Great service and location near to shopping centers

The location is pretty accessible and the ambience was amazing. The food that i ate there was also very good.

The hotel was beautiful and elegant in terms of design and ambience. It was easily accessible via public transport, within 5 mins walk to a mrt. The wedding food was delicious and filling along with good service provided by the waiter/waitress.

I very much liked the service I received at the dinner although the food wasn't as nice as I thought to believe. I had an overall satisfactory night at the hotel.

Food was so-so, ballroom design felt dated and aircon was dripping (on me unfortunately)

Clean, a little off Orchard Central, easy enough to get to. Alas, no sheltered way to reach.

I have stayed in Hilton for 2 weeks. On 28/06/2020 for the dinner, I have ordered beef bolognaise with rice. But I have received steamed fish with onion, which was the menu for the lunch.

I have got food which was made for lunch. It was not fresh enough. And also instead of the desert, I have got a banana. That's really bad.

Location is in town. But at the edge of town. Not ideal when it's raining. No sheltered walked way.

Recommend place to stay. The staff are amazing very friendly. Perfect location as well.

I got to say I was disappointed with the Hilton Singapore. Staff are good especially at the restaurant however it was mayhem when I was there and the selection at breakfast was poor especially for Asian food which was a surprise. The rooms are ok but needs a bit of modernisation. Would I stay here again? Probably not, I would go back to the Conrad.

Checked in Hilton for a one night staycation, during phase 2 Covid-19 CB. Arrived early to check in, and found pretty empty lobby. Poor hospitality sector business, so we thought. Later in the day, crowd was back, and the next day, full house breakfast! Apparently there are many Singaporeans who crave hotel staycation... Like us!
Though with added measures and reduced staffs, service level is still top notch. We were served well at executive lounge, and at breakfast cafeteria. Food and drinks were delicious too. Keep it up Hilton!

My favourite hotel, but a bit disappointed for the renovation and no upgrade this time. Glad that they allow us to use the pool facilities at four seasons.

The rooms are nice and spacious, the furniture is somewhat modern and the staff is helpful & kind. So far I had a lovely stay

Even though the hotel exterior doesn't look new, the interior is well refurbished.

Check in an hour early and was hoping to get a room quick but was told to wait as there was no available room. Came back at 3pm and was informed that the room was not ready. Therefore they directed the guests to the restaurant for a drink. It was understandable that thorough cleaning needs to be done and the occupancy was high. Nevertheless we waited close to 2 hours till we got a room. The korean staff (did not get her name) who was coordinating the check in at the restaurant was very apologetic and professional in handling the situation.

The hotel manager Mr. Ouezini came by personally to apologise and did a service recovery which really got us impressed. This is definitely service at it's finest as they when the extra mile to make sure our stay was not affected by the long wait. Room was clean and spacious with a nice simple bathtub. Rooftop pool had amazing views of orchard road and the breakfast spread was comforting.

Highly recommended. Hospitality provided exceeded my expectations.

While not as modern as many of the other Hiltons I've visited, the staff was courteous and friendly and the location is unbeatable. A bit of a facelift to the rooms would make this location shine.

The lack of parking lots can be disastrous, had to opt and pay for valet even though we had complimentary parking tickets from the wedding event.

Environment and cleanliness of the hotel was top notch and the staff were extremely helpful! Although service could have been faster when serving the food and drinks.

Everything is good except the not fresh juice at breakfast and in particular the street noise in the rooms

the worst customer loyalty service I have ever experienced trying to check in. indifferen, not even trying to accomodate a 20 year loyal gold member who has been frequenting this hotel. dont waste you money with booking an executive room with pathetic difference and insignificant extras.

Pro: good central location with easy access to the MRT. Con: not the best end of Orchard Rd.

Went to il cielo to celebrate my gf s 21st birthday. Ambience was top notch and service was extremely good. We had both the Italian and Japanese set menu and the food was extremely delicious. Highly highly recommend this place if you re looking for something more high end and want to enjoy something unique. Kudos to the team, Boh Li, Cai Ying, Didacus, Sarah and Chef Sasaki. Thank you so much!

Got a king size bed, the front desk was kind enough to give us free extra bed for our kids.
Room a bit small & oldfashioned, but clean and still comfortable enough.
Very soft bed and pillow.
Location is a bit far from main crowd areas, around 5-10minute walk to orchard mrt.

I love this hotel in Singapore. Very spacious rooms and location is fabulous. Close to MRT and shopping hub.

Good service quality, friendly & helpful staff. Got all the information I need such as directions, food places, places of interests, currency exchange, sim cards purchase.

Didn't stay in hotel for the night, was shopping. The shops there are all high class & expensive brand name stores so really only for those with money.

I wished I had known they are doing construction/renovation to the hotel for the Executive Lounge, floor 22. It is closed for construction until September 2013. And the construction noise is pretty bothersome. I stayed a few floors down from 22 floor. If I had known all of this, I would not have chosen to stay here. The staff service has been good, however, and the breakfast was good. The rooftop pool is ok, area around pool small. There is no food/drink service at the pool until 6pm when the pool bar opens. That was a real disappointment. This hotel was cheaper than any of the others in the area I have stayed at before. Not sure I will come back to this hotel for my next visit. I travel to Singapore from USA on business, often.

Very well located and we'll known brand. Expensive and upmarket.

Convenient location. Function room was rather cramped though.

Went for the Ramadhan buffet spread.was really good.variety of choices offered.Eventhough there was some misunderstanding due to the reservation,the team that was on duty was willing to assist us as much as they could

Attended a weekend wedding lunch here. The food was pretty good. But the serving staff were very inexperienced.

Convenient Orchard Rd location. Not too heavy foot traffic

Conference food was wonderful, but slightly not enough room for the exhibition. Automatic taps at the female restroom at level 3 are too quick to turn off, it was the most frustrating experience trying to wash soap off with such quick bursts of water.

Good place. Very convenient to explore the city. Will come again soon.

Bang on Orchard road in close proximity to the upscale shopping heart of Singapore

The staff at the cafe was not exactly friendly as it was understaffed i supposed.

Attended a networking session. Venue was polished and had a very modern design. Service staff were courteous and attentive to the guests' needs.

Used to be a great hotel 15 years ago, now there are so many better hotels around for the same price

The event I attended is over booked so room is not big enough to accommodate everyone. The fault is entirely the event organiser. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall experience is ok.

The location of the hotel is great. Right in the middle of the busy Orchard road (shopping street) and a couple of blocks away from MRT (metro system). Rooms however are dated. It doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel, more on the lower end of 4. Breakfast is great and has a lot of variety to satisfy any taste. The staff is great and very helpful too.
