Went there for a wedding dinner. Positive things to note, staff at lobby were friendly, location wise quite decent. Walking distance to mrt or shopping. Parking lots is limited for such a big place. Quite disappointing especially when attending a wedding dinner and we had to valet. Staff at the dinner were quote shorthanded thus service was quite slow. But overall the food was great!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, near to the metro station and shops. The ION shopping centre is just around the corner if you are into a very expensive shopping spree.

Hilton Singapore is my go to hotel for longer stays in the city state. It's not as glamorous as other local hotels in the Hilton chain and the rooms are a little worn, but you get exactly what you pay for and it's in Orchard, so you're close to great everything.
A little makeover would do wonders though.

Good place with great ambience. The location is right in the heart of Singapore, Orchard Road. Great location if you love to shop.

Came here for a wedding lunch and find this place uniquely situated in a strategic location of the shopping belt, first being Forum the Shopping Mall. Function rooms are well sized for a wedding event. Carpark is adequate, so if u r going over for any event, do remember to go earlier to get a parking lot.

Food choices were sparse but acceptable. We reached early but most of the stations were unmanned yet. However, the Japanese corner should be renamed into the Japanese box as it only contains a measly 4 trays in an alcove beside the fruits and salad. Service was above average and used plates were cleared relatively fast.

Hilton Singapore has been here a long time and is located near Orchard yet away from the usual hustle and bustle. The rooms are a bit dated but service remains upnto standard.

Good Hotel, Superb location. Accessibility to the central orchard shopping area. Not far from little India in case of local food pangs. Very friendly staff. Member of the Hilton group never been let down. Service is impeccable.

Hilton Singapore is located at Singapore's famous shopping precinct. Hence, various shopping malls are easily accessible at walking distance from Hilton Singapore. I've attended a friend's wedding banquet and recently attended a company event at the very same place. Hotel staff were noticably friendly, polite and very prompt in their service of attending to guests.

Great service provided by Opus staff members. Staff were warm and courteous.

It is a regular lodging at the time of a business trip in Singapore. Location is good and can enjoy until meal, shopping and night.

Was there to attend a wedding affair. The server/waiter in charge of our table was eager to clear our utensils even when we are not done with our food. There is also inconsistency in serving the food to us. For instance, our table have 8 pax but the server only filled 6 or 7 bowls of noodles and cleared the main bowl away.

Honestly a bit disappointed about Hilton. The rooms are clean and tidy but are old. And the rooms doesn't come with free WiFi. But the check in and check out staffs were very friendly.

The event that I attended was great and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The facilities were top notch and the staff were very friendly. would love to visit again!

Went for a wedding lunch, food was not bad, but there's alot of room for improvement for the service. The waiter wasn't attentive enough and substandard.

Was here for a reception and the buffet spread available was widespread and delicious. The overall decor was also stylish and professional. Staff were also very helpful in assisting in any inquiries. The location of the hotel is very centralised and the well known malls within orchard are only about 5-10mins walk away.

Desperately in need of renovation. Pool closed, executive lounge moved, water dripping from air con, room musty. Really not worth the money.

Hotel is situated in the middle of orchard road, the main shopping district in Singapore. Beautiful and nice hotel. Carpark is alittle small and has very limited lots.

Tried Five Founder Zero carbon beef there. Good and tasty meat with environment friendly farming

Very nice hotel with attached shopping arcade. Situation along orchard road where you will surrounded with easy access to malls and restaurants.

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to serve wine glasses and ice bucket to the room. Unless you order room service and we can give the glasses along with the room service. Hilton, you ll need to get some science papers to explain the correlation of covid and serving wine glasses, AND, the papers explaining how paying room service would reduce the risk of covid spread. Ridiculously unreasonable.

Decor is dated, pool was unavailable due to upgrade? Service is great and location but other hotels in the area can easierly match for better price

There for a wedding banquet. Manager was extremely helpful assisting us on the setup of the venue. The staff on the other hand, needs some improvement. Require assistance from a specific staff whom wasn't on the venue. The staff I approach doesn't know where he was and just walked off. Could have done more like help contact the staff or something. Overall a good experience and food was decent.

Overall great services. Enjoyed the food. Took the freeflow wine. Tastes great.

Refurbished rooms in a classy old building. Expecting Hilton experience and had it. Room is a bit dated despite refurbishment and most important, clean. Walls a bit thin and floor resonates when someone walks. Lights switches doesn t allow for selective lightings - either all ON, or OFF. Side lights saves the day.

Had lunch at Iggy's - great service and superb food :)

Need a improvment, its outdated. But Great service and good location.

The waiters at our table though polite and friendly, were inexperienced. They were serving in the wrong order. Dirty plates should be changed after the dish was finished and before the next dish is served. While eating, they were trying to change plates which caused alot of unnecessary interruptions.

Fantastic Hotel. Very convenient location in the heart of Singapore. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing attention to detail by staff. Food at restaurants also very good. Overall an extremely good Hotel to stay in Singapore.

Good selection of beers to wash down tempura. What's not to like.

Went for an AGM. Set up was good. Everything looked to be going smoothly.

Central of town area.....lots of shopping complex....but on some days are very crowded with heavy traffic...not advisable to drive on peak periods.

The only Hilton in which I've been denied access to the Exec Lounge.

We had our dinner at the Opus Bar & Grill, where the servers were attentive and the food were of great value. Definitely worth another go.

Considerably more outdated and older compared to other Hilton properties. Still comfortable and location at Orchard is strategic if you love shopping. Central Singapore.

Had dinner at Opus Bar and Grill. Had an excellent steak for 2, with a fantastic fre-flow wine promotion. Sides we excellent and well-priced too!

Was there for a wedding lunch at the top level. Service was slow, had to ask to top up empty glasses even when they walked pass. Sometimes, cleared our glasses and didn't replace our drink.
Parking was also a huge issue. Carpark was too small, valet was not well organised.

Overall, I would avoid this place for weddings. If you are a tourist, I would think these issues wouldn't really be of concern ba.
