Very nice, i had a emergency to stay in Singapore and they very nice in helping us out. Breakfeast and happy hour in the lounge was very nice and roomy. Worth the stay and lots of shopping around the area.

I was only there for drinks at the bar but the staff was helpful, it was clean and it was very close to alot of shopping.

Convenient location at the heart of orchard road. Staffs were friendly & professional. Rooms were small & noisy at time.

The food is good, the sky bar is a nice place to relax & have a good view at Orchard area

The service staff at the executive club lounge were friendly and really helpful.

Attended a wedding dinner. The food was great. The number of parking lots and parking area aren't great. Can tell that this hotel is dated and may need a majo reno to stay on top of its game

This Hilton location is located in the heart of the Orchard Road upscale shopping district of Singapore and is about a 10 minute cab ride from the central business district. While the facility checks all the boxes for a Hilton, it's definitely appearing dated at this point. The hotel rooms, decor, and public areas all look like they are from the late 80s or early 90s. Everything is clean and well maintained, it just looks old. The highlights of this facility are the breakfast buffet and Executive Lounge. Breakfast is amazing and probably a top 5 Hilton breakfast experience. It has a large variety of Western and Eastern breakfast staples with great fresh fruit and pastry options. The custom made to order omelette station is also a huge plus. The Executive Lounge is also a nice perk for this location. It offers coffee, tea, soda, and snacks all day long. It also offers a secondary breakfast option in the morning, afternoon tea in the late afternoon, and a sizable dinner spread in the evening. Overall I'd definitely recommend this location with the caveat that you shouldn't expect an ultra modern facility.

Old property.....but great location. ..had stayed for 3 nights....had great hospitality .decent rooms...

Hotel location was very convenient however carpark has limited slot.

Everything was okay but I do hope the management consider looking into the architecture of the building as everything seems really old.

Nonetheless, the staff were very warmth and hospitable. Unlikely to return unless the hotel undergoes drastic renovation works and may consider again.

Very sophisticated rooms and suites with vere beautiful design and decoration. Service staff are very friendly. Room service are excellent. Rate are reasonable. Located right in orchard road which is a shopping belt of Singapore. Would recommend staying here

Came here for company's D&D. Sadly the food is mediocre, nothing remarkable and worst the ceiling was leaking water. I had expected better food from a 5 star hotel. Service is good in the sense that when we informed about the ceiling leakage the staff had wanted to do something immediately but the food really brought the rating down.

Excellent hotel, great executive lounge. Gladly again!

Wonderful rooms and well located in the heart of Singapore!

Hilton Singapore is a slightly dated hotel. Was there for a conference meeting and the air conditioning was very cold (and seemingly unadjustable). Best part of this hotel is the food, the breakfast mee goreng and lunch buffet was great.

Probably one of the best Hilton hotels you will stay at. The service is top notch.

My brother hosted his wedding lunch here at Hilton Singapore. Very well executed and the banquet food was great. Everyone enjoyed it.

Very good staff, rooms are big and location is pretty good too. Hagen Daz stand is right in front of hotel, so that is an extra plus.

The gym here is excellent, and the personal trainers really understand their work.

Location is in orchard but off the main stretch where is visited most. Walkable to main Street in few minutes. Few mins walk to train station. Hotel lobby and lift has pretty dim lights. While it gives a cosy feeling I find it more difficult to search for levels (buttons and levels are separate; level printed). One of the older hotel in orchard but overall convenient.

Nice hotel. Some parts are starting to show there age in rooms... Sticky tubs fixtures, electric outlets that are askew / pushed in.

Our stay here was very questionable. When we first arrived, we asked for an extra bed since there were 3 people. However, they said there would be a 70$ fee for just another bed. I have never encountered this before, and don't understand why they would charge so much. The room itself is average too. The walls are kind of peeling off and there is a musty smell and we can't open the windows for fresh air. It's nothing special and definitely needs renovation since it's kind of old and crusty at this point. The service was just ok too. One thing I noted was that they didn't thank me for being a gold member, which is a standard. It's a minor thing, but it is still something that they are supposed to always do. Overall, this was very very disappointing for how expensive it is.

I went to attend a seminar about childbirth and babies. The atmosphere is good. Toilets are always clean.

Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Delicious. The yuzu dessert was particularly tasty.

Was at the Opus bar recently and was pleasantly surprised but the interesting range of cocktails and drinks. Loved also the steak I had.

Nice environment but expensive parking. The worse is the super limited parking lots. If go there for wedding/event, need to arrive early. If not, will have to park elsewhere or pay extra $6 for valet.

Offical Check in is at 3pm but I receive a call at 1pm to collect the rm key. Rm is big and clean

Check in experince will be better if the digital key card was able to work. Tried to get a digital key card to avoid the long queue but app not able to register.

Breakfast not exciting because now covid 19, not much choice. So don't complaint. The staff are doing their best. U want better go other hotel
