Fantastic location. Very nice interior. Less than a five minute walk to the beautiful Westminster Abbey.
Conveniently situated in the heart of London. Old building, but nicely refurbished to preserve antiquity. Room are small, but modern.
Really lovely hotel well located for many London attractions. The hotel itself offers a wealth of history and a lovely architecture. Staff are very helpful and lovely. Rooms very clean and tasty breakfast. It even has a new hotel you can safely watch.
Beautiful setting close to the tube station. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is within an easy walk to Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, St. James Park, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, and many other must-see sites.
Good size rooms, great shower. Feels premium when you enter the hotel. Rooms could be a bit more premium to live up to first impression.
Excellent hotel! Great location and the included breakfast is fantastic.
Great hotel in central london. Great walking distance to all the sites.
After three days in Hotel, it is very central, forgiven of exquisite treatment, very comfortable rooms, in terms of buffet breakfast, luxury, wishing to repeat experience, maybe when they finish the Big-Ben, sure
Returning for our wedding anniversary, St. Ermins doesn't disappoint.
The staff are absolutely amazing.
Our room was beautiful and I am extremely impressed that they were able to cater for me as vegan!
Lovely property, and great location, easy to navigate from. And they serve a great tea!!!
Hotel is God knows how old and it definitely shows. Rooms and elevators are cramped. Bathrooms are not modern design. But yet there is some classical comfort and the price when I went was competitive by London standards. Don't go here if you're looking for the boutique hotel vibe
Really enjoyed the stay! Beautiful hotel with a grand charme and very capable and friendly staff.
The hotel is very nice and it is in a location that is easy to reach many places. Breakfast is very tasty too.
Great location. Nice historic building. It could get quite noisy in the evening because of the patio downstairs. Not very friendly front desk staff.
The stay in this hotel could not be more advisable. The service is impeccable. Katia, Flavia, Stefano ... All staff always attentive and polite, friendly with customers. The quality of the rooms corresponds to the price. And the restaurant and the cocktails are really good. Completely recommended and also can not be better located.
Nice place to sit for a coffee. Rather expensive for what you get however.
Great location for visiting the main parts of London. The rooms were great, and the lobby was beautiful.
I've worked here a few times and it's a great business hotel for events etc.
Every aspect met or exceeded my expectations for an Autograph Collection hotel. I'd highly recommend it.
Beautiful and so close to the sites in London. Around the corner from the Underground and two blocks from Westminster Abbey.
The most caring staff ever. To be welcomed with affection by name by all. Kind suggestions, exceedingly useful help with anything.
Great hotel .!.!the staff was very friendly , the AC works ,..wow very please to have stay in this hotel .
The sightseeing was with a walk distance , great food around , absolutely love it this place , the hotel was very kid friendly.!.!
Lovely location and the hotel is very nice. Food was good.
Excellent location on a quiet historic street but close to Tube and Buckingham Palace.
Reflects the Autograph brand promise and the local London ambience.
Lovely lobby. U-shaped property. My room looked into the courtyard. Construction going on (no noise but scaffolds in front of windows). Did not disturb my stay as I was not expecting scenic views, but a cozy hotel.
Room was compact but comfortable. Nice linens, robe, slippers, bathroom amenities and tea/coffee bar. Call down and room service will bring you a complimentary plate of biscuits and real milk for your tea. They also provide complimentary water and kit-kat bar
Front desk staff were helpful, so were bell captains.
Dined at restaurant which was very nice. Clubby but not stuffy. Several casual seating areas, fireplace, comfy bar and more formal dining room. Server was great (Stefano). They offer specials for guests. My salmon was delicious and their wine selection was interesting.
Very modern and plush hotel with quick check-in and able to drop bags into room at 10:30 in morning. Room was small but clean. Didn't get a good night's sleep as there was a wedding party until 01:00 in morning and could hear the songs being played, even when we had the TV on!! When we checked out in the morning the guy at reception didn't care. Don't think I will be back.
Lovely Hotel.
The Bar is superb.
As the Bar Staff are so on point.
Had a nice, quaint room.
Housekeeping were exceptional there.
Defo recommend.
I was taken to the hotel for an afternoon tea. The service was nice and attentive and 5 star to them. The afternoon tea itself was average and the decor on the dated side. We were in the ballroom.
Centrally located, great staff, we were upgraded for our honeymoon and treated wonderfully.
The wedding in this hotel was without a mistake, the staff very helpful and helpful
Beautiful hotel. Would stay here again. Great service and friendly staff. Great location for walking to all the sites.
So much history and so many secrets to keep. But some toxic secrets from other places we now must share. A very apt and welcoming place to break those bonds of shame, not ours but of others...
Breakfast is great, excellent service. Bar is pricey, especially when compared to local pubs.
Came to attend a seminar arranged by my employer which took place in one of the meeting room suites on the first floor. They took good care of us throughout the two days with a steady supply of water, coffee and brain food. Nice lunch too. Internet was pleasantly painless to log on to.
A lovely hotel with a charming driveway entrance fill with greenery, friendly staff and comfortable modern rooms.
Pretty good hotel with great staff. However it lacks a member lounge
Had lunch here after a redeye flight and delays getting in to central London (if you re on a schedule, avoid the Piccadilly line). Classic, English hotel. The clubhouse sandwich is fantastic! Good taps too.
Recommended.
Friendly staff and good food. Went for a work training day and the hotel was a lovely venue!
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent service.
Good family hotel.
My friend booked a suite for his family.
Luxury place.
Good reception.
Excellent housekeeping.
Perfect location near the city centre.
Well run central London hotel - meeting rooms are excellent for ad hoc bookings
Surprisingly very good. Very nice venue and staff are very attentive, professional and polite
St. Ermin's is a classic older hotel that has been updated without losing its charm! The staff and accommodations were top shelf. We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. It is very conveniently located backing up to St. James Park Underground Station which made moving around central London a breeze. It is just blocks from Buckingham Palace, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey...easy walking distance to all! I always felt very safe with my family, (it did not hurt that New Scotland Yard is 100m away). Overall, our stay at the St. Ermin's was a extremely memorable treat for our family.
Really friendly staff with great service. Beautiful hotel inside and out. There's even history involved with a division bell of parliament inside the lobby. Rooms can be a bit small but very convenient location with a 2 min walk to the St. James Underground and a close walk to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.
Unpretentious, friendly & relaxed environment. Everyone working there was absolutely marvelous. The hotel was gorgeous and an island of peace & tranquility in the middle of London. Worth it for just one special occasion...value for money, even if it is top end.
Was there for a work related day meeting, good centrally located facilities and helpful staff. Lunch was a curry, and when I saw it my heart sank as hotel curries are normally poor and as a regular traveller India I know what they should taste like.... These were all excellent! Quite a surprise.
Excellent service, my friend guided me well to this place...
A really nice hotel with an interesting history. Very comfortable rooms.
Excellent place if you want privacy! It's off the beaten track a bit and is pretty big inside so it's easy to find a table. Great atmosphere. Relaxing.
Sure it's high on charm, but low on features. You are paying 100% for the location and not much else. Rooms are teeny, staff is excellent, but the value for money isn't there, even in central London. Hyde Park Marriott would be the best alternative here.
Great location great service and access to tourists places.
Gorgeous hotel, great service all around, delicious breakfast. Tiny rooms, but the location can't be beat.
ST. ERMINS IS A PERFECT LOCATION DOWNTOWN LONDON. SERVICE IS GREAT AND FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS ARE BEAUTIFUL . SEE YOU NEXT TIME !
Great hotel..wonderful atmosphere..superb staff. Good restaurant.
Lovely historic hotel. Nice restaurant. Convenient to historic district
We came to visit friends in Clapham and were recommended the hotel. Although not that close to Capham, I'm so happy we stayed here. The Rooms are simply stunning! The hotel has recently had a refit and hats off to the people that did the job. The Staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel. The hotel was so beautiful we dined with our friends in the Caxton Grill I throughly recommend it and the terrace is a great place to meet before hand. Next time were back in London were staying here. No place like it.
Small but comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, lovely free traditional breakfast, fancy tea.
Nice but expensive. Home of British espionage and the SOE.
Good location, Clean, love the shampoo and amenities from White Company. Sorry for not able to buy the shampoo from White Company's store since they only made it for hotels
Fabulous Hotel - best I've ever stayed in within London
So very lovely. Comfortable, well appointed, very accommodating staff.
Convenient and sophisticated. An inspiring window into a different world.
Superb in all ways possible: style, service, history. Love it!
Lovely hotel. We loved our room. You get mineral water and a snack for free rather than a full paid minibar which you never see so that was nice. Monday-Thursday they served wine and hors d'oeuvres in the lobby.
Excellent customer service brilliant well-done guys
We had a great suite. The staff was amazing and did everything to please; very attentive waiters in the dining room too. The hotel is close to lots of great places : Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The Big Ben and St James Park.
I would highly recommend this hotel
Great location and staff was pleasant. Had several issues with room reservations during check in along with power and A/C issues once in the room. Would have gotten 5 stars if these problems had not occurred. The Hotel itself is beautiful and complimentary breakfast was superb having gold or above status.
Dated. But central and close to everything. My hotel in London.
Loved this hotel. The food is great, service is excellent and tea time is wonderful!
An old hotel. In its glory days it was the haunt of spies and foreign agents swapping stories and secrets in the little booths that abound ground and first floor . Once dilapidated it is now returned to its former 5 star luxury . A division bell remains in the lobby to tell politicians enjoying the hotel bars and restaurants to return to Westminster to vote !
If any one is trying to find good deals for hotels and resorts browse through . reserved a hotel on there and these guys had the lowest rates just about anywhere!
Impeccable customer service. Rooms are bit.dated the flooring etc, but it adds a certain charm. It's in a ideal location within walking distance to the tourist attractions and close to the train station.
