Amazing customer service. The BEST Hilton me and my husband have ever stayed at, and that s saying something.

Clean rooms, great housekeepers who went the extra mile without being asked, a beautiful view and rooftop pool that we were happy to enjoy and a central location with easy access to all of Singapore s sights Not to mention the incredible food we got in the executive lounge. I was super satisfied to have buffet breakfast and dinner as well as tea and drinks up there. Such a wonderful space.

Highly recommend this hotel if you re staying in SG!!

Fantastic breakfast!
Clean and comfortable with good amenities as expected from Hilton.

The executive lounge was comfortable with a good range of food and drink on offer. Breakfast was much more than a 'continental' offering as described in various places although the main breakfast buffet has an excellent range of cuisines and choices.

Nice and clean hotel, location in the centre of Orchard.

The location is central, the rooms immaculately clean and very comfortable. Staff promptly responded to any request we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying in the Hilton was great. The check-in-staff was friendly and helpful, so were the cleaning staff. One thing to note, during our stay, was that there wasn t any room service and no menu in our rooms, as such when we wanted the late night snack or afternoon tea, we had to walk across to 7-11 to get it. Also the lobbies bakery and pastry food mending stations was also closed.
One thing to note compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed the Hilton s pool closes early at 10pm, which somewhat made the experience feel like we were serving a stay home notice there, instead of the staycation.

It was good but neet to make a outlet for hair dryer in the bath room

Great hotel. Rooms superb, staff very friendly and helpful, executive lounge a real winner. Food times in the lounge are restricted, but when they are on, real treats are prepared. Had the very best quinoa-citrus-pomegrenade salad there, had to ask the chef for the recipe, which was delivered to my table in a handwritten note. At other times just coffee and tea, no snacks. Rooftop pool is also very enjoyable. A bit away from the center and business district, but we'll reachable.

We were Nov 12 for a week at the Hilton I just say sensational we had our room on the 22nd floor in the lounge, the breakfast room was very good the breakfast adequate and fresh all the Hilton staff super friendly and helpful our room very clean so like everything at the Hilton. The location on Orchid Road is perfect for strolling and plodding.

I fall in love with the bathroom



The wash basin on the counter is large and deep enough to keep all the water in the basin without spilling around on the counter.

I didn t give 5 stars because I think the room rate is rather high but the hotel is a bit old, the bathroom room isn t so large and breakfast is lacking variety compared to the price.

Looking for nice hotel in Singapore Orchard, this is one of the most recommended option.

First a bad experience with the front desk executive and then an inefficient house keeping. It s room 921, and the door of the bathroom facing the room is bearing stain mark which is big enough to be noticed. But alas, they don t. Being a hhonors member I feel really bad at this unprofessional attitude from Hilton!!

The opposite super-business does not label, the price is much more expensive than the supermarket.

Furnishing needs to be updated. One of the lifts shut down briefly.

Good hotel, high end shopping, but a bit far from 313 Summerset, where good happenings are, food, etc

Great value for money and the typical Hilton suite. Good internet. Great breakfast. The lack of double windows makes the room noisy though.

Great lobster and wagyu beef combo dinner with 2 hour unlimited wine and champagne. Price of S$133 for 2 is a steal. Excellent food and great services with profound knowledge of what they offer in menu. Deserved to be praised. Cheers!

All good except for the breakfast, some delays during weekend checkin

Tucked in the heart of the shopping district of Sg, this Hotel has good food and ambience. Despite narrow escalators and toilets, their friendly staff and clean environment make up for it. It seems a tad old, tho i hear theyve done some reno.

Had dinner at Opus. Great beef served! Took the promo with free flow wine.

Overall, it was not bad. However coming off recent stays in Conrad sg & hk (also under Hilton group of hotels), I must say the Hilton stay was rather disappointing. First what was good? Hilton was 1 of the few hotels I've been to that actually arranged the room to the number of guests (3 in my case) in the room. From towels to toiletries to the bed, it was all arranged when I entered the door. What's disappointing? First the AC. I set the room temp at 21c and the AC kept cutting on/off creating a buzz that kept me up the whole night. Next, the team at the D9 cakery seem rather aloof and not attentive. I had to get my own teaspoons from the service table Basically there was no wow factor when I compared it to the Conrad stays. Not bad, just not wow

Breakfast is the cheapest at 270,000 won per night. One of the first-class hotels in Singapore. From here it takes less than 15 minutes by taxi to MBS. At dawn across the street, all the crowd gathered in the mall. Including a gay.

A nice staycation overlooking Orchard Road. Room was neat and showers were hot.

Room was amazing. Facilities were great. Bed was especially comfy

So so not the greatest. They have a taxi stand and nice but small function room.

Hotel room is kind of old and small. I would rather go to other newer hotel for this price rate .

Hilton as always very good. Friendly staff the lounge is also very good. You could set up a few umbrellas by the pool, as there is no shade. Thus, it is very hot in the blazing sun.

The location of the wedding function room was easy to find as it was stated at the led panel board beside the lift. Waiter and waitress serving cocktail were very friendly

The staffs was very friendly, lost my friend's phone in the gym. when we asked the staff for help to find the missing phone ,the staff did it with a friendly smile though we were mischievous . The place have great facilities gym(the steam bath) , spa, swimming pool . The room we rented had a bath tub and rainfall shower, VERY relaxing took an hour long and didn't want to go out I hope to come again to celebrate another party

Hotel staff was rude and not helpful. The seminar room was filled with an odd, strong scent of ginger. Very nauseating. Nobody seemed to care to explain or do anything about it

A very nice warm King-Size bed room.
However buffet not halal* certified.
*it's important for a mualim guess like me.

Parking is always full. Valet park is $12, which is on top of the parking fee.

One of the grande dames of hotels in Singapore. Conveniently located near the start of Orchard Road with the added bonus of not being in CBD. Nice selection of upscale fashion boutiques and personal services. Refurbished gym is very modern with comprehensive array of fitness equipment however very cold and impersonal as there is no longer any staff manning the space.

Was there for a wedding. The location was beautiful, however the food portions for the banquet was insufficient and dry. However the service was great and attentive

My relative stayed at Hilton for 14 days. She was a paying guest. Unfortunately she was unable to consume any of the food available.Also as she is not at all tech savy and had to depend a lot on the Hotel staff for assistance. A Duty Manager named Nat did her best to assist and make her stay as comfortable as possible by helping her with her requests. We are thankful for her help and assistance.

I have meeting at level 3 vista room. It is very comfortable and the staffs are very helpful to offer their professional services.

Went to the Hilton Singapore for an assessment centre interview. Food was superb, service was excellent. Had a comfortable day there.

The atmosphere of the staff is good, but the practical response is manual, and the lounge check-in and security can be understood, but the front response is necessary and it is only a double effort. Since there is also a pre-check-in from the app, please check-in procedure without spending time. Also, the rooms were narrow and the views were upgraded, but this is not a big deal. Breakfast was of different types, but it wasn't so delicious, though it was a favorite. At the hotel entrance, it was difficult to understand the sidewalk, and I felt that there was a problem in dealing with the customers that the security guards honked and complained if I made a mistake. I definitely say that it is not worth the price, and this is another hotel.
