Our stay was good. It's a shame that the pool was closed by 10am, we liked to go, but we arrived too late.

Clean room. Nicely appointed hotel. Easy access to the highway in all directions. The free breakfast was okay. Free coffee and fruit all day. The only negative for me was the loud AC unit and the LEDs on the thermostat casting a bright glow over the room.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Service at the desk was quick and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options. Location is close to the casino and restaurants. The pool was small but it was still nice to sit in the hot tub. Will definitely be staying again.

Friendly staff, pretty decent fitness room. The highlight of my stay here was the field out front with dozens of prairie dogs gamboling about.

Very comfortable stay. Nothing exceptional, but still enjoyable.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. However, I did not understand their TV. many channels that were listed in the on-screen guide and on the paper guide in the room were just audio only. So you didn't know what you could watch or not watch. Also, the shower heat control had a very small range between hot and cold. Additionally, all the fine holes in the shower head were blocked by mineral so you only had a course pulse stream.

Great staff, comfortable bed, new TV. Bathroom sink plugs intermittently, shower head is crooked and shower pull is rusted/sticks. Other than that a great place to sleep between work.

Nice place, helpful staff, reasonably priced, one of the better places to stay in Swift current. Very good breakfast. I will be staying there again.

No one will disturb you when you sleep in the morning

Stayed a lot of Holiday inns all have better channels on tv specially when they offer cable or satellite then this one. Why bother with satellite or cable just replace the tv with a radio. Also breakfast not that great and bathroom seems cheap like their tv.

Disappointed that there was no hot water to bath or shower on the morning of January 4th and no compensation for it.

When I entered the hotel there was no motion opener for the outside door. I had to try to press a handicap button to get the swing door to open slowly, my arms carrying bags. When I returned with a luggage cart to bring the rest of our families luggage, the 36" wide door was difficult to get the luggage cart to fit through.

The security swing latch on the door of room 428 was damaged and needing repair.

The coffee served in the breakfast room was instant, more disappointment.

I can put up with a lot but there were too many issues with this hotel to not leave a review.

Located beside the casino, the Holiday Inn Express Swift Current features a fantastic breakfast buffet, clean and well-maintained swimming pool and hot tub, and well-appointed guest rooms. The guest rooms are decently laid out, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast includes pancakes, a couple hot options like bacon, eggs, and sausage, as well as a variety of pastries and beverages. Probably one of the best non-restaurant breakfast setups you'll see at a hotel.

Customer service was awesume when we checked in , great continental breakfast.

Friendly staff, but had issues charging the company card that was pre authorized the day before. On checkout day, there was no hot water for a shower or bath after rubbing the water for 7 minutes. Not going to waste any more time or water to see if there warm water behind it eventually. Nice looking rooms and comfortable beds though.

We checked in very late and there was already an issue with the date in the reservation but both the local staff and Expedia were very good about doing the right thing for the customer. Excellent service and very prompt attention. The room was more that adequate for a business traveler and the staff were very accommodating. I'd recommend this hotel after staying in many in Swift Current over the years.

Was good and clean, little over priced for what the room is

POOR SERVICE AT SWIFT CURRENT HOLIDAY INN. I have had nothing but good service with previous Holiday Inns all over Saskatchewan until I stayed to this one. I asked if I could have a refund after the iron in the room melted my expensive work shirt. I was informed this would go to the manager and he would call me later that day. I never received a phone call or an email. I then emailed a few days later, again with no response. I find the service from this manager absolutely unprofessional. At least give me the courtesy of calling or emailing me to see what my concerns are. I travel for my job, am a team manager and book hotels for my teams, and make recommendations. I do NOT recommend you stay at this particular Holiday Inn. I actually give this a zero star but they do not give me this option.

Great rooms, bed, pillows, TV , etc. Had a good stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling through or in the area

This Holiday Inn overall seemed a little dated. The toilet in our room had trouble flushing and the walls were a bit thin. It just seems like it needs some TLC.

They had some guidelines posted for how to operate during the pandemic, but it seemed just like that, guidelines. In the shower they had three large pump bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I think now would be the time to switch to the individually wrapped ones, as opposed to trying to save money with bulk items?

Breakfast was offered still, imagine a continental breakfast but you ask someone for the things. Less of an opportunity to grab 6 sausage patties, but you get free food!

I mean, it was a fast check in, and a place to sleep! It was great for that.

No hot water after a 5 1/2 drive all I wanted was a hot shower. Nothing. Elevators and halls stink like an old work camp. Not worth the money

Way to much air freshener made me nauseous. Windows only open a few inches. Shower was good. Bed was good. Hot tub was dirty, was lightly yellow. The pool wasn't to bad. They either had a roof leak or a room flood as they had carpet dryers on the main floor. Staff were helpful. The free breakfast was better than most free continentals. Sausage and scrambled eggs and pancakes and the usual continental fair.

Nice and clean hotel. Decent price for rooms also. Complimentary breakfast! Pool/hottub. Right on service road. And right beside the casino and also resturants

Very nice salt water pool! Clean room and great breakfast included. Staff also very kind, smiling and greet you nicely. The gentleman cleaning the floors this morning even held my mom's hand to keep her safe on the wet floor, was very kind of him as mom has trouble getting around. Would stay again.

Great deals. Very clean rooms. Wonderful free breakfast. Very nice pool and hot tub. Free fast wifi. Right on the highways beside the casino. The hotel gives you coupons ever day you stay for the casino & the restaurant which has amazing food.

when reserving I asked if they would put flowers in my room (and ad it to my bill) they went out and purchased them and placed them in my room. wonderful staff nice rooms good temperature control.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Room not clean, SHEETS HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN CHANGED SINCE THE LAST CUSTOMER, night tables and bathroom counters have not been wiped, floor felt sticky and had stains, TV volume cannot be adjusted. A generally filthy feel all over the hotel.

Well if you like the smell of heavy chemical cleaner then this is the place for you. I stayed two nights and my eyes burnt the whole time. I don't know what they clean with but it seriously made me sick. It was worse walking down the halls but it was still fairly bad in the room. I will never stay there again.

Hotel is beautiful from the outside but age catching up with it on the inside.

4 floor bookings for business and those wanting quieter surroundings

2018 and no microwaves in the rooms and not even one in the breakfast room

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is awesome, it's clean, and it's efficient. No bells and whistles, just what you'd expect!

Hotel was fine, room were clean. TV was poor as most channels did not have subscription.

We stayed one night on a trip out west. the rate was reasonable and rooms were clean. our toddler loved the pool which was clean and partly salt water. Complimentary breakfast was good with a good range of options eggs cereal oats fruit yogurt pancakes coffee and juice.

The room was dirty. The walls had mystery staining on them. The floors were dirty. Surfaces like the desk were greasy. The A/C works but is not very strong. In the bathroom you could see that the floors had not been cleaned carefully, there as crud in the nooks and crannies under the toilet and in the corners. The grout was stained. The quality of the construction was horrible. The hotel was clearly slapped together. The tiling on the tub surround was very poor. There are carpet seams and ripples everywhere. The wall paper was hung poorly, seams visible everywhere. There was some kind of yellowing that occurred in the bathroom too, almost as though it had been smoked in.

Clean and comfortable. Will stay again next time work brings me here

A typical Holiday Inn with friendly staff and a clean hotel.

Upon arriving, staff were very friendly and had my room ready for me! Room was very clean and nice and bright. The second day, the bed was made poorly, but still clean!

Third day after returning from a 12 hour shift, arriving at the hotel after 5pm the room looked as if it hadn't been touched by housekeeping. When I went to the front desk all I got for an answer was, "I'll send housekeeping up"

I travel a LOT for work, and have stayed at hundreds of hotels throughout the years and coming back to a room that hadn't been touched yet is a huge let down, especially since it was already early evening.

The hotel market is fierce and I can honestly say that this experience has driven me away from wanting to rebook at another Holiday Inn Express.

False advertising! Booked an "executive king suite" based on the photos showing a separate room in which the king bed was in, we did this so we could set up our toddlers playpen in a different area for sleeping. Upon arrival we found out that there are NO rooms in the entire hotel that have a separate "bedroom", so we had to make do and set her up as separately as we could, then turn off the lights and silently eat our supper in the dark after her 8:00 bedtime :( definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

It was a perfectly adequate stay. It was newish and comfortable. It had a small swimming pool that the kids enjoyed. It was nice having breakfast before we left in the morning.

Doors has gap and won't seal properly. Light and sounds from hallway comes in. Needs more maintenance. Overal nice stuff members and nice place.

Dirty and gross. Booked a Jacuzzi Suite for 1 night, for a friends wedding. We Found a condom wrapper within the tv unit, immediately inside the opening of the door (not sure how this was missed by housekeeping). Worse yet... we then turned around to find a used douche (puuuuke) on top of a pool towel, sitting beside the end table by the couch. When we notified the staff, we were quickly changed rooms, but because the hotel was sold out we not only didn t get to stay in a Jacuzzi Suite; we got moved to the only room available - right beside the elevator... we asked to be waived fees due to the EXTREME uncleanliness, and downgrading to standard room beside the elevator, but we weren t. The staff ended up charging us for the Jacuzzi Suite we didn t even stay in. DONT STAY at this hotel.
