My family and I arrived on Thursday to this hotel ...

My family and I arrived on Thursday to this hotel with talks that it would be amazing stay, and unfortunately my experience has been rather difficult and unpleasant over all. From having to move to two different rooms because the hot water didn t work, to bugs in not one but both rooms on the bed and on the ceiling in the room that eventually made its way down to the lower part of the wall, to the employees being some what rather rude (MICHELLE) being the main one decided to close of the Pantry area and made it rather difficult to purchase anything. Being that I was in town for a family event I didn t want to make this a big deal but unfortunately I feel it s important to speak my mind and let people know that this hotel and the staff is rather racist and treat their guest horrible. Michelle told me that she closed off the pantry because black people were stealing..... mean while I felt like she was referring to my family members who were some African American and who others were of a lighter color. I took a picture of this because I didn t know that Hilton allowed them to close their pantry and make people feel uncomfortable to grab things and make the guest feel uncomfortable and her response was that they had guest earlier steal so they decided to close it, but that had nothing to do with my family and I so don t single us out. With that being said I don t think a NEWS CHANNEL or LAWYERS would approve of her behavior or how she represented Hilton hotel at all. This is a disgrace to the Hilton company nor do I appreciate this behavior and I don t recommend staying at this location let alone at any Hilton at all. Hilton should be boycotted ....especially this one, no hot water for two days!?!?! Wow you people should be ashamed of your selves!!! Worst experience ever !!!!
