I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Brandon Chin, and the team at Hoffman Audi. Without a doubt, Brandon, has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded to me quickly regarding getting into a new vehicle. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly followed through. Brandon has the integrity I am looking for in a sales person and it was worth my while. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Audi vehicle. As well as providing availability and accessibility to ensure that I was happy with my new vehicle. I sincerely hope Hoffman Audi( and all of Hoffman) will work to hire employees like Brandon Chin to represent the excellence of Hoffman Audi.
