The rooms are very clean and convenient at convenience stores

Hotel near to train station however this hotel doesn t provide Ice. Overall experience is 3/5. Kind of disappointing.

Over crowded lobby, over crowded car park. Business is very good here. Too good. Too crowded.

Plus one star, staff gave me alternate parking at Forum as solution.

No bidet in the toilet? Which year is this?

Went to Hilton hotel for my friend wedding, the food is not bad and the ambience is great. However i find their banquet service need to be improve. Everything eles is okay :)

Stay clear of its unfriendly front reception. They are probably tired of serving the local crowds coming in for staycations. You are warned!

Well managed hotel in a great Orchard Rd location. Close to Orchard MRT making all of Singapore easily accessible.

I only went here for the lunch buffet and was very disappointed. I suppose because it's not very busy the food was stale with limited variety. This has put me off ever wanting to try staying in the hotel itself.

Food is good, but expensive if not part of package. The checkout process is really slowwwww and inconsistent as they offered the express checkout to some but not all the people in queue. Should have dedicated check in and check out counters

Easy check in and check out..the gym is high quality and the staff are all very friendly. The decor is a little tired but everything is clean and the housekeeping staff do a great job..even tidied up my cables with a cable tie and laid out my toiletries neatly, awesome

Wow it was an amazing experience at Hilton. The staff at the hotel is off the limits . Especially to me -: Eugenei Tan at the reservations , Xiang paxien & Lynn at the exec lounge , room attendant Banu , Izaki and Morgan at the concierge desk was the people who made our Hilton stay Luxury & a beautiful stay . And the food is also good ( As we can customize food ) . Location of the Hotel is fantastic. Restaurants and malls everywhere.
The only mistake at Hilton is the rooms only two switches lighting system. But anyway it s a very good hotel.

Great place ... it is in the urban area where there is never a traffic it is located in high rise places and the place is nice the price is also mid range for me and the place is good... clean and cozy

Hotel was fine. Nice and clean and a great location. I think it could use some updating as there are too many other choices in this price range that are newer and nicer in the area. The rooms feel a bit dated and the food choices on property were limited. Not a bad place to stay, but for Singapore, I was expecting a bit more.

Good location in orchard road. Walking distant to all major shopping centre. Convenient to get bus, taxi or even MRT. Nice hotel with nice rooms. Pricey for budget traveller.

The hotel is located in a premium location though wifi is not included in the package unless you are a member.

Service is good. Location is fairly good, around 10 mins walk from orchard mrt but there is no shelter at some points in the evemt of rain.

Just went to use the toilet, looks good. The traffic can be a bit messy, but is likely due to the road conditions and not much the hotel can do about it.

@Hilton #singapore is centrally located on #Orchardroad - luxury hotel with executive rooms large enough for family with kids. Large double bed, small bathroom, but efficient design. Very clean and serviced, with friendly room attendants. Executive lounge is professionally managed by friendly staff, with #tastydishes and #healthy #breakfast option. The main restaurant has very interesting and tasty breakfast dishes. The pool is on 24th floor, and offers great views of Singapore.

Regular accommodation in Singapore. Anyway, location is convenient. Inside is the same as an ordinary Hilton.

The service at Lounge was terrible. The plates always empty. No one was there to fill there. I arrived and waited for 15 mins for them to fill the plates. Only one staff and she was on the phone for the whole 15 mins!

Didnt stay there, but was shopping in the vicinity. The LV we were looking for no longer was there. It should be updated

I love this place!.. but there's one thing that i dont really like is that the bathroom doesnt have videt.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, convenient to travel. Lovely staff, good service. Cake is very delicious.

Attended a wedding dinner there. Food was good and service was acceptable. Central location but parking space is limited.

It is a long-established store facing Orchard Road. The Rolex store facing the entrance should be calm!

Rooms were extremely accommodating, the bed was extremely comfy. Toliet amenities and facitlies were great too. The snack bar provides a unique choice. Pillows are slightly thin though.

Am at Hilton just last week for an event. There is not enough waiting seats at lobby even for guest for rooms not to say to the people going to Hilton for other purpose.

Stayed here for the 14-day quarantine, the room was spacious but felt a little damp - understandable since it is an older hotel and it's humid in Singapore. The hotel staff there was excellent.
