Stayed here for work. Do not go into Orchard Towers across the road unless you are after pick up bars. For the price I got much nicer rooms elsewhere in Orchard area!

We loved it, the hotel is a bit old but the service and kindness of staff was truly amazing. A special thank you goes to the staff at the executive lounge for their patience and smiles with the children! They really enjoyed the hotel and we will all be happy to come back in the future!

We were here for 4 nights partly for work and partly private. Being a diamond member meant we had access to the executive lounge and the service was excellent all the time. The Hilton Group know how to look after their loyal members better than the other hotel groups.

The service and cleaniness of the hotel is great had a wonderful experience here!

Went there for their wedsing showcase and their ballroom (the top floor) is amazing! Though the reception area is a bit small, but theor ballroom is superb! High ceiling, spacious, top floor!

The hotel is interesting as a hybrid mall at the bottom with reception and breakfast buffet and rooms atop. However, this design isn't all that rare, just interesting to note.

The rooms and hallways are all modern equipped with modern furnishings, however the bathrooms are a bit of a miss. There is very little (if any?) ventilation while you shower, which causes the small room to heat & steam up. Which easily escapes into the room when you get out.

Inside the bathroom is a shower/bath combo, with slightly old fittings. The rest of the room however is modern, with Wi-Fi coverage great and speedy. The bed sheets seemed either slightly stained/dirty in some places, which was a bit worrying. However, the rest of the room was clean, so it might have been a once-off.

Upstairs on the roof is a small (but ample sized) pool, with some lunges around. The walls on the side seemed low in places, which may be a safety concern for some parents.

Another important note was, during our stay the only access was to go to the second-highest floor and walk up a flight of stairs, which may be hard for disabled people. There was a restaurant/room on the same floor as the pool which had a function that night, which may have been why this awkward way of getting to the pool was in place.

The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food to choose from, with some of it grown locally in their mini greenhouse attached to the buffet. At night the room is split in half via some themed roller doors (which aren't easily noticeable as roller doors). One half is a bar while the other half is a normal restaurant.

There's quite a lot of shops nearby, as in a location like this. There was a Jamie's Italian right next door, and at least two Starbucks within a 5 minute walk.

Hotel is old and the ballroom that i attended was long and narrow. Not ideal value.

The hotel is well located and the staff is very friendly. The rooms though and the exterior need a serious upgrade. I would recommend friends to stay here as it's far better than the Orchard Hotel and cheaper than the Marriott.

Toilets are clean and presentable. Staff are friendly and attentive to requests. Ball room is big and spacious with enough room to move around. Room is well lit. Wonderful place for a wedding.

Was there to have ramadan buffet with colleagues. Probably the food is not my type. Should not comments further.

The breakfast is very good with large selection of food for western and eastern taste.

This hotel has stood the test of time. It has been around longer than almost all other 5-star hotels in Singapore, and continues to be popular. Just minutes by foot to Hard Rock Cafe, ION Mall and Tangs Plaza. Just minutes by car to the US embassy and the British High Commission, and the World Heritage Botanic Gardens.

Staff are warm and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Did a staycation for 2 nights recently. Haven't been to this Hilton to stay for years. Not the most fancy of hotels but its the software that counts. From booking to checkout. Fantastic staff! It really makes a difference to the hotel experience. Special mention to Gopi who did my reservations. Timothy who did my checkin and out. And to Kok Boon and the great staff at breakfast 2 days in a row. Thanks for taking care of us! Well done Walid and Guys!!

As usual the brand is good at service standard. The only down side was long queue on the second morning for breakfast, waited for 20 minutes for the seat. Overall experience is good and location is strategic, located at Orchard Road.

Nicely presented and classy interior with high end shopping in the lobby. Breakfast is above standard with good amount of western and eastern options and fresh pastries. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Not really contemporary but offers some elegance and charm.

Very nice, comfortable hotel with superior service and it's own mini shopping mall. Great restaurants within (Opus, Il Cielo and Iggy's) and a lovely rooftop bar and pool area.
Only a stones throw away from wonderful Orchard Rd shopping such as Ion Orchard Mall and Paragon Shopping Centre. Countless bars and restaurants all around. Perfect central location.

Hilton has a 5 star reputation to maintain, this one slightly misses the margin. Good hotel with great service, but some weathered down amenities and a little damp washroom went against it. Nevertheless, top-notch service.

Great hotel. Rooms are newly renovated and very spacious. Food options are fantastic. Excellent location. Lobby area could be better though.

I agree with what Mr David Vo said, the hotel is extremely dated for the price you pay for a 5 star rating hotel. Let's just say the location and hotel staff service offsets for the misleading photoshop pictures of our room and pool area.

A good decent hotel. I did not personally like the food. The in-room dineing food delivery is not free. It's 6 dollars! This is the first time I have seen someone charge for in-room food delivery!

Hilton Hotel has exceeded my expectations. Was impressed by their helpful ground staff that work tirelessly to provide you with the most comfortable experience possible. Constant check-ins to see if everything was alright, and prompt response from their live-chat was impressive. Also would like to extend my gratitude to the staff who spontaneously helped us with our luggage while carrying a huge smile.

The Breakfast was the worst. 2 days I had to eat dead cold scrambled eggs. 1st day I let em slide, but the 2nd day when I asked the chef, she said it was hot, but far from it, then i simply told one of the staff that the eggs were cold, she requested the chef to make fresh ones for me but it came out all dried out. It just sad to see the world famous 5 star hotel couldn't even get their breakfast right. Not just the eggs, everything else was also not heated properly. Only hot tea, they got it right!!!!

Went for the Saturday High Tea buffet with the Citibank 2 for 3 promotion & will surely return again.

Classy and conveniently located in Orchard, located next to Jamie's Italian, which is one of my favorite restaurant in Singapore. Be careful when it is raining cause there is no sheltered walkway to the hotel entrance

It is a good hotel very well located. For Hilton quality and service is not in my top list, and I've been in quite a few. The breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby level is average. The swimming pool is in the roof top, also nothing special.

We had buffet lunch at Opus Bar & Grill. Food selection was minimal but sufficient. Quality of food was good. Service was warm and professional. However, the air-con ventilation above my friend was leaking due to condensation but the staff resolved the issue immediately.

Well, security is extremely tight so I can safely say that you don't have to worry about that. The service is spendid, I mean it's Singapore after all. They provide good accommodation and services which suits my preference like having a gym and a bathtub in the hotel. The rooms are like the same as other hotels so it's 4 stars for me.

respectable size for its room. my room has water leaking issues which were not really solved. in room dining has a $6 delivery charge which is puzzling... location is excellent as its near to the main orchard stretch. free parking for guests but limited to one time per day. missed their signature Hilton cake. maybe next time.
