Rooms were clean, food for wedding banquet is much better than alot of other restaurants I've been to. Staff was not adequately trained, spilled sauces of food on my pants. Manager was quick to come and diffuse the situation and offered free laundry for my pants. Only reason for 4 stars is due to the inadequate experience of the staffs but I'm sure this doesn't happen often.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and kind, even in the peak season with a lot of guests to be served, they always smiled, answered the questions nicely & patiently, helpful, and their face always looked fresh.
It's a nice hotel but the reception staff seem rude in the way they handled guests and some commonsense issues, such as how to handle guests who check in late and tired and want quick rest. They don't even accept dollars as deposit and ask guests to go and change money first, without bothering to check them in quick. That's so annoying when you are tired and are expecting some hospitality after reaching the hotel you have booked. When you ask they say "this is our policy sir".
High end, high price fashion mall run by hotel's wife. Great if you can afford it and has a slim figure. Guys with waist line way above 36 inches can forget about shopping here.
Here for a wedding lunch at their panorama function room. The food is below average. The noodle is dry and taste weird and the duck that was served has no meat (just skin). The service staff is not experienced. Audio system is bad. Their live cast quality is bad. Think twice if you wanna have lunch here as you cannot clearly see the video on the projected screen.
Went for cousin wedding @ panorama room. Food was 7/10. Service was 7/10. (the waiter don't know how to cut a fish to save his own life.) Would recommend.
Tired room interiors. Clean but maintenance is shoddy (poor tiling in bathroom, adhoc socket tacked onto wall). No where near the 5* standard Europeans expect. Mostly helpful staff but overshadowed by the few poor employees. Public areas tidy but, in keeping with the rest of the hotel, poorly lit. Expensive for what it is, especially food. Good location.
I m very impressed with the proactive and friendly services from the front desk and housekeeping. It s been a while I felt so welcome as a guest from hotels of the same grade. The hotel is well kept, and best thing about choosing an older hotel is you can get a spacious room with great amenities like e plush slippers with the same price you pay for a newer but much smaller room around Orchard. Aircon works perfectly and Bed is comfy. I cant wait to sleep on it every night. Great app with digital key, choose your own room function and more. With good price promotion as an HH member, Hilton is definitely my preference on choosing a hotel chain going forward.
Location is unbeatable - steps away from Wheelock Place which is connected to Ion, Wisma and Takashimaya via undergroundj. Highly recommended hotel!
For tourist, download Grab app on yr phone to get rides easily instead of waiting in the hot weather for a taxi!
This hotel is well situated and central to most things you need, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The bar and restaurant is good but the prices are high but that is to be expected in a hotel. The staff are attentive and happy to help where they can.
In the restaurant (steak house) eaten. The service was courteous, fast and professional. A great location for special and business events. We recommend. Holds what the name Hilton triggers expectations.
I was very comfortable. There seems to be no staff who can speak Japanese, but I was kind enough not to be particularly troubled even with a single word English! Location was very convenient because neighboring shopping centers can walk around
The executive suites are very nice separate bedroom living room powder room, staff is very attentive, professional and extremely courteous. Close to MRT, shopping and nitelife
Spend a night in the presidential suite of the hotel for my wedding anniversary. As per my previous visits to Hilton Singapore and Hilton Japan, staff were professional yet friendly. The rooms were clean and sheets smells fresh. A complimentary champagne was brought to my room and this little touch goes miles to put a smile onto my wife's face and I really appreciate the thought.
I used it when I went to Singapore on my honeymoon. The rooms, the service, the location conditions etc may be good but I can not remember now. Anyway it was the lowest .... After arrival I relaxed in the lounge and ordered a drink ... Ginger ale for women. The moment I tried to drink the one I brought, something black went into sight. However, I couldn't believe what I saw myself, and after a few seconds I decided and confirmed again. I still see the antenna ... Yes ... two cockroaches were in the glass. I immediately told people who were at the entrance, but it was just the end, bringing in something new without apology. I was angry and I was not at this hotel or lounge for a second. I returned to my room and told me why I moved to Conrad Singapore after I canceled the hotel, but it did not return a response even after about 40 minutes .... I made an international call to Hilton Customer Care in Japan, but I was told that nothing could be dealt with here.
I called for Conrad Singapore and made it to the Japanese staff. The Japanese staff at Conrad Singapore negotiated with Hilton Singapore's duty manager and was able to immediately take the Conrad Singapore reservation after cancellation of the reservation. The car to move from Hilton to Conrad was one where Hilton arranged a taxi. When we checked out Hilton, we had a duty manager, but in the end no one could say anything directly to the apology. I received an email from the duty manager after checkout ... I don't feel like replying to an email that I don't know who sent it. I really can not believe it. I can not understand how many things I have in the glass, even if I look back over and over again.
Excellent buffet at the Opus Grill. Nice wide selection with the famous Hilton Cheesecake as the crowning dish. Not expensive at all for the spread given, which includes seafood, Sashimi, several different cuisines and a lovely grill and fresh pasta station. Excellent and would definitely go again!
