We had a great time here its a bit out of the city but that ended up being a good thing for us. Really its a 5 min walk from the train which is nothing.
For cleanliness and great service its unbeatable they looked after us really well.

Amazing, Hotel staff are very helpful and attentive, would recommend this Hotel and give it 5 stars. We had breakfast, we had the choice of hot or cold buffet, or room service, quality of the bed was top rate so comfortable and clean, room cleaned daily. Would come back here again.

Very friendly staff at reception, breakfast variety, quality and quantity of products.
But very dissatisfied, they charge you of the deposit that obliges you of 150. On the credit card they claim, it will be returned to you after a maximum of 15 days and they send us after claiming the re-entry an invoice with 21% on the total of what already We had paid with the company with which we hired the stay ... eye I advise to make sure before departure since in your home country you can only make claims by email and they do not give you solutions ... total in the end a fraud

All good, staff were great, towels weren't as soft as would have liked and there were a lot of paper signs cluttering the room

What a nice hotel. Friendly staff and great service. I slept great. Nice and quiet and close to the Zuid center. Easy access to the tram / train to visit the old city sites too!

Very classy, but a little out of town. Easy to reach by public transport (about 20 minutes). However, the train only leaves until around 24:30.

This hotel has very modern rooms with a touch of jazz and nice comfortable beds.
You got everything you need. I had a room with a bath tub while I prefer and asked for a shower but they should have rooms with shower too, which I saw on online pictures.
The restaurant and bar are more than okay.
Prices are market conform and the hotel is situated in the heart of AMS South. Very nearby the station and other transportation.
Office district and WTC South are closeby.
I hope next time to have a room with shower, which I can then enjoy even more.

We had an orientation day here and it was very pleasant. I am happy with the coffee, treats and catering. The staff was very friendly. I would consider coming here in my own time as well. Thank you to the manager who organized it and took care of everything. I was very happy to see the cleaning happen very fast and refilling of cookie jars.

It is easy to spend in the room size. There is 500 ml of water daily. Shaving and toothbrush are lacking in amenities. There are indoor slippers.

Comfortable bed, lot of attention for detail and a superb made to order omelette. Temperature in hallways was too high for me.

I liked the attention of the staff is very professional and very friendly. I would stay there again!

For a quick bite you can eat well here. Good service and tasty cocktails. A must on the somewhat boring Zuidas.

High quality hotel, ideal location for the business district (with good public transport links for the airport and the city), and service from staff was perfect.

Extraordinary kindness and courtesy from the staff. And they have this vial of stuff for your pillow that really helps you sleep very well. it really works! I travel more than 280 days a year. This is 'home' in Amsterdam

Very good address. The very modern hotel offers spacious and well-organized rooms.
The service is very good and the parking lot large enough.
A little out of the way, the bus and tram lines are close ... So no problem.

I stayed here on a business trip and I must say i have never been so disappointed with a IHG hotel. Check-in: the problem they didn't have my reservation
Following that I asked for service at the lounge and the sandwich came cold. I asked before I ordered and then I was told 'this is what we serve'.
I asked to meet the manager and there was no one to be seen. However afterwards the team tried to do a lot and offered me an upgrade. When I said No need for an upgrade I had someone from the team say 'so how can we help you any further'. I made sure my disappointment was expressed to the hotel as well as the IHG group.
Lastly after checking out the previous day still my checkout took over 5 minutes when I had my cab waiting. Also met two fine ladies who helped me on the last day of my stay to try to make it a good stay. But overall was disappointed with my stay at Crown Plaza.

Superb room, clean with nothing to complain about, excellent breakfast, pleasant staff even if they speak French only with difficulty contrary to what is indicated on the hotel website. Superb stay despite the rainy weather .

Very quiet area, under construction at the time of the stay, the metro station was not easy to find but the hotel is in the immediate vicinity of tram 5 and 24 and possibility of parking at 1 / day wkend at P + R VUmc only 10 minutes walk!

This a very practical business hotel conveniently located in Amsterdam Zuid and directly across from ABN AMRO headquarters. The breakfast is decent and opens early, Wi-Fi is free and they even have a couple of bikes to rent if you have the time. I'd try to avoid dinner in the hotel though as that has never been too satisfying. The meeting rooms in the hotel are actually quite nice. I have spent a few days in them working with teams and they are comfortable and filled with light.

Spend 5 hours there for a meeting and had to pay 46 EUR for parking!!!! Never again

A really great hotel! Such friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and the best: sound-proof walls! Never got such good sleep in a hotel before! Also its located in a nice and safe business district with a lot of water around. The metro station is just a 5 minute walk away and gets you quickly to the city centre.
Would certainly stay here again!!!

Hotel built a few years ago in the south of Amsterdam. Placed in the context of the area full of offices of large companies and banks. Excellent for business stays but also for tourism, being very close to the Zuid train and metro station.

Stay there 7nights. Hotel location is in business district so there is only high building and day time there a lot of worker around and a lot of business style restaurants which is good for lunch.its very safe area. Metro and train station are very close. It s very convenient to go to city center by metro it s just 3stops. Hotel staff are very kind. The bar/restaurant at lobby is good and their food was great. Breakfast is nothing special it may upgrade a bit like add more Netherlands s kinds cheeses. The room definitely requires renovation they are old but it s not bothering at all. It just time to renew them because i think they are just old.

Despite the Corona measures and a small working teamin the Hotel, they did all they could with a personal touch. If something was missing in the room or in the food or anything at all, the staff corrected it right away and even gave something extra. We stayed for three days not far from home, yet it made us feel we were miles from home on holiday. The staff of the restaurant en hotel are really caring, kind and what makes it special is they all throw in a bit of personality. That personal touch gives it a extra flare, makes you feel welcome and enjoy the full hotel restaurant experience of the entire package. So keep up the good work! btw the food in happy happy joy joy is DELICIOUS!!! I had a really really nice time... and i thank u for making me relax ed and having a full holiday experience!

The crowne club option is fantastic, you get extras in the room, like rituals bath set, slippers, free minibar, drinks and snacks unlimited, private club room with massage chair, magazines, tv. Where you can have your breakfast too
