Excellent hotel near the RAI Amsterdam ... perfect during PAN2018. Large and clean room.

Been here for a meeting. Catering was mediocre, otherwise functional.

Friendly staff, good location (for work)... wouldn t recommend for being a tourist (but the train is quick into the city centre).

Rooms are clean and it s super quick to get to the airport (probably quickly on the train than taxi).

Not too many food options in this area on Sundays, but it s a minor point.

Well ... actually just way too expensive for what you get. Service with a surly look

Beautiful hotel in the business district of Amsterdam. The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast buffet has two rooms of incredible food!

We stayed for 3 days and had a very comfortable stay. On the right side of town for the airport, the staff were mostly helpful, efficient and accomodating, the room and bathroom were very comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for clothes, bags and toiletries and the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've experienced in a hotel - egg cooking station, fish, cheese, fruit, great bread, soya and cows milk, great coffee and selection of teas, noodles, meats, muesli, nuts, seeds... all at a reasonable price through expedia

Really impressed with this hotel. Didn't really look into it much before booking but was pleasantly surprised. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and super helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Plenty of public transport options, fast and cheap to get into the centre of town. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and good quality. Would definitely stay here again

Good service, nice room, good breakfast but a bit pricey

Close to train station. Walking distance 5 to 7 minutes. However if a clear sign can be added at Zuid station that would be even better.

A well placed hotel being just a stop or two from Schiphol Airport by train which was most convenient, and fifteen minutes to the centre of Amsterdam.

The rooms were clean and well maintained with great facilities. Only dropped a star as I am used to larger rooms having taken rooms in hotels in the Far East, and because I do like a bathroom with a bath! Call it the British in me!

Breakfast is a tad on the expensive side, but a decent selection offered. There is also a breakfast place nearby on the main road. There is also a bar on site but I did not use it.

Not a big distance from public transportation but with a little hard suitcase

Quality hotel, better than some of the other Crowne Plaza I have visited. Convenient for the nearby station and business district.

Excellent hospitality and the quality of the room was superb.

The employees here are very polite and helpful/ accommodating. We arrived early before the check-in time and they let us check in anyways; which we were so grateful for since we traveled for almost 24 hrs. It is located in the business district of Amsterdam but very close (5 min walk) to the train/tram/bus station. Our room was clean and bathroom had a great tub to soak in. I would recommend for sure.

Very good place for business meetings and a placid sleep

Love this place i remember me and my brother stayed we where eating and the waiter brought out this appetizer. It was bacon wrapped around this cheese do you know what it was hope to stay at your awesome hotel

Great place! Very roomy club suite and nice bathroom. Club room lounge has great snacks and drinks all day. The happy hour is nice too but only one hour.

Every single staff member I interacted with was fast, kind, and knowledgeable; great upgrade for spire, bikes easy to rent, and yummy room service and free brekkie. About 20 mins bike or car the downtown for us.

The staff is great and goes out of their way to help you. The building is very luxurious, clean, and modern. The room was peaceful and quiet. Very high quality hotel.

A very well run hotel! The reception generously furnished. The staff friendly and helpful. The rooms very tastefully decorated. Comfortable and very clean, even the bathroom. The breakfast varied also here very friendly staff. The hotel is in close proximity to the underground, tram and S-Bahn trains. Thus, the center of Amsterdam is quick and easy to reach. The environment of the hotel is surrounded by modern architecture. Small cafes, restaurants and shops are right on the doorstep.

Excellent accommodations, staff goes out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Great food at reasonable prices. Why not 5 stars? Platinum members are not granted lounge access and design of ironing board

Lovely hotel, comfortable and big rooms but for a hotel this size I would have hoped for a bigger gym

price and accommodation match; large suites are available at reception for a small surcharge for the we. Leaves nothing to be desired - coffee machine nice, but quite a loud roar when the beautiful black juice is produced.
bar area rather small for the size of the hotel, if larger groups show up at the same time, then this is it - there is a terrace in summer months and on rain-free autumn days.
Food prices from my point of view a bit excessive or not balanced - side dishes to the main course.
The surrounding area is just business - no living area, which can be reached via a small bridge, there is also a supermarket. on the other hand there is the excellent connection to public transport and train - schiphol is one station away, easy to get to the cruyff stadium.
after business also an absolute top destination for leissure.

Off center but excellent hotel.
If you're willing to forgo being at the center of Amsterdam this hotel is a great choice. Situated near Vrije University, within twenty-minute tram ride to center, this modern hotel offers great service. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice, all good. The staff are friendly, paying much attention to small details.

I say 4 stars best luxury for those 4 stars and the price is too high for 4 stars

Nice hotel in the south of Amsterdam. Fast connection to the A10 motorway.

Really great standard of IHG property. Extras for Spire Elite were excellent, with lounge access, free movie, free drinks and even a bar of chocolate in the room. Upgraded to a suite also. Not a single complaint to be made about anything. Would highly recommended.

Top hotel, quiet location ... a bit further away from Amsterdam central, but deliberately chosen ... but with tram you can quickly get into the city ...

Eccentric but the center is accessible in 15-20 min by bike. Team and perfect services. modern establishment. I recommend.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The staff's manners are so good that I want to come again. There is a terrace and the view is fantastic. Slippers and gowns are also available. It is full of breakfast and late check-out is possible until 2 o'clock when you join the membership. Membership is free!

Hip and trendy place in Amsterdam is widely used for film and commercials recordings

The staff are very nice! Emina, the receptionist who checked us in, is an absolute star! She is incredibly friendly, very attentive, easy to talk to and resourceful.
In terms.of the room however, our beds weren't made properly when we returned to the hotel from very long days of sight seeing. We found some of our belongings on the floor, underneath the bed. The TV was broken during the entirety of our stay except on the night we checked in, it worked for like 4 hours ( after the technician came and plugged it on and off) whilst we went to sleep.
The room had insufficient re-stock of complimentary tea and milk (sometimes, there were none).
However, we opted for breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were incredibly attentive and friendly.
Though we signed up for their reward scheme, not sure if we would stay with them in the future, during another occasion.

Friendly and helpful staff make all the difference. We were only there for one night but it was a great experience.

This is a really nice place, with "next level" staff. The reception staff are extremely helpful. Firstly I forgot my European power adapter and they furnished me with one. I was also looking for an electrical gadget and one of the receptionists (Nina) not only told me where I could get it after 7 pm, but she also printed out a map to the shop. Staff at breakfast were very quick and efficient yet you didn't feel like they were hovering over you to get your table for the next guest. I highly recommend this hotel.

I LOVE this hotel! The staff is the BEST! Super friendly, very competent and always helpful. I go there regularly and they make the hotel feel like my home away from home.
