Had dinner at the restaurant. Service was great but unfortunately, the tenderloin was over cooked and dry.

Love the area but for an open day where hundreds of applicants are lining up, they can improve on their security to ensure a pleasant time for the guests

Hotel is right in the middle of Singapore shopping street, Orchard Road. Had drinks at the Sky Bar, 24th floor of the hotel with superb view of the whole street. Service was good. Great place for after work drinks with colleagues and associates.

Good location although quite a bit of a walk from MRT station.

A very nice located hotel with great staff. Early check in and late check oyy was also given as i was accompanied by senior citizens and children. Noori was a very courteous staff member. Overall the hotel is very very good. Breakfast should be given complimentary as it is very expensive if taken otherwise

Was here for a wedding lunch, food was good. Toilets were insufficient on the banquet floor. Too many guests. Signage for washroom on 2nd floor is not prominent

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Great food and service. Nessa at the front desk sent us cheesecake and Champagne for our anniversary. Laurence the mgr. Of il cielo is a Rockstar.

The food served in the ballroom are OK, there's better banquet around.

It is a Singapore branch of the famous Hilton brand. It is located on Orchard Street and has good accessibility and lots of places to eat nearby. But if you look forward to 5 stars in Korea, you can be disappointed. The TV is a picture tube and the facilities are too old ... I think it is a reliable and reasonable hotel in the murderous Singapore waters.

Ballroom on Level 3 was oddly shaped, too long, and lobby area just outside was a little too cramped.

Overall this place is considered above average. Will come again if competition permits.

How come a 5 star hotel in 2017 still got a cable quality TV? Don't stay the rooms facing Orchard Road, you'll surprised how bad is soundproof window is.

Not very impress, especially for the price. Room was quite old. The coffee machine in our room was broken. Phone the front desk, they said they gonna send someone up and nothing happen.

Great service and clean, but bathtub/shower grout had some mold.

They have renovated the hotel nicely for a property that has been around for some time. There are interesting boutiques and the coffee lounge is an excellent place for a drink to wait for purple, too watch people and to do some work.

We loved our stay at this hotel.

From the moment we entered the lobby, we were treated wonderfully. The concierge was kind and accommodating. They helped us to arrange for a baby bed which was taken care of before we had fully checked in. The gentleman at the front desk also gave us wonderful food recommendations as we were new to Singapore.

The rooms were spacious and smart-looking. The furniture and walls did look a bit dated. The television also had a fuzzy picture, I would imagine due to the antenna reception? However, the beds were extra comfy and the room service was swift and attentive.

The hotel is centrally located on the chic Orchard Road and nearby various shopping centers and shops. The Royal Thai embassy is across the street and the Orchard Road MRT only a 10 minute walk away.

Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location. Bedroom is fine. Bathroom is rather dated.

Amazing food and service. Ambiance is perfect to relax. Dimmed light is just nice to relax the eyes from the whole day stress at work.

Attempted wedding luncheon and the ballroom ambiance was nice. Food was mediocre at best.

This old pleasant lady still had a role to play in the tour industry of Singapore! The 4 stars rating was for her services, from check in to check out was impeccable and extremely seamless. The blemishes was the plain decor, and the signs of wear and tear were very obvious.
However for business stay and location convenience, it was value for money. If check in to the Lounge, the quality of the food and service provided were well above average.

Good location..friendly staff ..bit expensive but good services

Great hospitality. Reached very early but they found us a room immediately. Lounge has good food choices in the evening. Football enthusiasts can have fun in the evening in coffee shop. Breakfast was ok.

Held my wedding there and it was splendid! Food and service was great! Guests enjoyed the food. Hotel coordinator, Jeline, was very professional and helpful. Banquet manager, Wailing, was very service-oriented and detailed. Loved it!

A good clean hotel, yet nothing stood out as superb. It is located at the top of Orchard Road, so it is close to the local shopping centers and restaurants. It s not too far from the subway a quarter mile walk is required to get to the closest station. You can have a taxi called for you from the main lobby. They do have a decent breakfast that includes a variety of food. I found it to be a typically hotel breakfast. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and got me checked in and out very quickly despite it being 3:00am!

Central location in the orchard road, very close to orchard mrt station, in the middle of the orchard shopping district, good hotel rooms, pool on the 24th floor. Suitable as a business and holiday hotel

Visited Opus Bar & Grill, would highly recommend the Tomahawk

The food was delicious. It was something like a steakhouse. their food is affordable and really good. Their steak is grilled to perfection. Try their Medium Rare. its really good.

Service and facility are as expected, but the reception staff do not tend to listen to what I say, she tells the manual sentences without any answers to my questions. I would hardly visit here again.

Singapore is sensational. It is worth knowing. The hotel does the executive line, but is very spacious and is very well located.

Good services. However, the hotel is dated and need some renovations for a fresh look.

Location of hotel is in an accessible part of Orchard Road. The room was clean and large for the suite. Although it is an old hotel, it is still well maintained.

This place is a bit out of date, refurbishment may revive it
