Great hotel with plenty of room options. I always prefer a Suite and was able to get upgraded on arrival so very happy. Room has decent views onto Orchard Avenue. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants if you don t want to eat in-house.
First 2 floors are high-end shops. Rooftop pool is awesome and staff are very focused on customer service which is a nice change. About 30 mins from the Airport and central to everything we need. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Singapore and use their house transport to get picked up from the airport in either a mini-van or Mercedes sedan. Driver in the Mercedes was very accommodating and was waiting for us on arrival so he gets good ratings too.
So far no complaints. Very pleased.

Hilton is located somewhere along tanglin, a considerable distance away unsheltered from orchard mrt. Exterior of the hotel looks old but the lobby has been recently refurnished. Their hotel rooms are pretty spacious and affordable but without much of a view. Good place to stay if you prefer a relatively quieter surrounding.

Lovely bakery. Fabulous bread and still very good cheese cake.

Dinner at Opus Bar and Grill The ambience was pretty good. Service was excellent. Not a wide variety on the menu but it had a large variety of steaks. The family of 5 shared a 1.2kg Tomahawk steak The presentation with the flaming whiskey was an extravaganza on its own. The meat was cooked pretty well. Sides 1) truffle fries - had just the right amount of truffle and salt 2) leek infused risotto - the taste of the leek was a tad bit strong. Not to my liking

Great hotel 9n the city centre. The bar in GF though can be made little better.

The guest service personnel are absolutely amazing here. Pavlina at the front desk was very warm and welcoming upon my arrival. She handled a special request I had without issue. Boo also runs an amazing lounge level. Every single worker in the lounge is focused on making each guest happy. And serving American bacon for breakfast each day was a blessing.

Went there for a wedding lunch. The food was good and the spread was interesting shower the service staff were not well trained. Cleared the food a bit too fast, a little slow with refilling the drinks and could use a little more training and improve the handling of the food.

I went there first and last time bcz the staff is so uncooperative. They Don t know how to behave with customers. Didn t gave water to drink at reception. No bellman. I think they should do management course once again.

Everything is outdated, defiantly not worth of staying. World Cup tonight but the television does not have a channel for it even for the restaurant in the hotel and I had to go out for it. Location is good but everything else is not worthy. This is more like a 2-3star hotel than a 5 star. Very dissapointed.

I only here for iftar. But i found the interior is good. The staff is very nice. The food is tasty. I love my last visit.

The hotel is centrally located in the city center. It's only 5 minutes walk from MRT station. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

I was there to attend a colleague's wedding. The Panorama ballroom was a snug room, comfortable to fit around 250 attendees with enough space for a photo booth and a stage. The venue was well kept and clean, but the best was the service crew. They were attentive and prompt and they all had great smiles.

Great location right in the heart of shopping street Orchard Road. Super service and a restaurant with steaks one might not forget.

I m a returning patron to the restaurant Opus Bar & Grill. Few weeks back, I wanted to make a reservation for my team s dinner for a celebration. Called the restaurant line and got answered by the very polite and responsive staff, Mr Vincent. He helped tremendously to find out the menu and promotions available as he was not from Opus. He responded quickly and went all out to answer all my queries.

I m impressed by his service level and his attitude. I reckon the ideal appreciation would be a 5star reviews on Google. Pls keep up the good service :)

cocktails were well made and the relaxed dim lights made it very comfortable to just sit and while the afternoon away

It's the worst! I was unable to get a reservation for the Japanese staff and restaurant, though I could not. There is no apology. The room allocation is also wrong. No!

Very neat and good hotel on Orchard road. Just went to Lobby and experience the bar there. Everything is ok and seating pretty comfortable. Location is great but not ideal as still a bit off the central part of Orchard. Don't park at their car park as the price is ridiculous (7sgd for first 30mns or hour...) and coffee was of the same level (11sgd++ for coffee...). So hotel looks very good and well located but very pricey even compared to other 5 star hotels of Singapore and definitely much better ones...

The hotel is terrible and dirty! Terrible service unhelpful. The rooms and the entire hotel from outside and inside require major renovation! I don't know who gives the hotel stars but for me it deserves only one! I only stayed 1 night and changed the hotel to clean, nicely smelling and cheaper! PS In the bathroom you will get the cheapest cosmetics, which are usually in the cheapest hotels

From check in to entering the hotel room, I was doubtful that I was really inside a Hilton hotel. The lobby is very dated. Same goes to the room. Only partial refurbishment had been done for the room and with very lousy quality material. No separate switches for the lights and lamp. There s only one master switch. Either u turn all on or off. I believe this hotel is way too complacent and thinks that with its superb orchard location they can get away with refurbishment.

To make thing worse, the house keeping will only tidy up ur room when u leave the tidy up sign on the door.

Until this moment of writing the review I still don t believe this Hilton Singapore is really a Hilton hotel. It look and feel more like a cheap 2 star premises

Was there for a wedding. Food was good but aircon was dripping on me and very bad atittide from the maintenance manager when i alerted her about it.

Great location! Clean rooms! The only drawback, the top bar was always closed during our weekly stay.

Nice comfortable centrally located professionally managed well maintained Service oriented refurbished Hotel in Singapore. "H" is for Hilton as "h" is Hospitality.

The hotel location is perfect as it is right on prime Orchard Road and could go shopping anytime. There are also many restaurants to satisfy one's hunger.

What a great location, right on Orchard Road, a beautiful hotel with quite possibly the best buffet breakfast I've ever had.

Hotel is located at the heart of orchard road. The staff are friendly and helpful. The foods at the restaurant are delicious and filling. Restaurant has nice ambience with soft lighting and peaceful music.

Right next to restaurants and a big shopping mall. Rooms are like any Hilton you would expect, clean, comfortable and contemporary. This one however also offers views, if you get high up. Great breakfast selection (any continent is covered). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a reasonable and nice place to stay. The coolest parts close early (10pm) but it's a business hotel.

Always here for the cheesecake!! But I tried the carrot cake this time. And yummmmmm
