Hilton Singapore Review

Had a Hi-tea lunch with delicious food they had. Desserts wise is okie, quite a variety of it. Service is wise not that bad. Will look forward to go down and have it again. Thumbs up.

Drinks at the bar was average, especially when you are spoilt for choice at Orchard

Nice hotel at a very good location. Plush lobby and restaurants however smaller rooms.

Don't go by name Hilton. This property is very old , not at all maintained. People book it due to location. Customer service is poor as well.

It s just a great hotel and my home every time I visit Singapore.

Right smack in the middle of the famous Orchard Road, near to Ion Orchard and other shopping malls nearby. Good service, great food.

It was nice to have Japanese rice for breakfast. Charging was also possible without an adapter.

Only went to the ballroom on the third floor. Service was reasonable. Though it seems slower than expected when serving refills. Meals are served on time.

Always a good stay and near everything that you need to be near. Staff are really professional and attentive.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. The room was cleaned well and the amenities were replenished and it was a good impression. Although the view from the room is not good, access is also good and clean and recommended.

Service was below average. The hotel was under renovation and the place was a mess. Staff was unhelpful. My stay was disappointing.

This is one of the only two Hilton hotels in Singapore. Conveniently located at Orchard Road, it's only a stone throw away from the Orchard MRT. Very close to all the happening places in Singapore. I had a chance to stay for one night during my recent stay in Singapore, and had no complaint. The service was good, with complimentary 2 bottles of water in each room. There's a shopping plaza in the first floor if you want to do some shopping (and too lazy to get out). Didn't have a chance to get breakfast there since I woke up pretty late, but I caught a glimpse at it and it looks pretty good. It's a bit pricey, so if you can afford it I'd definitely recommend it.

Good location, very clean, room a little outdated, but very clean and AC perfect. The best is the service, just perfect!!

Some staffs in resturant is not paying attention.never noticed the plates still have food .clear before asking

Good location, central Singapore right in the midst of shopping district. All trouisty places are near by.

Most of the 5 star rankings must be fake. This Hilton is so worn out, that even the friendly staff can not justify more then 2 stars. Clearly, Singapore an the Orchard Road has its price, but the hookers walking up and down or the red light district towers as well as the lack of refurbishment make the price a joke.

Went there for a wedding dinner banquet. Everything was not bad, but waiter service was slow at times. There is room for improvement.

I went to Hilton Singapore for an annual company dinner. As expected from Hilton Singapore the banquet hall was huge and clean amd the tables and deco were exceptional. The service from the service crew was fast and responsive. My only gripe was that they could have provided signages that indicated where was the dinner being held at.

Jus attended an 'eye' talk. Did not tour around so unable to comment much.

2 day 1 night staycation with my wife & baby boy of 21st month old. Overall experience is quite positive.

Things to improve at

room: electrical plugs area are rather expose especially at near floor area to bathroom and below TV area which is expose. The table are rather ackward situation where my kids bump into it angle for several times.

Breakfast: no options for vegetarian. But the duty manager is rather patience is doing extra mile to check and did some exceptions for us.

P/s: I missed the olden days buffet style breakfast.

In a strategic place, a comfortable hotel with high level. It was a pleasant experience.
The grill at night is recommended

Just a short stay with official booking, not able to comment correctly but overall impression is good. The location is convenient to bus route 36 from airport

Was attending a wedding here, the menu chosen was different from other weddings i attended. Food was great and the staffs were very attentive.

Always nice to spend time shopping (or at least window shopping) in this great location. Upstairs also has various events such as training, meetings and functions on during the night time.

What you would expect from a big city hotel. Very clean and staff were extremely helpful. Location good too with plenty of very good eateries nearby.

Beautiful reception and tastefully decorated throughout, this is by far one of the Hilton's best locations. The usual impeccable service was there as standard, and the food was lovely.

Hotel is nice but rather old. Needs a bigger car park.

Situated at the centre of high-end shopping street makes it a perfect place to stay if you plan to splurge. Proximity to MRT and bus stops is also another reason to choose this hotel. Food was sumptuous and i personally liked the decor.
