The hotels environment is welcoming, staff was friendly and helpful when i approached them for directions to the restaurant. Food was good.

Signed up for the steakcation. Reasonable price for the package. The staff at Opus Grill are fantastic! Knowing it is my son's birthday, they prepared a surprise signature cake for him. Joel, who is the assistant manager of the restaurant, is attentive to all our needs. He constantly checked on us and took effort to explain the steak and other dishes we were having.

Chambermaid Indra is so polite and asked if we required more necessities when she noticed that there were 4 of us.

Even during breakfast, the staff were always smiling and eagled-eyed. Always on the lookout for guest who requires service.

All in all, kudos to Hilton Singapore for their well-trained staff and their attention to details. They have all certainly made my stay a splendid and memorable experience.

Very average for a five star hotel. Having stayed in a club room the room was not up to normal club room standards and did not find a great variety at the club lounge.

comfortable and clean, though the place does show its age due to dated designs. enjoyed my stay. we paid $150 a person for a weekend night stay with high tea and breakfast, as well as pool and gym access. you will need to book the facilities in view of current distancing guidelines. you can choose between three sets for breakfast, rather than buffet style, again due to current pandemic considerations.

Great place, great valet service but the chairs in the ballroom need replacing because a couple were with almost broken backrests.

Great location, in Orchard shopping area. Beside hotel is Isetan Shopping mall, and in Lobby area there is arcade full of shop. As for the building is not a new one, with some dated toilet, furnitures and decorations.

A very nice upscale Hilton with all of the amenities you would expect including a nice but smallish fitness center open 24 Hours, an nice executive lounge that serves breakfast and evening food. The lobby could use a few more seats but the staff is very friendly and helpful and the doorman work hard to get you a car or taxi.

Was there for a wedding lunch. Food quality was average. Some servers were kind of inexperienced and lacked much initiatives.

Pretty decent hotel. The parking is quite limited and squeezy but it is an old hotel. Hotel rooms are renovated. Overall quite a cosy place.

The service is very good.
But the reception guy tries to charge me with my baggage because arrived at a hotel 6 hour earlier from checking time. So please be aware of their talks, listen to them carefully and avoid extra charge.

The room is clean but there is no water so you always have to buy it from the menu on the desk. I just bought from the Starbucks right outside the hotel in 3 minutes walk.

Hilton on Orchard Road is great to go anywhere. There are two suitcases in the room, too.

Love this hotel. Great gym and decent phone. Excellent location. Staff are very good especially the concierge team. Breakfast is diverse.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom ceiling leaked water while I was taking a shower, my colleague had a giant cockroach half alive in his room upon his arrival, another colleague had lights on and off back and forth due to their lighting system issue, my laundry was returned wet / damp sealed in a plastic bag which developed meadow and smell. When offered points compensation the hotel management cannot manage to have one consistent message, causing confusion and wasting tons time of everyone involved. The staff are all polite and attentive and service is quick, but the hotel is just poorly managed.

It's 4 minutes walk to Orchard Station.
It's easy to access anywhere in Singapore by BTS .

Attended a dinner function at the level 3 ballrooms. The hors d'oeuvres served during the cocktail were really good, makes befriending the servers very much worth it ;) food service during the dinner itself was also prompt.

For a 5 star hotel and it being the hilton the hotel rooms were quite small , despite us having a club room , and the hotel was a bit old

Stayed here for work. The location is really strategic as it's on Orchard Road which is quite central to the shopping precinct. However, this Hilton is really old and needs an upgrade. For the price I was paying, I think it's a bit underwhelming.

Professional settings for a professional event. Was a bit disappointed with the Nespresso machine instead of normal ground coffee.

nice hotel for business travellers with deep pockets or looking for Filipino girlfriends opposite orchard towers.

Slightly dated hotel, ran out of Carpark lots on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic.

Good, clean hotel, well-trained front desk staff. Only issue is, their self-service Web chat seldom have anyone attending to it, the TV is small and old, the Singtel MIO service has issues on many channels and I can't watch it and no one was on the self-service web chat. In my opinion, I would not pay more than $150/night for this "5-star" hotel for a staycation.

Went there for wedding dinner, the guest cocktail area was so small. Not able to accommodate more than 20 ppl else will be very packed. Very limited parking space and charges you 7 dollars when you exit within 10mins because there is not enough space. Very bad experience.

I reserved at your hotel at corona pandemic season at first of march 2020 through tourist company and I cancelled because of the pandemic that time and my money doesn t return back since that time

Opus restaurant was a great value for the money. Food was decent and service was good!

Finally back for our first romantic dinner after the months of Circuit Breaker. Food and dessert were excellent as always! Only disappointment was we didn't get to be served by that ever hospitable French gentleman, Antoine (not sure the spelling). Been celebrating our wedding anniversaries and having casual dinners at Hilton and we always feels like VIP whenever he's around. Will be back again for our anniversary in Sep, hope to be served by him and feel special again! Good job, Hilton!
