Great place for food; the Opus grill and bar serves up a mean steak and the El Cielo restaurant at the roof has very tasty Italian cuisine

Went for a birthday dinner event. The food was disappointing. Not tasty and not good.

Meeting rooms are decent. Cheese cake from thr bakery is fantastic.

Great location. Rooms are very old. Service is alright. Buffet breakfast is not good.

Surrounded by five star hotels this one is not. Location is great near shopping, dining and the subway. Breakfast in the executive room is OK but my comparison is the nearby St. Regis whose breakfast is five star. Staff at the desk will push an executive room pass add-on (80 Singapore dollars per day which gets you breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks/light meal) which is a nice lounge but not spectacular. Staff in the lounge were very friendly in getting drinks but they did enforce a dress code with other guests which I though was odd since I saw the hotel as a tourist hotel vs. true business executive hotel. If this one wants to be five star like their neighbors they need to up their game starting with food and decor.

Basically was there shopping. Ended up buying a bunch of stuff from the folks at Rolex

Good location near orchard shopping. Services are good, feel warm staying in this hotel.

The function hall was neat and tidy. The attending staff was polite and courteous.

The room is small compared to hotel at the same price in the same area. No so many choices of food for breakfast.

Conceirge staff was efficient and helpful. Outlay of the hotel and location is convenient. Staff was friendly as well as polite.

Came here for steakcation stay. Personally had OPUS grill previously and love the steak.
The downer of this whole experience was the unreasonable rule from Room Service Department.
I am here for an anniversary celebration and I CANNOT even have 2 wine glasses sent to my room. Reason being it is a rule to have to order an item from room service JUST to have service sent to your room. Remarkable reason I guess, to say it is Steakcation and there is not enough glasses to go about. Had my share of hotel stays but this is something new..
You Order something off the menu to get room service. Unacceptable to know such service from Hilton.

Went to the 24th floor for the function, service was sufficient, close to the shopping districts, can't complain really.

Location is superb as the heartland of Singapore. Walking distance to Orchard MRT Station

Great hotel. Very spacious rooms with very good restaurants and a small shopping center. Location is great. Very hospitable staff. It is a good place to stay but it comes with a price tag :)

Don t bother to book with them. Room and restaurant availability change as and when the staff like, and they will not bother to help you. Go to other places with better customer service. This experience has been very disappointing for a brand name like Hilton hotel, when. I have previously had good memories here. Will probably not be returning again which is a pity.

We went to Opus Bar and Grill for dinner and drinks. The steaks were delicious, the wines match the steaks wonderfully and the service staff were accommodating in every way. We would return again :) Hilton is also a short walk from Orchard MRT so it is really convenient.

Nice room. Lacking amenities but cozy, staff is mostly helpful. Not the best hotel in Singapore but it is nicer than most. Great location.

Nice Hilton with big rooms but some negatives .....room balcony (Opposite side to Orchard Rd) was useless as no privacy as you look straight into the adjoining room and vice versa. Had poor unnatentive service at the downstairs grill/bar and left after waiting for 30 mins for my order to be taken.

I think it will be my last time in this hotel, i m a member with them and I arrived early 10am from Australia and requested an early check in he told me he s sorry and I have to wait until 3pm. The staff at the reception are soo rude for a Hotel reception they should be much polite, the room is old and need to be refurnished and not clean enough for a 5 star Hotel

Limited carpark lots if there is wedding events.need to pay $8 for valet service.nearby open carpark around 8min walking distance

Excellent staff- especially the Front office Natt was brilliant very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel was busy as we stayed for Christmas but Natt and her colleagues made sure our stay was comfortable. Zaki at the concierge was very helpful as well.

Great service as you would expect of a 5-star accommodation. Excellent location along the stretch of Orchard Road

This place is fairly run down and since it's in the middle of the premier shopping center everything is still expensive. Still the staff were very nice and pointed me in the right direction when I asked about how to get somewhere. No hot tub in the building. Gym is pretty decent. The pool is a little small and seems more for show.

This is a very old hotel since in the 80 till now nearby orchard mrt station

Over priced, check-in staff (male) - no courtesy and very unfriendly. Prefer to stay any other 5 star hotel in Singapore. Reception area very average (3 star). Rooms are average. Breakfast is good.

Convenient location within walking distance to major shopping centres

The staycation was very relaxing and the breakfast option was good. No Buffet because of social distancing rules. They could've added some complimentary drinks or minibar options with the rooms to promote and give more customer satisfaction. The pool was bit disappointing for us as the length and depth were small. Rooms can be renovated, things like removing carpets, changing the TV for better picture quality, and adding hand showers are few things they can add.

Went there for my prom and it was a great experience

We had the king executive with balcony which also gave us access to the lounge and the staff were excellent, also the cleaning staff would come back in the afternoon to make up the room as our son would be sleeping at the time in the morning

Outstanding views. Balcony was a surprise. Staff amazing. I will return.

Really liked that they have Opus bar and restaurant downstairs, that has a promotion where you get free flow wine when you order their house steak. Would really recommend it!

Attended event at this place and the ballroom was not clean and the lazy Susan on the table is disgusting. Seriously need to improve the hygiene level.

Did not go in. Only pass3d by it.. looks nice from outside though.

Old hotel in the heart of Orchard but well-maintained.

Had lunch buffet at D9. Variety was Mostly Asian delights like curry noodle, chicken rice, stir fried dishes. Western/fusion cuisines include smoked salmon, mussels, Prawns, pasta, salads etc. Food execution wise was medicroe, was expecting much more from a 5star hotel on the belt of orchard road. Overall missable buffet, not worthwhile the money and calories to dine at.

Horrible staff..they have to improve guest relations..huge turn off.. spoiling the Hilton brand name..avoid a disappointing experience..
