Really lovely hotel well located for many London attractions. The hotel itself offers a wealth of history and a lovely architecture. Staff are very helpful and lovely. Rooms very clean and tasty breakfast. It even has a new hotel you can safely watch.

Beautiful setting close to the tube station. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is within an easy walk to Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, St. James Park, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, and many other must-see sites.

After three days in Hotel, it is very central, forgiven of exquisite treatment, very comfortable rooms, in terms of buffet breakfast, luxury, wishing to repeat experience, maybe when they finish the Big-Ben, sure

Returning for our wedding anniversary, St. Ermins doesn't disappoint.
The staff are absolutely amazing.
Our room was beautiful and I am extremely impressed that they were able to cater for me as vegan!

Hotel is God knows how old and it definitely shows. Rooms and elevators are cramped. Bathrooms are not modern design. But yet there is some classical comfort and the price when I went was competitive by London standards. Don't go here if you're looking for the boutique hotel vibe

The stay in this hotel could not be more advisable. The service is impeccable. Katia, Flavia, Stefano ... All staff always attentive and polite, friendly with customers. The quality of the rooms corresponds to the price. And the restaurant and the cocktails are really good. Completely recommended and also can not be better located.

Excellent location on a quiet historic street but close to Tube and Buckingham Palace.

Reflects the Autograph brand promise and the local London ambience.

Lovely lobby. U-shaped property. My room looked into the courtyard. Construction going on (no noise but scaffolds in front of windows). Did not disturb my stay as I was not expecting scenic views, but a cozy hotel.

Room was compact but comfortable. Nice linens, robe, slippers, bathroom amenities and tea/coffee bar. Call down and room service will bring you a complimentary plate of biscuits and real milk for your tea. They also provide complimentary water and kit-kat bar

Front desk staff were helpful, so were bell captains.

Dined at restaurant which was very nice. Clubby but not stuffy. Several casual seating areas, fireplace, comfy bar and more formal dining room. Server was great (Stefano). They offer specials for guests. My salmon was delicious and their wine selection was interesting.

Very modern and plush hotel with quick check-in and able to drop bags into room at 10:30 in morning. Room was small but clean. Didn't get a good night's sleep as there was a wedding party until 01:00 in morning and could hear the songs being played, even when we had the TV on!! When we checked out in the morning the guy at reception didn't care. Don't think I will be back.

I was taken to the hotel for an afternoon tea. The service was nice and attentive and 5 star to them. The afternoon tea itself was average and the decor on the dated side. We were in the ballroom.

So much history and so many secrets to keep. But some toxic secrets from other places we now must share. A very apt and welcoming place to break those bonds of shame, not ours but of others...

Came to attend a seminar arranged by my employer which took place in one of the meeting room suites on the first floor. They took good care of us throughout the two days with a steady supply of water, coffee and brain food. Nice lunch too. Internet was pleasantly painless to log on to.

Had lunch here after a redeye flight and delays getting in to central London (if you re on a schedule, avoid the Piccadilly line). Classic, English hotel. The clubhouse sandwich is fantastic! Good taps too.
Recommended.

St. Ermin's is a classic older hotel that has been updated without losing its charm! The staff and accommodations were top shelf. We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. It is very conveniently located backing up to St. James Park Underground Station which made moving around central London a breeze. It is just blocks from Buckingham Palace, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey...easy walking distance to all! I always felt very safe with my family, (it did not hurt that New Scotland Yard is 100m away). Overall, our stay at the St. Ermin's was a extremely memorable treat for our family.

Really friendly staff with great service. Beautiful hotel inside and out. There's even history involved with a division bell of parliament inside the lobby. Rooms can be a bit small but very convenient location with a 2 min walk to the St. James Underground and a close walk to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.

Unpretentious, friendly & relaxed environment. Everyone working there was absolutely marvelous. The hotel was gorgeous and an island of peace & tranquility in the middle of London. Worth it for just one special occasion...value for money, even if it is top end.

Was there for a work related day meeting, good centrally located facilities and helpful staff. Lunch was a curry, and when I saw it my heart sank as hotel curries are normally poor and as a regular traveller India I know what they should taste like.... These were all excellent! Quite a surprise.

Sure it's high on charm, but low on features. You are paying 100% for the location and not much else. Rooms are teeny, staff is excellent, but the value for money isn't there, even in central London. Hyde Park Marriott would be the best alternative here.

We came to visit friends in Clapham and were recommended the hotel. Although not that close to Capham, I'm so happy we stayed here. The Rooms are simply stunning! The hotel has recently had a refit and hats off to the people that did the job. The Staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel. The hotel was so beautiful we dined with our friends in the Caxton Grill I throughly recommend it and the terrace is a great place to meet before hand. Next time were back in London were staying here. No place like it.

Lovely hotel. We loved our room. You get mineral water and a snack for free rather than a full paid minibar which you never see so that was nice. Monday-Thursday they served wine and hors d'oeuvres in the lobby.

We had a great suite. The staff was amazing and did everything to please; very attentive waiters in the dining room too. The hotel is close to lots of great places : Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The Big Ben and St James Park.
I would highly recommend this hotel

Great location and staff was pleasant. Had several issues with room reservations during check in along with power and A/C issues once in the room. Would have gotten 5 stars if these problems had not occurred. The Hotel itself is beautiful and complimentary breakfast was superb having gold or above status.

An old hotel. In its glory days it was the haunt of spies and foreign agents swapping stories and secrets in the little booths that abound ground and first floor . Once dilapidated it is now returned to its former 5 star luxury . A division bell remains in the lobby to tell politicians enjoying the hotel bars and restaurants to return to Westminster to vote !

Impeccable customer service. Rooms are bit.dated the flooring etc, but it adds a certain charm. It's in a ideal location within walking distance to the tourist attractions and close to the train station.
