Used the meeting rooms here - Striking looking building from the outside, fantastic and attentive from the moment you walk through the door. The meeting rooms are well equipped and easy to use technology. Very professional and excellent space.

A beautiful and iconic building built by Ford in the 1920s. Pity that it has been tastelessly refurbished. You could be anywhere it the world. It's soulless. Unlike the original, it's devoid of originality. It works as a work space just, but it could have been so much better. Dull.

The office is the whitest environment south of Lappland. Seriously. I joke, but the place looks like a private school as vommed all its students into the office. Very male, very stale.

You are in one of the most diverse cities in the world and you'd compete with a Shetland trawler company or an Outer Hebrides farmers group with the whitest workplace.
Sort it out, its not that black or Asians do a job better - they don't, they are like you or I - but they might give you a slightly different perspective or at the very least, maybe not look like a national conference for Britain First.
I suspect its not actual racism (though if it looks, smells...) just that you just employ the privately-educated, guessing by the sheer amount of arrogance and privilege (in the classical meaning of the world, not the bs SJW meaning) that emanates from that office building.
