Nice room, great atmosphere - will return. Wish there was more equipment in the fitness room however.

It's the Holiday Inn. You know exactly what you are going to get and you get what you need.

breakfast is really bad, no bowls or plates or utensils in the room, albeit mini sized paper cups were offered. can opener provided in every room yet no way to cook other than the microwave. You are not allowed to bring in your own cooking items or even a hotplate. I could probably fit one can of chunky soup into three of the paper bowls provided. fridge size is what you would expect in a dorm room. previous reviews mention coupons everyday to the restaurant at the casino, I was not informed of this upon checking in and was never offered a coupon my whole stay. I stayed almost a full week before I caved and had my boss switch me hotels... I will never be back!! I honestly do not understand what makes this the second most expensive place to stay in Swift Current, would probably have a better/similar time in a dingy $50 motel. Most furniture in the room was damaged but that was the least of my issues ~!! When the blizzard hit, it really showed how unprepared they were to deal with snow buildup in the parking lot.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! We had our apple airpods stolen from our room and the only record the hotel has of anyone entering our room was housekeeping. When we left our room our aipods and watch were on the nightstand. We asked housekeeping to come and when we returned our watch was there but airpods gone!! The hotel took no responsibility and we were told to contact the RCMP which we did. It is unfortunate the our Western Canada Games experience ended on a bad note. And we will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Great hotel for a short stay like I am having for the Western Canada Summer Games. The staff are incredibly nice and obviously enjoy working here. The complementary breakfast is great, tons of options including pancakes! I only wish I brought swim trunks to use the hot tub and pool! Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming through Swift Current!

Bed was good, however furnishings are a bit dated compared to other HolidayInnExpress we have stayed at recently.

Location is great. Easily accessible from highway & close to restaurants & casino. Rooms were well kept & beds comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful.

Exact same layout as the Regina Holiday Inn Express. Front desk service was a bit slow and my key did not work at first. Everything else was great.

We had reservations but arrived very late (about 2am) and the front desk gentleman was amazing! He got us our room quickly, and assisted with our luggage. The room was clean and the breakfast was hot.

Was a fairly new building when I got a room for the night. Asked for a specific room and they luckily had one left. The room was very clean and tidy when I checked in and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good. Not just fruits and pastries, they had eggs and sausages and pancakes, lots of great food. I didn't have an opportunity to see their pool though! Hopefully next time!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Salt water pool could have some repair but overall the location is great! Breakfast selection is awesome!

Not bad... Decent rooms, tub despartely needs an upgrade. Not recommended in Swift Current but usually available.

I would give negative stars if I could. We stay with them all the time and will no longer do so. My grandma has ended up in the hospital and have to go else where to see her as she is not doing very well. I called 2 days prior to my stay to cancel and get my money back but they refused. I have had to fight with 3 people to get the response of we will see what we can do for you.

These circumstances during the holidays or at anytime are not my choice. I would have rather celebrated a late Christmas with my parents, sister and her kids.

Worst customer service and supposed policies, even when the site right out says you will not be charged if you cancel before 6 p.m. the day of the reservation.

Good hotel with a gym and hot breakfast. Hotel staff was accommodating and easy to deal with.

Horrible experience here. Went to this hotel as was recommended. Here for family long weekend while husbands away camping and playing near by. Pool closed with continued promises that pool would open soon only to be closed. Even was told pool opening, went to get our kids ready and when we came down was closed again. If they had been honest, so that we could at least change our accomendations so that our kids could swim on weekend I would give a higher rating as rooms were comfortable up to date and clean.
