not good when you go west from the hotel due to traffic.

Food was alright. Service was poor. Onion rings where good. Waitress said that she put the order in for our beer , but there was no bartender . We ask another waitress about that and she brought us our beer.?

Everything was good except I lost my necklace, watch and new earrings in the room and the maid says she didn't find them. They were all in a plastic zip lock bag.
I noticed it when I got home and unpacked and they weren't in my suitcase or purse

Beautiful brand new hotel! Very clean and nice room! Did not use the pool, but from the looks of it, it was very clean! Overall great sleep, stay, and breakfast in the morning!

Friend has their slip here and it's great. Restaurant service is the only thing that could use some improvements but the actual food is pretty good

Everyone at the front desk, bar, restaurant, etc were very nice and accommodating. Despite what other reviews here say, the rooms seemed fairly modern to me. Prices were decent.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch which I found to be very good! Service staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food choices were exceptional: build your own omelette, various breads, meats and pastries to choose from. I'll definitely return!
